As I told Jen, the sales person who guided me through the process, I've never had a better experience buying a car. There were no hard-sell tactics, and she was a font of knowledge regarding her products. She and others involved in the sale, i.e. Elizabeth, Bri, and Chris, are all wonderful representatives of their business. I was treated with professionalism, genuine friendliness, and patience throughout. I felt like my entire interaction with the company was a positive experience.

Bailey was outside as I drive through the parking lot Quinton quickly came to assist. These guys are really on their jobs The next day I was a proud owner of a Nissan Rouge. This was my second time buying from this dealership. Fast and friendly service.The Nissan dealership is a great place to buy you next new are used car . I was even introduced to the service team before I left . The owner came out to congratulate us. What an awesome team.

I had the BEST salesman, he was prompt in returning my calls, took care of everything for me before I arrived and I was in and out in less than 1 hr.My salesman Roderick, made me feel like family! .I will continue to do business with Nissan Silsbee because they have great customer service and went over the top to make me happy !

Stopped in for recall work which I had been made aware of at another dealership. That previous dealership, however, was unable to fit me in to address the recall issues, advising me that one of the two would take anywhere from 4 to 5 hours and that I would need to schedule an appointment...with the next available time being almost 4 weeks from that day.Nissan of Silsbee not only had an appointment available on my next available day, but they quickly took care of my recall issues - in 2.5 hours compared to the 4-5 which I had been quoted - and provided me with a thorough inspection of my vehicles systems and critical areas. I'm already planning on returning for additional service when I have the availability in the future.

This was the best buying experience we ve ever had. Rick Cassels is my salesperson and he s amazing. We showed up signed the papers and we re done in an hour. Elizabeth the finance manager was very kind and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend Rick Cassels and Elizabeth Price. So classy.

I did the credit application last night. Ben the salesperson assured me he would call me today. I had to call him at 4pm today. He made excuses that they were just too busy to look at online applications today. He said due to the time it would be Monday before he would work in my application. I respectfully declined. I'll go to another dealership that will be happy to help me buy a car

The service folks were really great and tried to get Nisson assistance. Very disappointed in my car. Bought 2014 and salesman said these cars easily see 200k miles if serviced correctly. 150k and transmission went out because of faulty CVT valve. Nissan refused any assistance. Undependable.. Will not buy again and warning family and friends..

Hands down the best car buying experience I ve ever had! Rodrick listened to everything that I wanted and wasted no time finding me a reliable car. He didn t just try to sell me the newest, most expensive vehicle on the lot like other dealerships did! They also made trading in my previous car extremely easy and gave me a good trade in allowance. My new car was detailed and maintenance and I even got new rims! I love how trustworthy everyone was. I highly recommend everyone to join the Nissan family! You ll definitely leave satisfied!

Well I had bought a used truck and had a problem occur and it ended up in a shop out of town. Long story short I made it back home after renting a car and ended up with a brand new truck the next day. My salesman Quinton is by far one of the best I have ever dealt with.

This is the worst dealership ever. I brought a brand new 2022 Nissan Altima on January 18,2022. I have been back to the dealership 3 times with this car not starting. The first 2 times the service department told me it was nothing wrong with my car. The 3rd time they changed a break switch. Now less the 24 hrs here I am again stuck and my car is now starting . Not one time the the sales manager come out to make anything right. I ve asked for a loaner car I was told that they were all out so it was nothing that they can do. So I have to spend my own money to rent a car when I just brought a brand new car. Now how much sense does that make? I m super aggravated and frustrated and I just wanna call that works So this site is set up to only be able to write one review I guess. Someone responded to my review but I have call everyone that u can think of, all to be sent to voicemails. Whom ever responded to the review did even put a name for me to ask for, wow. So the response was only put on here for the internet people to make it seem like they care. Once they have your money they don t care about the customer. I ve been without a car all weekend and still have not been able to get a loaner vehicle do to them not having one available. My friend car was giving her problems and Mike Smith Nissan didn t have any cars so they rented her a car from Enterprise rental to accommodate her. Now that s good business. That s caring about the customer. It s always something you can do. But Nissan of Silsbee favorite words are it s nothing we can do I m sorry.
