Went in to get new tires. They didn't have the tires I needed but the service manager checked and found what was needed in Lumberton. He immediately went and got them. They do a check list of the vehicle and found the rear brakes needed pads and the front brakes were ok.. They even checked the air filter.. He thoroughly explained the kind of all weather tires and the warranty to me.I had on my Air Force service cap he ask if I was a veteran I said yes. He gave me a substantial discount. While I was there a man came in with some disabled veteran tee shirts to sell. The two service guys reached in there pockets and both bought tee shirts. I was really impressed how they honored military vets.Nice people to do business with. Remember when you go in it takes time to do proper maintenance to your vehicle. Have some patience and respect.

Very pleased with the work the mechanics did on my vehicle. Went in for a couple of new tires and a front end alignment...did not realize my car vehicle needed so much attention! they explained everything that needed to be replaced and did a fantastic job! drove out feeling like I was driving a new vehicle

10/10 do NOT recommend!I normally have my vehicle maintenance done with another company, but my in-laws use Modica Brothers in Jasper, Tx and they bragged on the service and how great the price is. So I make my way to my closest MB location. After I waited an hour and a half, and I was the ONLY person in the lobby, I was charged $50 MORE than I normally pay at my usual place. All I did was have the oil changed and tires rotated. When I got in my car, the steering wheel was covered in dirt and oil. I make my way down the highway and all my tire sensors start going off saying low pressure. The crew did not reset any alarms after maintenance. While I waited the 90 minutes, the desk salesmen played on their phones the entire time, took turns going to the facilities, and talked about it in front of my five year old daughter, who then proceeds to ask me what exactly is meant by the things that were said. Embarrassing.

Modica gets it right. They do thorough services and don t hit you with random offers. Just relative options. Always a pleasant transaction and clear communication. Thank you for keeping service alive.

Got tires on my one ton truck rotated and balanced. Young man tried to push me to buy new tires. After 2 1/2 hrs I got my truck back but they put two of the wheels in the wrong place. Same young man tried to convince me that that is what I asked for. I have aluminum wheels and the steel wheels for the inside were put on the outside. Mistakes happen and that s ok, but when I m argued with that s it s my fault, that s unacceptable!

I ve always had a great experience with this location. When Adam Smith was there he made everyone feel like they were the most important customer. This is still reflected with the employees that are here

It wasn't a big deal because we had a 2nd vehicle to come pick me up. I originally was going to wait the 2-3 hrs for service. I arrived at 830..they didn't have the struts. Wouldn't be able to get them until 1130 or so.

My sensor some how got messed up my tire light wasn't on until I got my car back from the shop. I took it to medical Bros and was told the sensor was gone I had to pay sixty-six dollars to have it replaced. I would like to get a refund.

Great service...explained everything to me and gave me some options and referred me somewhere to get rim repaired and can have tires ordered and put on the next day

Very professional to the office and the technician working on my truck will never try to do front end work ever again on my own they will be my go to and they did my whole front end in one day they explained everything to me and showed me everything that was bad in my front end will be back for any work and tires that I need

The customer service at the Silsbee location is outstanding. Servicing your vehicle is not cheap no matter how you go about it, but if you can t trust the work that is done or for a mechanic to stand behind the work they do, you can count on spending a lot more. I appreciate the work and the integrity that the staff at this location showed when replacing my tires and two front wheels. It wasn t cheap and there was a minor problem, but they fixed it in the spot. I would definitely recommend them .4 years later and they are not the same business. Changed ownership and with it poor integrity and customer service. Unfortunately

Always takes forever said it will be done in 45 minutes and was here for over and hour and a half. It made me late for an appointment. Will go to either Kirbyville or Lumberton next time since this is the third time they have done this.
