DONT BUY FROM HERE, I put $3000 down on a truck that did great during the test drive but had a slight transmission issue the owner chad agreed to have the issue fixed if I got the truck and sense the purchase I have called a dozen times in an attempt the resolve the transmission issue he will not return my calls and when I can get ahold of chad he acts like he knows nothing about the issue, I am now $6000 into a truck I've only had for a month I can not get my money back and the truck is no longer drivable at all. This place is a huge scam and they need to be shut down

Do not buy a car from this place! Put $3,000 down on a vehicle. Test drove it once and decided to get it a couple weeks later. The battery light was on on the dash. The owner Chad said it was because they bought a new battery and it hadn't been driven since then and that's why the light was on..when we left with the vehicle and got half a mile down the road the transmission was slipping. Called the owner of the lot and he said to check transmission fluid and to add any if needed. We did and it did no good. Was jerking when put in reverse. We also smelled exhaust fumes real bad. Told the owner Chad about that as well. Told him we were going to take it to silsbee muffler to get checked out. Once put on the diagnostics machine there it had 15 codes come up. 1 being a bad exhaust leak, transmission problems, tires not up to inspection, exhaust bracket not on, bcm issue and missing manifold bolt among other things. We purchased the vehicle on a Friday. The car lot was closed until that following Tuesday. So we dropped the car and the keys off with the mechanic, who also told us he was putting his two week notice in because of the way Chad the owner has him rig up vehicles so they look like a good vehicle and drive right for a little while. That same day we asked Chad for our down payment back, he said he couldn't because the bank that funds YesDog wouldn't let him. Fist off if you pay your car note to YesDog then they are the bank! He said they would see if the vehicle had internal transmission issues and then go from there. We told him we would just like our money back. He said no! So he has the vehicle and the $3,000. Down payment. Which he actually charged $3,090. He said The $90 fee is for using a credit card. But the receipt says $3,000 and we weren't told about the fee! We've contacted the bank to dispute the charges and also we've contact a lawyer to sue if he doesn't give the money back! This business should be closed down!

I ve had a great experience! My suv was a very reasonable price and the man that wrote up the deal (Mike) was very polite and quick! The owner (Chad) also came in and he made sure I knew everything about the suv and as completely happy with it before he let me leave! Hands down great service and great communication! Will definitely be buying here again for my teen daughters! Thank you yesdog!

Yesdog is an exceptional business,I ve gotten 2 vehicles from here and they have all ran and drove great. The employees who work there are always willing to stop and help a customer whenever help is needed.

If I could give them 0 stars I would, I work at a dealership and let me tell you yesdog is the most unprofessional and rude staff I have ever dealt with I've been waiting almost 4 months for my plates to come in I've had to buy more temp tags because they have taken so long the managers will lie to you I caught them in multiple lies Chad the owner will scream at you to shut up and his manager Michael learned from him it seems because they are not men of their words and are going to screw you this was absolutely the worst decision to deal with them please take my experience and don't buy from yesdog auto LLC

I definitely wouldn t recommend buying a car from here even in the most desperate time of need. My car was sold to me broken. Three of the windows didn t work, none of the buttons on the steering wheel worked, one of the doors were broken and wouldn t open, buttons on the radio didn t work, three lights were already on the dash board (check engine light, airbag light, and maintenance required light), the gear shifter is literally a metal pipe with a springy button on top, the first day I got it I had to put brand new tires on it because it shook so bad when it drove, and they gave it to me on empty. I was told I was buying a car that had ZERO problems but You won t believe how much They had me pay.. $3200 usd. I was completely ripped off, and the car was never fixed and nothing was ever done about the whole situation. I would never purchase anything through them nor would I recommend it to any friend of mine.
