Service techs are professional, polite and knowledgeable. We have used this company 3 times in the past year and we receive the same excellent service every time. We have been full time RV living for a year and know how important service is when something goes wrong. Would recommend this service company.

Izzi came out today and sorted through my list of to dos he was quick to problem solve and resolve issues (even my silly little request). Dealing with RV repairs and warranty is never fun but I m thankful to have found Lone Star RV to help me along the way. Thanks for being great Izzi, we will see you again soon!

Taylor & Izzi worked very well as a team. Our slide out had gotten wicker-jawed and they quickly determined the cause of the problem. Able to get the slide out closed & opened fully. Warned that the fix might be temporary until the rotten flooring in the side out can be replaced..reasonable rates.

Good people. This place can come to your RV. It's not cheap. There is an hourly fee mileage fee and another small fee. So you pay a lot of money to get them to your RV. The good news is most things can be diagnosed and repaired quickly.

A different local company replaced my AC unit. The new unit never cooled my camper. Unfortunately they only gave me excuses why it was a problem with my camper and then left town, leaving me without AC in this record heat wave.I called Lone Star. Within a few minutes, Taylor was able to determine that the brand new AC unit was bad. She worked with Coleman to get the unit replaced under warranty. Once the new unit came in, Taylor came back and she had the unit replaced in under an hour.Awesome job Taylor and Lone Star!

When my air conditioner went out I called Lone Star Mobile RV repair. They had someone at my RV in 15 minutes. The technician was very knowledgeable. She had the problem fixed in no time. I would highly recommend this company.

If I wanted to put this much effort into getting my camper repaired I'd do the work myself.I started speaking with them in mid-January to get my awning and a few other things repaired. I scheduled an appointment for them to come out to the campground we were staying in. Just before the appointment they called and asked to reschedule, which I agreed to. Then just before the new appointment they called to reschedule again, claiming weather would be an issue. Weather was fine that day, but again I understand. During the third appointment they finally showed up. We paid for them to come out and they promised to have the invoice complete within a day or two so I can balance that with the insurance claim. I had to call and email several times to get them to finish the invoice and send it to me after two to three weeks. I then took the time to get the invoice adjusted from my insurance to cover everything with Lone Star in the emails. Insurance did their part two and a half weeks ago and again I had to push for a response to get Lone Star to acknowledge they saw it much less work out the details to make sure they get paid for everything. I understand these processes can take time, but it has been three months and all the hold ups have been with Lone Star claiming they are understaffed and have been out of the office the last week or couple weeks.Service: Body & Trim

I had a great experience with Lone star.took a minute to get approved and kept in contact with be and finished the job. After stupidly calling Affordable RV and getting stood up I called Lone Star Mobile RV Service. Cody came out and was absolutely amazing. Not only did he quickly fix my two problems but he took the time to explain what he was doing in great detail. He took pictures and videos so I could submit them to the warranty reps. He also gave me some insight on my RV and pointers on how to maintain it. How refreshing to have competent and friendly service!! Do not hesitate to use this company! I hope you get Cody! He is a really great guy!

These people were awesome. I had my refrigerator break and they went above and beyond to get me back up and running. They were all very nice and pleasant to be around and talk to while they were here. I was also surprised that they were able to help me so fast. Thanks to them again for everything.

Great customer service and knowledgeable techs. They communicated very well with my appointment and we re even able to fit me in sooner than expected. The techs that came out (Izzy/Taylor) were very professional and courteous. They were able to answer all my questions and got me back up and running. The refrigerator/freezer stopped cooling in our motor home. Cody and Kelly gave me pricing up front to either repair or replace the unit. When he removed the exterior panel he showed me where the coolant had been expelled and where a fire had started at one point. Naturally we replaced the unit. They were back in less than a week with a brand new unit. I was pleased at how carefully they removed the old unit and installed the new one. I highly recommend this business.Thanks guys!!

Nothing but great things to say about Lone Star, Misty and the others in the office had great communication and were very gracious when it came to rescheduling. We had our hot water heater replaced by Kelly, he did a great job, was very knowledgeable and efficient!

These guys do great work for a fair price. They are our go to service for my unit as well as my parents fifth wheel. This repair was not the easiest and they did it like pros! Thanks Lone Star!!

This service is head and shoulders above others in the area. Taylor rocked a change of seals on my slide. Is trouble shooting an issue with a GFCI outlet, just a great rep for Lone Star and super tech for my RV. I had a sewage draining issue with my new RV. At first they made some really valuable suggestions but as though I wasn't exactly familiar on how to maintain said system two technicians well versed with my problem showed up in person. They were able to correct the issue in a timely manner and were extremely polite and very professional and priced fairly.I'll definitely be calling these folks in the future when the next problem arises.Thanks againJ.D.Barton

They saved me on a weekend! I'm new to RVing and had an electrical issue. I checked all the breakers I knew of, and they were able to troubleshoot with me by text to figure it out. I can't thank them enough, and they'll always be the first call when I need someone to come do repairs. Highly recommend. Called 11 places to hear that they were closed on weekends or couldn't come for over a week before Lone Star helped me right on the spot.Thank you!Service: Electrical

Ended up not using them but they came out and gave me all the info i needed in my decision to replace my ac for the rv trailer (i ended up replacing it myself time was an issue)

Today we experienced our first water leak. Shawn and Joseph were at our neighbors working and helped us out. The price was great and their customer service was awesome. Cody showed up and helped out while they were here. Our other neighbor had issues and they jumped right on it. What a great team. I recommend this company to anyone who s looking for a great deal and great customer service.

Best service ever. Receptionist started us out on a great foot. Gave us great prices and they were very accurate. Ashley helped us out and was very respectful. When Kevin and Dennis came out, they did wonderful work and got us up and going in no time. I refer everyone to them and will continue to. I Will definitely use them again. I thank them for their wonderful work.

Lone Star RV Service has been wonderful. I've used them several times and the office staff and service people always go above and beyond to help me. Their customer service is the best. I had a plumbing issue arise when Cody was repairing my washer/dryer combo and he made sure both of my issues were fixed before he left.

This company just replaced my water pump in my travel trailer. All of my neighbors recommended this company because of their integrity and excellent value and I agree. They offered me several options to work around my pump issue if I did not have enough money to replace it. I decided to replace the pump and the technician showed up early and did an excellent job or educating me on the process. I am so very thankful for the high level of honesty and professionalism of this company and I will be using them again for future repairs and projects.

Lone Star Mobile RV Service is by far the best RV service company I have ever used. I have had RVs for nearly 40 years and had a lot of difficulty finding the right service company at the right price. Lone Star provides the very best service and have been great to work with. Their communication and responsiveness to my service needs have been great. I honestly don't believe you could find a more helpful, knowledgeable and honest team. I've traveled all over the US and used many mobile service companies...but without a doubt this is the absolute best company I've ever used. Ashly was gracious and delivered "Best in Class" customer service. The guys communicated with me about their arrival time and did a superb job. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone who's looking for a "first class" company.

Wonderful company to work with. Great work had an on demand hot water heater installed, excellent work. Also was scheduled to have a new AC fan motor installed but the technician discovered it was just dirt fibber nests causing the problem. I appreciate the honesty and not having to put in a new motor. Saved me money. I will continue to use this company and tell others about it.
