I brought my ranger in a month ago to get a full service and the tires slimed so I wouldn t have to worry about flats in the event I ran over cactus. Well the hunting trip never happened and I went to get on ranger to fill feeders at my place, second time using it and the tire is flat. I specifically asked them to fix left rear leak and slime tires. They sure as heck charged me for it. Piss poor service. They were friendly, yet I never got what I paid for.

The guys (especially JD) in parts and service are absolutely amazing. I'm VERY happy with their fees and feel I'm getting a very good value.

I put my Suzuki quadsport 400 in this place two times for carburetor work. Spent 700 dollars the first time and the bike didn't work long. Tried them again spent 500 this time got the bike home and it broke down the same day. Called and talked to Chad about the bike and basically told me it was nothing he could do. It's no warranty on carburetor work. I couldn't believe it. Thought this was a good place was telling others about them. Now I'm telling everyone once they have your money and you have your bike it's nothing else they wanna hear. I live buy if someone pays you to do work make sure there happy. I not happy at all and advise everyone to never go there

From start to finish Mr. Todd Wheeler of Outpost Powersports was extremely professional, knowledgeable, as well as a pleasure to conduct business with. He stayed on top of things as my order came through, keeping me informed every step of the way. My order came through faster than we had thought, and I was in the middle of re-decking my trailer, so Mr. Todd even provided me with a trailer to get my new Polaris Ranger to the ranch! He familiarized me with all the aspects of scheduling and points maintenance, safety, display functions, cargo bed functions and capacities; a very complete introduction. He let me drive it around a little bit, and even tied it down safely on the trailer! I am glad I decided to stay with the home team instead of going out of town, fer sure! I will be a repeat customer!

Our experience at Outpost Power Sports was excellent. Todd helped to track down the jet ski we were looking for across Houston. He answered all the questions we had via text and on the phone before we made our trip out. The Outpost team had the Jet Ski and trailer all set before we got there. Todd had all the paperwork ready for us to sign when we showed up. Before leaving, he gave us a detailed overview of the machine and the maintenance schedule.We really appreciate the excellent service Todd and his team provided.

Todd was awsome!!! I would give the outpost 5 stars but had to bring my Polaris back 2 times within a month. But it was only because there system update was for 2021 and lower and I have a 2022 but they got the new update and now it runs perfect thank you very much so happy!!!.

Excellent customer service is how I will start. My wife and I came in to look for our first Buggy. The only problem was our daughter was asleep in the truck. Mr wheeler and all of the staff took the time to show us each buggy while the other sat in the truck. We decided what we wanted and they stayed late on a Saturday to make the deal. Thanks to everyone at Outpost Power sports in Silsbee, Texas!!! We have the perfect buggy for our family!!!!

This is my 2 nd purchase from Todd WheelerUnder promised and over achieved!!!Because of covid we had to wait for product. Go see Todd Wheeler. He will shoot you straight and will do anything he can to get you into what you want. He is very knowledgeable about everything on the floor and is straight up about pricing. I won t be shopping anywhere else but here for future purchases.

Took the Kids Ranger 150 in for a brake issue and troubleshooting found the master cylinder had some issues looking at 350.00 in parts. The service department took the time to review the issue with Polaris and found some of the master cylinders on my 2018 model had issues and they covered the parts. Very few places would have taken the time to help save the customer money on an out of warranty buggy. I have purchased 2 buggies from Outpost and will do all my business with them. Great sales and service experience. A++++++

Horrible. Fix your atv/sxs yourself. Brought it in for a problem. Two unrelated items wound up broken. One was identified and fixed at my approval although it wasnt a problem before but i chaulked it up as beliveable, the 2nd item they knew about and pretended the atv came in that way when it was 100% not broken upon arrival to outhouse powers ports....UPDATE...I FIXED 2ND PROBEM, THEY KNOCKED 2 WIRES OUT OF A PLUG AND DIDNT BOTHER TO LOOK INTO IT ALTHOUGH WHEN I DROPPED BIKE OFF I DROVE IT IN USING THE ITEM THAT WAS BROKEN ON PICKUP.

The man at his desk apparently didn't think I was serious about buying. He didn't even bother standing up then, he proceeded to take a phone call. I walked out and they didn't care. I won't be back. I called my husband and told him not to bother going by after work.Lost our business.In case they care enough to read this post; we went to Orange that weekend and bought a brand new 2020 Honda side by side. Yep the extra wide one. They could have had our business.

Go see Mr. Todd at Out Powersports for a great deal on a new side by side, the service was great and was there throughout the entire purchase and service department was quick about putting on my extra purchases I had made. Really great service all the way around.

Awesome place! Dewayne is the best. He is always very helpful and will answer any questions that you have. The parts guys are pretty awesome as well!! We have purchased two Kawasaki Mules from them.

Prices are too steep and very seldom have what I need! Was misinformed on thermostat situation also. Was told its probably the radiator, when it was in fact the thermostat causing heating issues which is what I thought in the first place. The guy almost had me convinced to take the radiator out! Thermostat was only a 10 minute fix! So far, so good on the running temp. They are no help at all!!! Other Polaris places have actually helped me out to find cheaper parts. They will only get my business from now on only if I'm in a bind and need something fast.!

Purchased new Kawasaki KFX 90 from Mike , very helpful and nice salesman. Price was way below anything in Louisiana. Large inventory and awesome sales guys A+ dealership.

Won't go back. Absolutely no inventory on side by sides. Walked in and salesman never got out of his chair by front door not did he quit eating his Doritos.

Nobody in there seemed too interested in selling anything everybody seemed to have their nose in the computer as your trying to walk around and figure out what to buy so I'll probably end up buying something somewhere else. I guess business is so good they can just brush you off
