I needed a new vehicle and shopping for one is about my least favorite thing to do. I wanted to do as much from home as I could so I went online to secure my financing before I even went to the dealership. The finance company had a search feature on the app so I used it to view available vehicles in the area. I found a few I liked at Hyundai of Silsbee so I headed there first. The salesperson that helped me was Jessi. I told her what I wanted to see and she brought it right over. I drove it. Liked it. Wanted to buy it. She offered to show me a few more but that wasn t necessary. I gave her my financial info and she was able to easily pull it, but got me a better rate through Rave saving me money. She made sure the vehicle was clean, had gas, and was ready to go in record time. Jessi was great to deal with and everyone else there was friendly and professional. I highly recommend this dealership and Jessi!

We were looking for a new Hyundai Tucson and visited Hyundai of Silsbee. We were able to find the vehicle we wanted. After working with salesperson Karen Herrera, we were able to reach an agreement to purchase a 2024 Hyundai Tucson. She was very helpful, courteous, and enjoyable to work with. She went out of her way and spent extended time to find what we were looking for. I scheduled a service appointment to have my Hyundai evaluated and expected a warranty-related issue to be the cause for concern. I d hoped the problem would be easily identified and quickly fixed. Well, the team at Hyundai of Silsbee far exceeded my expectations! They were kind, knowledgeable, helpful, and fast (but efficient)! My service advisor, Mallory, offered some of the best service and advice I ve ever experienced at a dealership. The service manager went above and beyond to make sure I thoroughly understood the issues I d experienced and what was being done to fix them. He and his technicians were fantastic! Hands down, great experience. 10/10 recommend. I will absolutely go back to them for anything I need from a Hyundai dealership.

Great experience at Hyundai in Silsbee. Easy purchase, friendly salesperson. (Thanks, to Karen Herrera.)Did have one minor hiccup when the car was delivered with a screw in the back left tire, but they made it right and replaced the tire promptly. Makes me want to continue to deal with their friendly service people.

Oil change, rotated tires & changed the dirty cabin filter. All completed professionally & efficiently! I called the local number to book my appointment & the service lady was very pleasant over the phone. Thank you Hyundai of Silsbee Service Department!!

I bought a cheap cash truck someone had traded in that would ve otherwise gone to auction and they treated it the same as a $40k deal. I was very pleased with my whole experience. Highly recommend Ledell for all your car buying needs. He was very friendly and professional throughout the whole process.

Karen Herrera went above and beyond... Her and her team are 1 in a million, she even ordered us some pizza! Never in my life have I had a sales person feed me... The entire experience was quick and painless, by far the fastest car buying experience that I have ever had at any dealership. Karen is a legitimate rock star.

Karen was a wonderful and I over the top salesman. Anytime we do business with Hyundai of Silsbee she will be our "go to" person. The experience with Hyundai of Silsbee is the only place I will buy a vehicle from ever again. Service is great, politeness is refreshing and the staff are all wonderful to be around ESPECIALLY Karen even though im being a lil bias. If you want a good deal and someone that works hard to get you what you need and want this is definitely the place to go.

Edit: Despite them saying they'd rectify the situation, I'm apparently getting marketing from Trish herself now.Original: This dealership uses deceptive, manipulative marketing. I received a "follow up" phone call from this dealership saying that I had supposedly been to their store and "walked out" without buying anything. I called back concerned about potential identity theft, as I have never been to this store, and I'm on the Do Not Call registry. As it turns out, they were calling because they had apparently sent me a mailer (I remember the mailer, too, it was one of those fake handwritten note mailers), and were "following up" on their own advertising with another advertising call with a false pretense.I had no opinion of this store beforehand, but after this I will make a point to avoid them. I wouldn't suggest buying from someone who attempts to (poorly) use such social engineering just to try to make a sale.EDIT IN REPLY TO OWNER: There is no means by which I can reply to you in line here. There also is no available direct contact information for a Keith Brown on Hyundai of Silsbee's website. His name doesn't even appear on the website, according to a search.The Do-Not-Call registry I am on is operated by the FTC. No marketing calls are supposed to be directed to me, and having been sent an unsolicited mailer does not qualify "recent business" exemption for contact. For that matter, neither does this post, nor does 'visiting the website', as the receptionist seemed to believe. Prior to today, I had no conversations with anyone at Hyundai of Silsbee, and have certainly not given notice that you could make sales calls to me.It's honestly bad enough that you scour public records such as state-required vehicle registrations for the purpose of marketing.

They do not keep there word. People are very rude and all they have to say is I am sorry. I would never buy another car. I have been trying for 2 day to talk to Dale Early who is the owner . I can not seem to get any messages to call me back or him to come to the phone. On lady said at 8 would be in by 9 called at 9:10 and said not coming in today.So today is February the 27th? And I had made an appointment for my first free. Old. Change at the silsbee location. And when I drove up and went in, they tell me. Oh, we don't do whatever 5 we do. Whenever 8. And then unfortunately, you talk to a call. Enter, and all we can do is just apologize, but we can't fix the problem.

I showed up at the dealership with no appointment and a flat tire. The team there was super accommodating with me and even had time to change my oil. I was in and out in under an hour and a half!! Thank you Mallory, Kersten and Angie!! You ladies were awesome!!

Hyundai of Silsbee has a nice looking facility with lots of inventory, it is a little bit difficult to find using your GPS system but well worth it when you find it. Dell Carter was the salesman who helped us with our purchase and Elvis made it happen who is the sales manager. This experience was stress free. They do not play games with you, they work very hard to make you happy.

Hyundai Silsbee was extremely professional and helpful as I am new to using the dealership moving here from Louisiana! They performed a 45K overall inspection and oil change and only performed what was needed and informed me of things that would need attention in the future! I will be using this dealership in the future and would recommend them as well!

It's a sorry shame when a dealership sales you a brand new car with a bad tire on it and refuses to make it right.I wouldn't recommend anyone buy from this place. Save yourself a ton of headaches and go to a reputable dealership somewhere else!!!!

We purchased a SUV from here a few months ago and I can say that I would NEVER return to this dealership. They are absolutely terrible first it started with a missing floor mat we were told oh they probably just took it out and forgot to put it back in.. Nope it was missing and took almost a month to get the replacement, then it was our 2nd key we were told we could pick it up when we picked up our plates well then our plates showed up in the mail and I called to inquire about the key and after talking to multiple people at the dealership and then lying saying they would call back I finally went off and they finally ordered a new one which took a month to come in. The car was absolutely filthy and Tyanna told us she would call us the next week when the guy that details the cars came back but we never heard anything from her. Then they agreed to pay our trade in off and this is one of two of my biggest issues with this place we kept checking for an update with the previous finance company for payoff status it never happened we called the previous finance company the day before a note was due to ask if they ever got the check and they confirmed that they NEVER received anything from anyone. So we call Hyundai of Silsbee to be connected to a rude lady that had another excuse for us that the woman that usually handled that had been out with COVID it had been a few days short of a month since we purchased our SUV so it should never have taken that long with or without COVID. Now my second big issue with this dealership the push the hell out of dignifi but cannot explain anything about it to you and they straight up lied to us about how it works instead of just telling us they didn't know anything about it.So all in all they lied about dignifi, had to overnight the payoff check a day before a note was due because nobody bothered to send it until we called them to let them know it was never sent, missing floor mat, lost key, numerous excuses and lies about them calling us back for these issues, and a filthy car. We will never ever come back to this dealership.
