Love this dealership and the people working there! Karly and Ryan are the Go to people there This was the easiest experience buying a car that I have had and I have bought 7. Not only the experience, but free oil changes and powertrain warranty for the lifetime of the vehicle!!! All I can say is WOW! Buy your vehicle here you won t regret it!!

The salesman Michael was easy to deal with.The sales manager had the ability to deal with someone like myself.Buying a cat is akin to a root canal.If they continue to follow through on promises I will be pleased and send more customers their way.

Gotta love it when you're walking the lot with your wife while waiting on an Oil Change for 5 min and a few hours later leaving with a new vehicle. Go see Mike Arsenault at Happy Kia! Truly a hidden gem dealership. Mike will get you into the vehicle YOU want, then Heath and Ryan Wallace will have you driving out of there in that vehicle guaranteed!

The customer service is unmatched! I would most definitely go to Happy Kia again in the future and recommend to all my friends. I ve had so many bad experiences at previous dealerships. When you re a female looking for a car by yourself, you get treated less than or get over charged at some places. Happy Kia had the BEST customer service I ve ever experienced at a dealership EVER. Mr. Chris and Miss Shelby went above and beyond to make sure I was happy, and all needs were met. They made the paper work process so fast and easy, when in the past it has taken half the day at other dealerships. Every worker I came across had a smile on their face, looked happy to be there, and was so polite. I wanted a feature on the car that wasn t on it when they got it, so they ordered it for me and installed it! The other Kia Dealership closer to home did not even offer that at all as an option. Miss Shelby and Mr. Chris were 100% honest and transparent about the sale and didn t try to scam me out of more money, or treat me different being a women buying a car by herself. I was just SO surprised and VERY pleased at how easy Happy Kia made this process for me. Happy Kia has done the impossible and changed how I felt about the car buying process. It really doesn t have to be dreadful. Happy Kia was worth the trip out of town for their amazing customer service and staff and I won t ever buy another vehicle any where else!!!!!

I live across the highway from a Kia dealership in north Beaumont, but I choose to go to Happy Kia in Silsbee. The reasons being, everyone at Happy Kia is considerate and extremely pleasant. They make me feel as if my needs are important to them. They don't make me feel like I am just a dollar sign to them. Thumbs-up and hats off to Happy Kia!

I have now purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership and while the customer service BEFORE and DURING purchasing them was awesome and everyone was extremely helpful, ever since then, when something is handled or done poorly BY them themselves, they refuse to address the situation, much-less take the little time out to fix the situation or even accept responsibility OR even return a lousy phone call. It's now the 2nd week of calling at LEAST twice daily and leaving messages with everyone under the sun that works there only to not get one call back and then be sent to voice-mail when I'm actually forwarded to the right office. I have a question as to why my rebate check that's owed to me literally bounced when I went to deposit it into my bank which doesn't look good on their end considering all that's been going on with everyone up there ripping their customers off left and right. After the 1st vehicle and everything coming to light during the 2nd vehicle purchase and all of the "I'm so sorry, it isn't just you this happened to, blah blah blah" you'd think they would be trying to at least fix the screw ups made by employees who are supposedly not working for them anymore but apparently that's not the case... makes me wonder if everyone up there are just legitimately trying to get one over on their customers constantly or are some not knowledgeable as to what the others are doing. Either way it's disgusting. I suppose I will be going over their heads at this point... since they can't even return a phone call to answer a simple question and make things right. Shame on you Silsbee Kia for wasting peoples time and taking full advantage of people's hard earned money.Never again. I will never go thru this dealership again and won't be sending anyone their way... that's for sure.Just save yourself the headache and be smart people. Lord knows these days every penny counts.

The service was prompt and great, but whoever made the appointment got it all wrong. I made it for my 60,000 mile transmission service, but only got an oil change that wasn't even due yet. Now I have to come back another day for the transmission service.

Got my first complimentary free oil change. They had me in and out in less than an hour. Travis was very friendly. I was even very early for my appointment. Excellent service all around.

Super friendly, excellent customer service. Was told there might be a wait due to being short staffed ahead of time and made sure I wanted to go ahead with the service. Service was completed is less time than was quoted and received a free car wash.

This was my first visit to Happy Kia. The technician, Travis, was very welcoming and helpful in determining what the problem is with my car. More importantly his politeness and courtesy was remarkable. Also, he kept me informed about which procedure to be done and how long it would take.

They are lucky I m giving them at least one star. The reason why I am giving them a one star is because, from the beginning the lady, Kaleigh, seemed like she didn t even want to help us. I asked to see the car and she tells me that the car was in the shop, I asked how long and she says that it s getting ready to go up for auction, mind you I drove 2 hours just for them to waste my time. I was pre approved and ready to buy. She forgot to check the availability of the vehicle before I got there. She should have done that ahead of time. As we are trying to leave she says that her manager likes to say hi to everyone, cool. He comes and tries to tell me that I need a co signer for something I don t want and it s 2x out of my budget. I had already told her that I didn t want to co sign because I was already pre approved for the one I wanted. He tried to tell me that they needed 3 months of bank statements for my checks. I went to another dealership and asked and they said no. I wouldn t do business with them.

This was by far the best car buying experience my family has had. Told them what we wanted, they found us a Kia Telluride and didn t even mark it up like the other Kia dealers wanted to do. Kobe was our salesman. He was honest, respectful, and courteous. Did not disappoint. The other reviews Did not even match our experience. Go in without those type of lenses on.

A complicated issue of an electrical problem - we were going to reschedule but a visit to a body shop that did the original work fixed the problem. It was a problem that hid in plain sight. Staff was understanding and helpful.

I had a Saturday appointment and surprisingly didn't have to wait very long. Travis was helpful and attentive. One issue, service department didn't reset my oil percentage. Had to figure that out on my own.
