I had a pretty decent time at Silsbee Ford Service department. It was kind of confusing at first because I'd never been to the Service Department before (just Sales, because I haven't had my new ride long) and I was at a loss when I first arrived. The service entrance dumps you into these little cubicle areas? I did a double-take thinking I was in the 'Employees Only' area, but I wasn't!Colleen was nice and got me squared away, when I figured out where to go. The service was fast and the actual service took just a few minutes. Also, the waiting area was efficient and clean. The complimentary water was a nice touch, too! Overall, the experience was about a 4 but the approach and flow is weird.

Mason at service is always so awesome!! I always ask for him because of his great service and politeness. I would recommend people to purchase a vehicle from Silsbee Toyota just because of the service department. I have never been disappointed.

I had an appointment for oil change and tire rotation. They were ready for me when I got there. Vehicle was ready in an hour. Nice waiting area. Staff were all polite and helpful.

Started off with some miscommunication with the employees when I dropped off my vehicle and the manager got in touch with and cleared everything up. Manger is very nice, friendly, and helpful. He personally made sure I was satisfied with my experience and I will definitely return in the future.

First experience took them a day and a half to put on a trailer brake switch in, that should ve only taken 45 minutes.Last go around,(Service was terrible. Did not correct the problem and not sure the checked it, but did charge for it. And I noticed that the ticket was closed out the next day, so why did they kept it five days? I have no idea )I brought my truck in with a charging issue with warning lights on the dash and codes already being able to be read. After five days I was told it was good to go, barely made it home before the light came back on, took it to another dealership, which it did not make it I had to have the good people at Sour Lake Ford come rescue me because it died, and it literally had three pages of codes when I arrived.I asked the service manager for a refund on the money that they charge me for the diagnostics, (which either they didn t do, or their machine was broken because it was wrong) and I was refused, then got hung up on.

I had a great experience at Silsbee Ford! With any of your Ford needs, rather it s for a new car or your service needs Silsbee Ford is the place to go! The sales team is awesome, and the service team is AMAZING! Ask for Brittany in the service department!

Picked up truck to deliver to dealership. Drivers were very nice and on time. When I picked up the truck, had to pull info out of clerk. She didn't know where my truck was, just somewhere out there. Had to use the emergency alarm to find my truck. The service was done quickly and hopefully well. The pickup and delivery service was a nice surprise.

Diagnosed, parts ordered and installed. Great service. Having more work done, different issue, next week. Dealership where I bought kept telling me I didn t want to pay for that work. My service advisor here set me up a time to get it done. Silsbee Ford will most likely be my new/ only dealership.

The tech was great. He is was very respectful. The customer service lied to me about the service and how long it would take and was rude when I made the appointment. So it is hard to give stars.

The service department at Silsbee Ford is disorganized, to say the least. We were never once called with an update about the repair of our vehicle and instead had to call weekly to inquire about the status of the repair. Even when I specifically requested a call when the parts arrived, I received no communication until after the car was ready to be picked up. When I picked up the vehicle they could not even tell me where my car was located and told me just to look around for it and use my key fob to find it. I've heard from several other people that this service department is disorganized and I most likely will not return.

Valet service at home was amazing performance was great took care of recall work quickly. Now just wait 5 business days to have a part that was not in stock from this experience I precieve it to be just as convenient, thorough and quick. Thanks guys.

Just such nice folks! Easy making an appointment, very helpful, efficient and friendly, going out of their way to help in ways not expected! Having just recently moved to Kountze, and this being the first service appointment set for my new Ford Ranger, I wasn't sure where to go...I'll definitely use them for all my services! Went in july to have recall work done, had to order part, called after 4 weeks because noone had contacted me. Part was there but they'd have to call me back with an appointment. Contacted again in September, still noobe there to schedule work. Assume the part is still there. Have not heard from anyone and still have not had recall work done. Took a whole day off for them to look at the vehicle since they are over an hour away only to wait a couple of hours and find out the part had to be ordered. Not very happy. Rear axle bolt for a 2021 explorer....doesn't seem like a lot involved to me, but I'm not a mechanic.

I have bought my last vehicle from. Silsbee Ford strictly because of the service dept . Sales great service after the sale not so much have had issues with my truck since I bought it and service dept can't seem to find an issue ,I bet they will find an issue as soon as extended warranty is over

I had two free oil changes I won In a raffle, valued at $89.99 each. Since I use synthetic oil, I called to ask how much it would cost for my Cadillac and someone told me $102.00. The oil change took 1.5 hours and they charged me an additional $60 for the oil change after using one of the coupons. That's over double what it costs for a synthetic oil change anywhere in Beaumont. I will not recommend you to anyone.

Got a refund check through Silsbee Ford from the Ford Company. Silsbee Ford was great in getting the recall claim submitted and called us when the check went into the mail. Great job.

After 7 hours in the waiting room I left with a reprogrammed ABS ( later found out this is not true) and brakes flushed. I was told I needed a brake master cylinder but they had none in stock. When I tried to release my car hood today it would not release. The technician at Silsbee Ford managed to disengage the cable. I live in Woodville so traveling back and forth to Silsbee isn t convenient. My overall interaction was pleasant just with disappointing consequences I discovered later.I have since learned from a trusted mechanic that I was ripped off!! The reprogramming of the ABS was merely going in and turning off anything that would say there is a malfunction. I really needed an entire new ABS Module that would have also solved my brake issues and I don t need the master cylinder that they told me I did need. BEWARE of this dealership.

I use Silsbee Ford to change my oil in my truck when its needed. They also rotate my tires at the same time. It normally takes them about 45 minutes to do both.Services: Tire rotations, Oil changeServices: Tire rotations, Oil change

I thought the labor rates were excessive. To change a 33 dollar part was over 300 dollars. There was a week wait time for the repair which took a couple of hours. Once they got the vehicle in they were very prompt in getting it done.

Multiple changes to price.Main sensor problem wasn t fixed. My daughter s boyfriend then fixed it in ten minutes after the sensor kept going off and we were back home.Total cost was significantly more than originally quoted. Vehicle was kept way longer than needed due to poor communication. A frustrating experience.

Service appointment was for a specific time, 1 other customer before me & they were already in process, almost done. Appears to been only 1 tech on a Saturday. My vehicle didn t get taken back until 35 minutes after my appointment time. Service here has been going downhill for the past 2 years. The service department personnel do not provide you any info regarding the service(s) performed; you have to ask them if everything checked out ok or read over the service ticket yourself. They are not paying attention to what type of appointment a customer is booking; and then have to reschedule the appointment when they didn t complete everything!Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

They did a good job repairing my truck. Ford customer service paid almost half the cost even though it was not under warranty. It was hard to get a hold of the Service rep. Take my truck in and they diagnose the running issue. I buy parts for the repair and fix the truck.Truck still has the same running issues after the repair.I then take it back in and they tell me that it s running bad due to THE PARTS THAT WERE JUST REPLACED! And their response? The new parts are defective After paying for parts and 2 diagnostic fees, I m back where I started. FANTASTICIn their defense, they gave me $15 off the diag fees the 2nd time .thanks

Took 3 hours for a oil change and tire rotation. Also acted like he couldn't find my lugnut key which was in the glove box in the tire kit where it's supposed to be .then gonna say they had a hard time finding it cause it was under a bunch of laundry which is a lie there is absolutely no clothing in my bronco . However there was headbands in the glove box becasue its a soft top .Then I get home to find they put the lugnut key in the console instead of putting it back where it belongs in the kit in the glove box . They kept saying he was new and in training which may be but 3 hours and they didn't feel the need to step in
