Saturday of easter weekend and my car breaks down on the side of the highway on a road trip with my 60 pound dog in tow. Thank goodness for Anthony and Villafranca, because I was able to get back to Austin safely and fairly quickly. Anthony was very patient, kind and went above and beyond for us. The rate to get the car towed 50 miles was pretty reasonable as well. It s nice to know that there are towing companies out there that don t just take advantage of you in a bad situation.Service: Car towing

REASONABLE COST, QUICK SERVICE, FRIENDLY & PROFESSIONAL Towed my car 60 miles from a hospital in Austin to another in Smithville. Swung by my patient room first to get keys and debit card payment, delivered my car within a few hours. Tipped the driver. Don t use them for body repair or paint repair, granted they did do a touch up for free, the main paint job on my front bumper wasn t great, paint on my headlights and paint on the black parts of the foglights, and my hood isn t properly on, it shakes while driving.Edit: was going to wash my car and 4 dollars in quarters was missing, I had it stuffed in a glove in the side of my door. There is no point of going back, it should have been done right the first time for the 5.7 thousand price tag. And my mom talked to Jose about the paint on the black plastic accents the second time we dropped it off.DONT DO COLLISION REPAIR HERE!

These guys are awesome. Great service, kind, friendly and professional. We were rear-ended away from home (Houston). They took great care of us and got us to enterprise to rent a car and took care of our vehicle.

This wrecker got to us an hour faster than the quote for the other 2 we called. He was very accommodating and helped the whole family get to the repair shop when Lyft and Uber would not pick us up! Thank you!

They did a great job moving my non running 64 GMC pickup. It was old and rusty, but they treated it carefully and did a great job moving it to its new location. I would definitely call them again if I have any other vehicles that needed moving.

We were in a bad situation trying to get a crane unstuck the other day. We called Villafranca s and they were able to get us out. Fair pricing and the showed up when the sun was going down to bail us out. Top notch service and the guys were very friendly. Thanks again.

My brother had a bit of difficulty proving ownership, but the lady at the front desk was very understanding and let us arrange to dig through his car for the required proof.

There s still good people in this world! We had a team down in Houston for an event that broke down on the way home. They were pulling our trailer with our donkeys and were stuck on the side of the road. Joe sent a driver to try to bring the trailer home. After evaluating the situation they decided it wasn t safe. Joe could have moved on but INSTEAD he hauled the trailer and donkeys to his lot. Turned the donkeys out in their back yard with green grass, hay and water. Kept an eye on them over night until we could pick them up this morning! He s not only going to repair the trailer but it will look like new when we pick it up later with a new paint job! This family, is a family of their word, we will bring whatever business we can to them.

Don't let the older owner lady talk you into give up your car title (if you get older car and total) for not get charge on the towing and parking fee. Even though I like Jim (the towing gentlemen) is super nice guy.
