I have now had TWO great experiences here. First, I purchased a nice used vehicle in November; second, I had to take said vehicle in for an oil change and some other services.Both times, the staff has been extremely friendly and helpful, and really seem to enjoy serving their customers well. I certainly recommend checking out Smith Auto Ford in Slaton for a great deal on a vehicle, and awesome customer service!

I took my husband s F150 to Smith to have recall work done. It was dropped off the night before and the process was seamless. The appointment was for 9am and I received a call around 9:30 stating it was ready for pickup. Thank you to the mechanic and Chris for the friendly and professional service.

I bought my truck at dealership and have had repairs at location as well. Each interaction is so pleasant.Chris and all the service reps are so great. Everyone takes time to listen and explains problem in detail. Amazing customer service goes a long way in a stressful situation.

Was in the process of financing a truck through Happy Bank in Slaton they even sent the paperwork to my loan officer and turn around and dood the vehicle out from underneath me. I will start doing my business with a dealership in Lubbock from now on just bought a vehicle from Smith a few months back.

This was the best car buying experience ever. Jeff-salesman in Levelland was polite, knowledgeable and listened to my needs (wants). No pressure at all. Honestly, I m not that easy to deal with, but on this buy I was even pleasant. I ve waited/wanted a Ford Explorer for many years, I finally have the car I ve always wanted. Thank you Jeff. God Bless and I m sure we will see you again!

Chris did a great job handling our repair it went exactly as he explained and we are very pleased it was a recall and we didn't have to pay anything but they also checked the whole car and checked the Sync system.

They found and fixed the problem quickly but the upcharge on parts is pretty high. Still worth it to not have to worry about the problem anymore. Good communication through out the process and the bill was actually lower than they quoted. Overall a good experience.

Can't say enough about the quality and friendliness of this shop. Richard Rico went out of his way to make sure that I felt comfortable with their service. Service department outstanding service. For your auto sales needs or service....you can't go wrong with this honest shop.

I just wanted to thank the Smith Auto Family! If I knew how to tag you in my FB post I would have!! Ya'll went above and beyond for me and I found you on line! Not only did you put me in the car I wanted (that turned out to be so much more) but you delivered it me! That alone is a huge deal to me!! I was working with another car lot here in my town and ended being disappointed! But I am very happy they did because it lead me to you all! Not only did you put me in the car I wanted, you did it in 3 hours, with the down payment I had, with no hassles. You guys/gals are rocking it!! Carlos you my friend are amazing and so is the chase car driver that helped you deliver my car! It is an amazing car and way more than I was looking for! I will be telling everyone where they can go to get a car! You have my business for life!!! Thank You All! I will never be able to thank ya'll enough!

I had been looking for a used truck for weeks. Dozens viewed and driven.Jana Ward found me the perfect one in less that 48 hours!I can't tell you how well I was treated by Jana in Plainview andRichard and Jacob in Slaton. From now on, my search will be a phone call to Jana Ward in Plainview!

Back in the 1960s my dad in Slaton called Bill Smith and said he'd like to buy me a car.Bill told him he had a mustang with no air conditioning and a standard shift.Dad said "I'll take it."I asked my dad what color is the car and he answered "I don't care."I said "what if the colors don't match?"He said "they don't paint cars that way."The whole conversation with Bill took one minute.The car was delivered a short time later to our house.Dad gave the employee a check.Since price wasn't mentioned I later checked what the car would have cost in Lubbock.You guessed it:Bill's price was cheaper than any other I could find.Ah, to do business with friends fifty plus years ago in Slaton!

Tyler was very helpful during our car buying experience. He helped us to the best of his abilities and made sure we were satisfied with the vehicle we chose. He made multiple follow up calls/text to make sure all questions were answered prior to finalizing the purchase. He has since followed up with us to make sure we were still satisfied with the vehicle and to answer any questions we had. We will be recommending him to family and friends who are looking to purchase a vehicle.

This was a very pleasant experience. Mike McNutt , Holden and Victor went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. Everyone in the Dealership spoke, smiled and had positive comments. Smith South Plains helped me with my resent purchase of a 2013 F150. Junior Valdez was the salesman who helped me. He was very kind and helpful. I told him the vehicle I was interested in and he had it to me within and few hours for me to test drive. By the end of the day I had purchased the truck and was very satisfied with the professionalism of Mr. Valdez. I would highly recommend Smith South Plains to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

Brand New red Ford truck pulls up at gas station close by the dealership. Employee gets out. A gentleman walks up to him asking if he has any cans. Employee begins to degrade him with words. Unbelievable. I have a business and have bought two trucks this year. I can tell ya that the 3rd one Will not be bought at smiths .
