My family and I are from out of town on our way to a camping trip. Our battery died while at the gas station. They came to jump start the truck, where we could follow them back to the shop to replace the battery, all of this took less than 30 minutes! They were friendly and efficient! So thankful for them.

Broke down in this area. And was hauled to the right place they took care of my tires and balance plus battery. Got me back on the road and was very detailed and checked for any other issues. Special Thanks to the staff.

Passing through town and my transfer case speedometer sensor started leaking pretty bad and they got me in right away. They were able to get the part I needed right away and fixed within the hour. And they also charged me next to nothing. I highly recommend Dennis Quick Auto and Tire for your auto repair needs. I wish they were in my hometown.

I had unexpected brake issues in the afternoon while 1,500 miles away from home and they worked me in, did excellent work, and for less money than I had planned to pay when I returned home. They finished at 5:30 pm and even let me plug in and moochdock for the night. Dennis is great.

Excellent honest service. Friendly staff. Needed tires put in for a road trip(I provided)After calling around they had the best prices and were able to get me in 30min and finished in about 1hr. Clean waiting room, offered drinks, and kept checking if we were ok and if the room was warm enough. Everyone was always smiling like they really enjoyed their jobs. Thank you very much. And I would definitely! recommend your shop. I felt that I needed to write this review, because reading the reviews from other customers is what lead me there.

What an amazing experience! Professional & kind humans. Driving my RV through town and needed a new tire. They fit us in immediately and had us back on the road in no time. Vacation saved!

This is the worst place you can take your car for an alignment. I paid $180 and after 6 months my tires were gone on the inside. and I took them and they charged me 98 to inspect it and they wanted to charge another 180 per alignment. I just paid the $98 and took it to BIG O TIRES. They did alignment for 150 $. And they are very profesional

"We like to do what's right!"I made an appointment online for an alignment check, took it in and was told I just needed a tire replacement. They were able to fit me with two new used tires and I was back on the road in only a couple hours! Very honest, straightforward and reasonably priced; will definitely return with any future auto issues!Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment, Auto tire replacement, Auto maintenance

I was on my way from Dallas to Amarillo for work and had car trouble. I called my husband he was able to get a general idea what was happening so he researched mechanics in Snyder, the next stop on my trip. He called ahead to Dennis auto and let them know what he thought was going on. They said based on what he was describing they should be able to get me up and running that afternoon. As soon as I arrived the gentleman he spoke to knew I was traveling and said they would look at it right away. He quickly diagnosed the issue and they got me in and on the road in 45 minutes. I was able to work in the waiting area while the repair was made and I was in Amarillo before dark. I even noticed on the receipt that they guarantee the work for 12,000 miles. I definitely recommend Dennis auto and will be back when I m in town. I especially appreciated that they have women working there, as I can be very intimidated when it has anything to do with cars. Thank you!!

I had a tire losing air. Called a couple places and Gene was the most welcoming and friendly on the phone. He got me in about 20 minutes after I called and got me patched up pretty quick after. The shop was super welcoming and very efficient with not only me but other customers bustling in and out. Very reasonable price and nice experience ; I wouldn't go to or recommend anyone else!Service: Tires

Needed a tire patched as we got a nail and it was losing air quickly. We were about 10 miles out of town about 15 minutes before they closed, but I called and asked anyway just in case. Gene said of course they could stay and help us out as we were passing through. The customer service was excellent by all involved! Thanks so much for your kindness! I was so fortunate to be close to Dennis Quick Auto & Tire in Snyder when I ran into issues with my tire during my trip across Texas. The entire team was incredibly helpful and provided quick and effective service to get me back on the road! I cannot thank them enough for their kindness, generosity, and knowledge. Would recommend this shop with 100 % confidence! We had two sons traveling across Texas to college who had car problems. We reached out to Dennis Quick Auto just before closing and spoke to James. They stayed open late to look at the car and were able to fix it and get them on their way. James even offered to get them to their hotel and make sure they had dinner if they had needed to stay in Snyder for repairs although that didn t end up happening because of the quick diagnosis and repair of the problem. I am grateful for honest and good people who went the extra mile to make sure my boys were safely back on the road. I hope I can thank them in person one day!! Thank you James and the other amazing professionals who helped!!

Let me start my review by saying the workers at this shop were nothing but kind. However, when my check engine light came on early this year, they diagnosed and fixed the issue, yet days later, the CE light came on again and my car was leaking large amounts of oil. I took it in and they replaced the malfunctioning part, free of charge. Which I appreciated. However, my car was leaking pretty much right after. I returned to this shop two more times. Each time, they said they couldn t locate the leak. Ultimately, when I called seeking help a third time because I have a trip coming up and no other shop had availability, they knew who I was and said they couldn t help and I had to go to a dealership because my car was foreign. Mind you, the nearest dealership is an hour away and my car is leaking a lot of oil. I m not the kind to leave reviews, and in the end, I am glad they just pretty much admitted they don t know what they re doing with my car. However, I really question their ability to solve issues outside of basic repairs. And I am left wondering if this big leak I have now wasn t stemming from work they did on my car in the beginning. Therefore, I would not recommend them for anything important, and this bad experience has left me with no intention of returning.Service: General repairs & maintenance
