As a work traveler it is difficult to get repairs you need on the fly when you are only in a town a day or two. Lots of stress when you are trying to fix things on the road. Terry understood my situation and got me in on short notice and was able to fix the hail damage I had on my truck. Robert did a fantastic job. They're probably the best painting body shop in the state of Texas. They may be the best. body shop anyplace.They can work on anything they can take a tank and make it look beautiful..

My car 2017 Journey was in an accident (not caused by me) and I heard good reviews and had a recommendation for Leatherwoods-awesome let s go with local. Called seemed very polite eager to help me. Agreed to have my vehicle taken over there as it was not drivable- had an appointment set for the car to go into shop on Sept. 8th had the car there by the 6th and car didn t even get looked at until the 10th. Ok so we finally get the car fixed 3-4 weeks later - nearly all left rear suspension parts, rim, door and left quarter panel had to be replaced and car had to be aligned. So now I get the call my cars done early and I m super excited (have someone get the car for me as I can t take time off work) get home and drive my car.... now there s a noise in the rear end (car was hit in the left rear axel) call and have the car taken back for a second check -1 week later - was told it needs tires.... ok get brand new tires and take the car back Dec. 2nd stating the noise is getting louder and a vibration has come up at high speeds the left rear hub assembly needs inspected got blown off told they know the whole story and they re taking it to the mechanic ... now 2 days later I m told there s nothing wrong with the car that the Wa-Wa-Wa noise and vibration are totally acceptable and normal. Reading the report from 2nd mechanic that inspected the car states customer requests an alignment aaahhhhhh never once asked for a 2nd alignment asked for the hub assembly to be repaired since no one had the brains to replace it along with all the suspension parts that were originally replaced. Basically all they wanted was the insurance money- the actual complaint was never even relayed to the mechanic. The car can never be trusted/reliable now and I will never recommend a business that can t even relay the correct complaint to a mechanic. If I could give negative stars I would. If you have an insurance claim they ll gladly take your vehicle do half the work and not help after that. Your just stuck with a we re trying our best excuse of a repair.The only job that was worth even 1 star was the actual paint and body work- but even then don t expect your car back clean. You ll have to detail your car after repairs and clean off all the greasy hand prints from the tan interior.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim, Brakes

Great work!!! Turn around time is terrible. It takes way too long to finish the work. They didn't make me feel welcome when i went in. They could've gotten 5 stars.

I have had nothing but positive experiences at Leathwood's. Mr. Leatherwood and his team work diligently to return your vehicle to you in a timely manner knowing there are no local car rental companies near by. Mr. Leatherwood stands behind his work and the one time I noticed a minor problem, it was corrected without delay or argument. Mr. Leatherwood is an asset to our community as is his company. Keep up the good work!

If you are new to Doing a claim make sure you do all your references outside of this place because they will take you for all they can, they told me I had to pay a second deductible if 500 and I tried to explain I already paid my deductible through my insurance company they told me I was still owed a deductible so I paid it well only for them to gain 500, all because I trusted her, never again!!!
