I rolled into Woods Tire Pros with a flat tire during a road trip. After evaluation, my tire was not fixable. They placed my spare tire on for me at no charge. They are extremely professional, nice, and remained calm in a stressful situation. I highly recommend them!!

I had a blow out on the highway and i walked half a mile to ask if they had a jack i could borrow and one of the guys said that if i could inch my car to the shop he would put my spare on for free. Im so thankful for these guys. Thank yall and god bless. Yall are an a amazing business. Keep it up

At one time this was a good honest place but now since they changed ownership it s a ripoff. Don t let your wife or mother go there or you will be broke. There robbers

My family has used Woods Tire Pros & Auto Service for years and I can promise you that you won t find a better place for your automotive needs in Grayson County. They always have fantastic customer service and as a young female I know that they won t rip me off with unnecessary services. I highly recommend Dennis and the rest of his crew!

Woods allowed me to order tires online and schedule my visit. An email came to me about 2 hours following my website request with cost of tires and service. I called to confirm and set appointment. I arrived and all was complete in about an hour. I'm completely satisfied with the tires and service.

We have done business with Woods for years and have always been satisfied until now. I have a 2021 Explorer that just went out of factory warranty. Car would not start in Labor Day. Assumed it was the battery so my husband to the battery to Auto zone to get tested. They tested it and said it was fine. So my husband put it back in and then jumped it and tested with a voltage meter. The meter was only showing 11 volts which lead us to believe it was the alternator. So we had the card hauled to Woods that Wednesday. Dennis called me and said it was definitely the alternator. They would have to order it from Ford as no third party alternators are being made. Jump to Friday the part is delivered and the car is ready for pick up. My husband goes to pick it up at 4:45 and it wouldn t start. He talks to Russel and Russel has no clue as to why. So Russel comes out and wants to check the battery. He looks around and my husband shows him where the battery is as it s covered by plastic ( oh the mechanic did not put any of the five twist clips back that hold the plastic in place we had to purchase those) he removed it and then hooks up his tester. Russel had no clue what the CCA was so my husband had to look it up. Russel informs us that the 2yo AGM battery that was good when we brought it in is now bad and we will need a new one. So we ask if they have one and can they install it. Of course they didn t have it as Russell tells him they don t keep AGM battery s in stock and he was shocked that it went bad. Also they couldn t install as the mechanic had gone home for the day So we leave and go purchase a battery from Auto zone. Go home and get tools and the come back and install the battery in their parking lot. We asked Russell if they bothered to check the battery before he told us the car was ready and he said we don t do that, you didn t ask us to check the battery. The mechanic had charged it up and then test drove it after the alternator was installed. We asked him why not and he said we only do what the customer asks for and you didn t ask us to check the battery Insane!!!! We asked him what kind of charger was used in the battery as AGM batteries use a special charger. He had no clue. He said sometimes batteries just go bad for no reason. And to add insult to injury there was grease all over the drivers seat from the mechanic. They don t bother to cover the seat or clean up their mess. But of course they charged my $75 for supplies. So long story short beware. I paid $1062 for an alternator and got a car that wouldn t start when I picked up because according to Russell they don t test batteries but they sure didn t have a problem charging me $238 for 2 r&r alternator tests. Avoid these guys at all costs if you can. After talking to Auto Zone and a reputable mechanic I m confident they ruined my battery. They didn t offer to replace the lost clips much less reimburse me for the new ones I had to purchase. Their service is so bad they didn t even offer an apology for the huge mess left inside the vehicle. Maybe I should send them a $75 bill for shop supplies.

I had ordered a set of 4 tires and had them sent to their business. When i contacted them about the tires they were very helpful and courteous. When i had time i went to had them put on my 2000 GMC Yukon and was told that it would take approximately 1 hour...well 40 minutes later i was on the road. Super quick service and very friendly staff...i would recommend them to anyone needing tires.

Most comfortable and friendly car service I have experienced. I called and the man I talked to was so nice and helpful. They ordered my tires and got them the next day. They were timely installing them and overall did a great job. This will be my forever go to car service place.

These guys are HEROES. My AC went out and they went above and beyond to figure out what was wrong with it. They got it fixed in record time and the cold air feels SO GOOD in this unbearable heat. I appreciate them, more than words can say. THANK YOU Dennis and your crew.

My car was running hot with no antifreeze, they got me right in drain my radiator and got it filled up with antifreeze and my car is running great,, Thank you Dennis for all your help! It wasn t my first time there are my last!

Needed alignment and an oil change done for my Honda Pilot, brought it to Woods Tire Pros and Auto Service. I am very satisfied with their services- very professional and straightforward. I would highly recommend them if you need auto services.

Great prices. Friendly staff and most importantly none of the hastle or crowds like some of the other tire shops in the area. Had a nail in the sidewall; my tire was ordered and arrived over the weekend, and mounted, balanced and out the door in 20 minutes!

I live here, but work in north Dakota. I needed snow tires to be able to get back to work. Buying snow tires in Texas isn't the easiest thing to do. I had been to other places before stopping here. They found some and had them the following day. I'll be using them for my car needs when I'm home. Friendly place, great customer service at a fair price

They were fast. They even rotated the tires and put the new one on the front. Every other tire shop I been to just puts new one where ever old one was, on the back. Very good.

Friendly and fast service! Reasonably priced as well. Needed an alternator and within 2.5 hours the truck was repaired and ready for pick up. Definitely recommend!!
