Customer Service here is A+++Mason went out of his way to help me get into a rental car after my car broke down. Warranty repair took several days due to a part being on back order but he kept me informed throughout the entire process. Courteous and professional, Mason and the Team here have earned Silsbee Toyota Service Dept a great reputation!

The service department here does good work. I bring two Toyotas here regularly. If you're looking for an amazing service advisor, Mason is there to take care of you. Five stars for him every time. Appointments can sometimes run long, so I'm always sure to bring a book or some work with me. (They have free wifi that works.) Today's service took a lot less time than I figured, though, so you never know. My one complaint is that they do charge extra if you pay with a credit card. I can understand Mom & Pop shops doing that, but for a car place, where certain repairs can naturally be pretty expensive, it only makes sense to allow credit card purchases with no additional fee. That's the main thing I'd change. But again, the work is done well. I've never had to bring in a vehicle because the problem was misdiagnosed or not fixed correctly the first time.

Guys have their stuff together. Came into get second key for my new 4Runner. Rolled in for my appointment on time and left 15 minutes before estimated time of completion. Everything went smooth and was back to work on time.

Wait time was a little longer than usual but I was okay with that. I was only informed of needing new front brake pads; nothing else. Then I received a call wanting me to come get multiple things done. I had no clue what they were referring to. Normally the service person comes out & talks with me, even bringing the filters that need changing to show me the need. This did not happen, so I figured they didn t check the cabin air filter. But, obviously they did because I was asked about changing it (on the phone call). Also shortly after that visit my glove box started falling open. On checking it, I discovered that, obviously when the service person checked the filter, he didn t get the bracket (on one side of the box) aligned with the bar it goes across. Instead he/she just jammed it in and it bent the bracket on one side. And it s plastic; showing stress marks on the bracket. I was able to gently pull them apart & put the box in correctly but it doesn t always stay shut. I can t prove they did it so didn t figure I had a leg to stand on as far as getting it replaced at Silsbee Toyota so didn t go back. I priced new boxes & they are $300. Needless to say, this didn t make me happy. And, I ll be surprised if anyone even reads this!Service: Oil change

The associates inside the service building were extremely nice and helpful. The services performed on my car were good as far as I can tell but, the mechanics set there elbow (with grease on it) on my center console and left a black grease elbow print in the cloth. The associates inside were very apologetic and scheduled a cleaning for the first opening. Unfortunately, they did not get the grease out nor did I get a call back in reference of what I could use to get it out. I am currently looking for another facility to continue the maintenance on my car. Not because they were not nice but because I would like a dealership that covers these areas while working on my car so I don't have another issue like this in the future and I don't want to have to ask for this to be done whenever they service my car.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations, Auto maintenance, Oil change

Mason was extremely helpful in explaining the service to be done. Great professionalism, and knowledgeable. Service department was quick and reasonable. Great job from them. Highly recommend to attend to your service needs .

For the second time I had my Tacoma in for service (oil change and tire rotation). They did not check my tire pressures either time. I took it backthe next day this last time, they checked the tires but did not set them to the recommended pressure. Not confident they actually did all the inspections that are supposed to be included with a service. I will not return there for any future service.Services: Tire rotations, Oil change
