Highly recommend them! I was rear ended a week after getting my car & Jason and his staff went above and beyond to get me back on the road as quickly as possible! I tool my 2011 toyota 4 runner out here met Jason and decided to let him fix it had to have new bumper and rear fender fixed they did an awesome job and got it done quick so I would recommend impact collision to any that needs ur car r truck fixed when u meet Jason u will know ur at the right place. SO I LOVE IMPACT COLLISION.

Being a perfectionist of paint jobs for 26 years it's obviously tough to find a body shop you'd trust to take care of "your baby" This is the only shop I'd take my cars to and Jason and his team are trustworthy which is another rare quality to find these days. Highly recommended!

15 yrs no accident, then the unexpected happened. Passenger side quarter panel, bumper, pass-door area damaged. Took it to Impact Collision & Customs here in Silsbee, where Jason the owner said it would be okay. Jason and crew handled there business. My truck looks Beautiful! You can't tell it was.... it looks Great! God forbid anything happens again, to any of my vehicles. One thing I know for sure is Jason and crew at Impact Collision & Customs are here and they can fix it. Come check them out you won't be disappointed. Thank you, and God bless

Location is convenient, but requires an appointment and a simple weld was recommended for more extensive work, than 2 other places estimated.
