I have been a customer here for both car wash and oil changes but mostly the car wash and detailing for the last 3 years. I don t make a habit of leaving reviews unless I receive exceptional service and today I did. I wish to recognize two employees that put the finishing touches on my truck.. I had the pleasure of Nicole and Daniel completing the detail on my truck. Nicole and Daniel were polite made eye contact and initiated conversation. They had smiles on their faces which was also nice to see. When the job was finished, typically they would walk away saying nothing really and ever single time, I had to walk back to find someone that would correct mistakes they had made and one time was really bad. Today for the first time, no mistakes, attention to every detail had been accomplished! Not one complaint and a job well done! Daniel moved onto the next customer but Nicole stayed behind to make sure I was happy with the service and said to me, Mr. Lambert let me know if you are happy with the work and if anything needs to be corrected I m right here. After a quick lap around my truck and a look inside, perfection! So today, I happily give 5 star review!Service: Auto detailing

Daniel and Nicole were more than helpful but also friendly and caring. They took care of my rewash without any questions and were very accommodating. They personally took care of the detailing of my vehicle. Nicol took her time and did an outstanding job. She and Daniel worked uniformly to ensure I was satisfied. I highly recommend Whistle Stop, even if you had a bad experience, they will take time to fix your issues and concerns give them a try. Daniel and Nicol run a top notch Car Wash.

The people here are so friendly and do an amazing job. Ronnie is one of the wash guys and he was very helpful and understanding of my needs for the body style on finances car and went above and beyond to make sure it was cleaned right! David is also a great manager and very helpful and knowledgeable! Thanks guys keep up the good work!

I went to this car wash for the first time. They cleaned my truck really good and the smell- good small cardboard things smell so good. Also, the employees are very nice. The facility is dog friendly.

I try to keep my car clean but once in awhile it needs to be detailed. Stopped by there yesterday and got the ultimate wash. Liz was the one that detailed my car. It looked as good as it did the day we drove it off the lot. I'll be going back and will be requesting Liz for the detail. She did an amazing job. Could not be happier.

Great carwash in Tallahassee, none here, they are relentless with billing, , finally slid in an took $43 bucks, after trying to cancel for over a week, I have not even seen the carwash since the week before Thanksgiving 2023 . Still won't respond to my emails asking for a refund. Bet won't ever hear from them again, least they will stop hitting the bank 5 to 10 times a day. Stick to the cash pay as you go, difficult to shake these guys good luck, stay shinny

I was given a coupon for a free full service wash by an employee. When I went to use it, I was questioned where I got it, told by Daniel the manager that he would not honor it because he did not sign it, someone else did. At first, he would not come talk to me and had someone else tell me, but he finally came out and was very rude and hateful to me, then demanded I give him my coupon. When I said no, he started yelling at me to let him take a picture of it. He first refused to tell me who his boss was but finally said Brenda. I got in my car and left. I ll never be back again after being treated that way, and I ve been a long time customer at whistle stop.

Update: I went back after my complaint and they re-cleaned the car. Christopher did an amazing job the 2nd time around. The first time they took about 15 minutes. The 2nd time, Christopher took nearly 45 minutes cleaning the car. It was so shiny in the end and ACTUALLY looked clean. I wish this would happen more often without having to complain.When I arrived, I specifically asked if the vehicle would be cleaned on the inside, compartments and all. The guy said yea. This is what I got back. You can see all the dust at ha I wanted to be taken care of, and the debris in the compartments. It was a complete waste of money!

Had my truck washed this morning. I was a little reluctant, but I stopped anyway. The girl Donasia, I think that's her name...she did the most amazing shine on my truck. I will definitely request her to clean all my cars.

Whistle Stop used to be a great place to get your car cleaned. In recent years it has gone downhill. The pictures shown below are after a second attempt at cleaning. I paid for the best carwash and inside cleaning. When I called and spoke to Trey who claimed to be the manager, he asked me to bring it back for a third time. I told him I will not bringing my vehicle back and I wanted the actual manager's email. I emailed them several weeks ago and haven't heard anything. I will be taking my vehicle elsewhere from now on.

The inside of the car vacuuming was atrocious. Seats were still dirty. Consol in the car was not cleaned. Floors were not vacuumed well at all. Dirt and grass still visible. THIS WILL BE MY LAST TIME USING THIS SERVICE!!!!! I had the worst experience out of car wash ever I got the package the works and definitely did not live up to its name the armor all car dressing that they did on the inside had smudges everywhere they did not wipe the doors properly there was stains in my cupholders that they did not wipe down there was still dirt the vacuuming was horrible the inside of the doors were still dirty all the buttons in the car were still dirty every single door still had crumbs the floors were still dirty she s the worst car wash I ve ever been to and I saw the guy doing my car he looked like he didn t even wanna be there so I don t know what kind of people they re hiringServices: Auto detailing, Auto interior vacuuming

1st time customer, got an oil change and the works $42 package. No fragrance. Did not vacuum the kids car seats. None of the seats are wiped down. Called to let them know and they sorta apologized. Not impressed.Service: Auto interior vacuumingService: Auto interior vacuuming

They always try to skip over areas of car and do not do a good job paid 44 for the works and my mats were muddy bumper not even wiped they didn t do armor all in interior didn t even lift hatch of suv and clean interior windows I had to complain then they are sitting there looking at you all crazy waiting for a tip what a waste of time and money the area needs a new high end full service car wash for sure

I just got a 2017 Chevy Traverse the car got detailed. I bought it off of Facebook market place. The Traverse was not in bad shape but I wanted it to be cleaned. For the sake that I wanted it to be cleaned. They were amazing and very timely for doing a full detailed work. I would recommend this to anyone that has kids because we all know the spills they make and everything. I am just happy to have a clean clean car!!

great job and the finish guys never disappoint, especially if you're a regular as I am so they know what I want. new mgmt is getting rid of the free 10th wash loyalty program which they're trying to come up with another way to track and reward repeat customers. They are still honoring it to their credit until the new system is up and running.

I drove from Pilot Point to Sherman to use whistle stop usually worth the drive but this time very disappointed my car was not the cleanest after the snow and covid but was so excited to get it all cleaned up to go to Houston livestock show all was prerty good except my windows which was really why I went i left a very generous tip it was cloudy when they were done and then the sun came out and ooo my the window guy didnt even bother to clean the inside of my window very disappointed will probably never go back my 12 yr old could have done a better job .Picture of the front windshield is why I cleaned waited until dark so you could see what i could see

The whole point of getting my truck detailed was so it was no longer dirty....I'm trying to figure out why I paid so much money for a full truck detailing and there is still stuff in the seats, nothing clean at all. They cleaned the windows...?Service: Auto detailingService: Auto detailing

Won't be back. Pulled up around 5:20 for an oil change. Both bays had cars, so I asked the attendant if I could get a wash while I waited. "Sure thing," he says, "we can get you in as soon as you're done!" Get the wash, (those guys were really great) and then pull back up to the oil change bay at about 5:45 right behind the same car that was in the bay when I pulled around for the wash. I still have the same spot in line I had before. Now the same guy wants to come out and say they're closed and to come back tomorrow. Lol not a chance!! I would not have wasted my time if they had something posted about a cutoff time for taking new oil changes before business hours are actually over. Why say you're open until 6 if you start turning people away before that? Absolutely pathetic. Had to leave without the oil change that brought me there to begin with.
