When I asked for information on the products use, all the clerk could do was read the instructions on the can. He didn't seem very knowledgeable.

They have the friendliest staff, who are always willing to help you find what you are looking for. The store is kept clean, organized and in order which makes it worth stopping at! The guy RJ behind the counter is knowledgeable and very helpful and has helped me a few times finding what I need.

Unhelpful and unpersonalized experience I would rather trek to O'Reilly's and get what I need. They were sold out of the coolant I needed but settled for other.a bunch of I don't knows led to a frustrated me ready to just get out of there. Nobody was rude just didn't feel like my presence was wanted for any small talk.

I live in Lumberton but I will always travel out to Silsbee Autozone to shop for our vehicles. Cashier Joshua has always come outside after a purchase and assisted me and my spouse wether it is for installing something, adjusting a part or checking our battery he s always so helpful everytime we go. Thanks Josh!

The staff here is always so helpful! As a woman, many of these type of "guy" stores tend to be very condescending. I have never has to deal with that attitude here.

There was a lady at AutoZone in Silsbee coughing her head off. They did not have on masks they did not have on gloves. You guys need to get up to speed I came home took off my clothes wipe my body down. And management was just walking around letting it happen totally irresponsible

Good auto parts store with just about anything you will need. If they don't have it they will order it. Now with me, there are some parts I will not get auto zone brands. You have the option to get a good name brand suck as federal mogul.
