Wow! The Auto Clinic is absolutely amazing! Was traveling from Lubbock to DFW and my oil light came on indicating I needed to stop immediately. Found the Auto Clinic on google. What a pleasant surprise they got me in on a Friday afternoon and got me back on the road! Super friendly people and even let my dog in the super cool waiting area! Makes me want to take my car there for everything!

This is the shop to get your vehicle services done.They have great customer service and an excellent staff.The waiting room is comfortable and overall experience was stress free.Their prices are perfect! And they really care about your vehicle.

Robbie and Sarah are amazing people, and their business was outstanding.I broke down in Snyder, Texas, on a trip of new beginnings I broke down. Robbie went out of his way to talk daily to help and guide me as I fervently worked on my car. And when there were jobs I couldn't do, we worked together to resolve the issue.And Sarah was a beaming light and gracefully talked with me with an understanding voice as we discussed our options.So guys, if you need anything on your car. Take it here. From a family-friendly environment to experience that blows the other guys out of the water. Because this is a good Christian based Family owned American business, which is the staple of the American dream, and we need more of them.So God Bless and pleasant journeys Jamisons in all you do

If you re traveling through- I highly recommend, as well as many other reviews. They took the time to figure out exactly what was causing my issues, were clear, honest, friendly people. I got help at this location July 2016 and I still think about it anytime I pass Snyder. I was pregnant driving several hours on bad tires, to get a new vehicle. My tire blew out on the side of the highway. I tried changing it but the tire was so shredded it was cutting my hands. A truck pulled over and finished changing my tire. The metal was already showing on my other tire and I had 3 more hours to go. I stopped in Snyder but it was already 5:30 and everything was closed. I came by the Auto Clinic, which was closed, but helping someone else who broke down. They did not have my tire. They called around to some friends in the business and had a tire brought to their shop. The family was there until 7:30pm making sure I could get home safely. I was so stressed and barely holding back tears. The wife was so kind and even the son helped his dad get the tire on. They did not charge me an after hours fee. I will never forget the kindness they showed me.

These people are awesome! Read my previous post on that! These guys replaced my engine. It has been a year. My daughter took the car to Nebraska, as soon as she got home, I took the car to Houston. My car has performed FLAWLESSLY! Instead of buying a new car, I'm still driving my 2013 RAV and it will probably go for another 300k miles! THANK YOU for your great service and honest work. If I ever need an engine replacement again, I will haul it to the Auto Clinic from Pueblo West, Colorado!

I m just passing through on a long road trip, and my van started making a horrible sound. I stopped by, and they saw me right away even though they were pretty busy. They were knowledgeable, professional, and very friendly. I wish they were in my hometown, because they would have a customer for life.

Bought 2 new tires & called around & found that the Auto Clinic had the better price. Made a appointment, went in & had them put on my truck. Really nice environment & very friendly staff. I'll use them again. I've recommended them to everyone I talk to.

I could not be more pleased with the expert and thoughtful care that Robbie and his staff extended to me. They took care off a range of things and I was blown away by the upholstery repair! So well done. Will be using this shop for all my vehicles from now on. Highly recommend.

Too busy. If I have to make an appointment for something so simple as a oil change or brake pads, I'll normally go elsewhere. They have absolutely no walk-in service at all.

We blew our car's engine right before Snyder, Texas and ended up taking it to the Auto Clinic! There were no Ubers available, all rental cars were gone, no U-Hall, in other words, we were stuck! The gentleman at the shop called a friend and took us to Lubbock...86 miles away! I am blown away by their hospitality and friendliness! #THANKYOU #GRATEFUL #AWESOMEService: Engine repair

The Auto Clinic is run by a husband/wife team. They have an excellent reputation for honest consistent and detailed work. They stay up-to-date on all the new systems. Worth every penny.

My SUV broke down and couldn't be fixed. Robbie and Sarah were very professional and I was treated like family. Sarah very graciously drove me to get food and to my hotel. They couldn't have been nicer!

Super friendly people , Great customer service , I dropped off my truck to get fixed and I was gonna walk 40 minutes to my hotel, and they dropped me off and picked me up when they finished , I Thank them so much for helping me out , Awesome shop ! Will come again

My daughters car broke down just South of Snyder about an hour and a half short of her destination and I live in Dallas. I called MKM Wrecker Service and Gwelda was so nice and helpful. They got my daughters car towed quickly to the mechanic and were so nice to her.

I can't express the amount of gratitude for the entire team at Auto Clinic. Several people and mechanics had attempted to fix the car prior to taking it to the Auto Clinic and no one had been successful.Due to the nature of the problem, fixing the issue took time and lots of dedication, which the Auto Clinic did. They were very clear in the challenges as well as how they were going to tackle each obstacle. They did all of that and more. When we were about to throw in the towel, Robbie took it upon himself to push through and identify the problem and was fair throughout the entire ordeal.We truly appreciate both Sarah and Robbie's honesty, dedication, and most of all, their willingness to help and give overall positive customer service without any false intentions.Sincerely,Rene F. Robie Jamison has been in business for several years and he has been a mechanic longer than that. This is a family run business and they really care about their customers. Any auto repair you need, this is the place to take it.
