From the second I found the vehicle I was looking for, the superstar salesman, Hogan, immediately provided all the information that I needed to make my decision to purchase. They did a fantastic job getting me into a truck, I felt the negotiations were minimal and the finance department didn't push too hard on the extras. Oh and I was very pleased to have plates in less than a week, that was amazing.

The service here was awesome! They got my car in rather quickly following an accident, when many other shops were booked out over a month. They fixed my car super fast, kept me updated throughout the time they had it, and simply did an amazing job fixing my car! I highly recommend this location!

I tried calling a dealership in McKinney bc I read online this was a recall item. Well they tried telling me it wasn t so I called GMC in Sherman. At first I thought I was going to have the same problem but after a few minutes they told me to bring it in and it would be covered if it was the vacuum pump.Set a date and time convenient for me and I took it in. The young lady checked me in and even offered me a ride home. How nice and convenient is that?! By 4 pm it was fixed and even detailed!!!Not only was the manager very professional and was quick to figure the issues out but the new young lady Amy was very helpful and polite. Coming from the Dallas metro and use to having to wait hours and huge dealerships this place is a dream come true. You usually don t get fast and convenient with dealerships. I might regret saying this but they have a great deal on an oil change and tire rotation. Very happy with service and will be taking my truck back for an oil change and tire rotation! Had a leak in a tire. Service got right on it. Showed us the problem: a very large nail stuck in the sidewall. Explained the hole was too large to plug & needed a new tire. Had to order one. Said it would be in about 11 am the next day. Called us about 12:30 the next day to say our new tire is was ready to be mountedWent to dealership, was in & out about 20 minutes. Everyone was friendly, polite & professional. This is the 3rd car we've bought from Parkway. We've always been treated right. Thanks to all.Service: Tires

They worked me in for oil change, tire rotation and service check. I waited in the customer waiting area. They had coffee & bottled water, while I waited. The car was ready when they said it would be. The staff was courteous, knowledgeable and helpful.

i made an appointment for 8:00 am for oil change and tire rotation. they got right on the truck or so i thought. tried to get out of doing the rotation twice. then finally agreed to do it by jacking truck up instead of using a lift. whatever, it s a big dually so may really be a problem. took until 11:15 to change the oil and rotate the tires. but the job got done. service writer apologized for it taking so long but this caused me to be late to my next appointment. i could have done these services myself in less than an hour and probably will from here on out. this came free with my new truck purchase. if i had had to pay for this i would have been really unhappy.Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

They did the annual inspection. I didn t have an appointment. Went after lunch. Took it back right away but took about an hour and a half. Thought that was excessive. My son missed an important meeting at 3 o clock. Good work. Just slow.

I had an appointment at 10:00 AM to have my truck serviced. It was over 2 hours later before they finished. I would have expected that without an appointment but not for a scheduled appointment. I ve leased and bought trucks from Parkway over the years but the service and friendliness I experienced in the past are gone. Today was my last visit. I was told I had to schedule a time to come in for an oil change. I arrived about 5 minutes early for my appointment, checked in and was shown to the waiting area. I sat there for an hour and a half before going and asking the girl who checked me in what was taking so long. She didn t know and I was told it was going to be another 10-15 minutes!! After sitting there for another 20 minutes I went to check on the progress and was told just a few more minutes ! In total I was there over 2 hours for just an oil change!!! When my name was finally called I went up to get my keys and asked another person why it took so long. She told me that it always takes at least an hour to have an oil change because they do some additional stuff including wash my car All I wanted was an oil change!!! No one told me that it would take so long when I scheduled my appointment. And for the record, the only thing that looked cleaner was the driver and passenger floorboards were vacuumed. That s it! Thankfully my warranty won t be effected if I get my oil changed elsewhere so I WILL NOT BE BACK!Service: Oil change

This was my first time using their services. Stopped to get car inspected and needed two front tires to pass. My low tire light came on on the way home. I'm not sure why yet but they were very polite and quick getting everything done. I will update review once I find out whether there is anything wrong or not.*update* went back and they were not able to fix the light being on since my vehicle is a Toyota. Received prompt professional service. Service found a bad tire and would not let us leave until proper service was performed. I felt as though there should have been an adjustment on the bad tire seeing as there was only 14,000 miles on it. Road hazard should have been covered. Parkway went way out of their way to take care of my tonneau cover latch. 200 miles from dealership and they came to my location and fixed it. They are all professional, friendly. On Saturday March 19 2022, I was talking to a salesman Jeff about a 2019 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 and we re getting close to the deal being done. When a man named Rick the warranty guy interrupted us and trying to force the deal when me and Jeff have been talking already and was very aggressive and carried his self with no respect. While he was trying to force the deal with the Chevy me and Jeff came across another truck (ram 1500) that I liked and was in my price range Rick continued to talk about the Chevy when I asked him multiple times that I wanted to see the numbers on the ram. It came out that the ram was unavailable. so me and Jeff negotiated the price on the Chevy to get it down close to my price range and we came to a deal nothing was finalized until Monday March 21 2022 because the car had to be transferred to the dealership we were at. After we finished the paper to agree that Monday I will test drive the truck and give a yes or no on taking the truck. Then I was told that RICK wanted to go over paper work and warranty trying to get me to sign important documents without seeing the truck or test driving the truck. Until my wife came in the room and asked what it was about because RICK wouldn t tell me. After my wife asked him I realized what he was trying to do and I told him I m not signing anything until I at least see the truck and he said it was policy to sign the documents.This dealership lost a sell and will most likely lose a lot more sells do to Rick he sends a red flag when talking to him lack of customer service.Jeff the sells man was great and very understanding about everything and is really good with customers.

I went in to get an oil change, rotate tires, and a state inspection. Wanted to charge me 75 dollars to complete the inspection by putting on a new set of wipers. Told them to forget the inspection and I would take care of the wipers. I went and got the wipers from O'Reilly s and took them in and told them go ahead and complete inspection and I would put the wipers on myself. They would not complete the inspection, so I told them I would never step foot in their business again. Suzanne from another counter stepped in and said let me have them. She had the wipers on in about 2 minutes with a smile. I did finally get the inspection and left. If more people like Suzanne took pride in what they do to take care of people, this might be a thriving business. I have purchased a new pickup, a new Yukon, a new Yukon Denali and a buick enclave all from out of town dealers because of the non caring attitude. Suzanne took care of me today and I appreciate it. Parkplace is a great dealership. I was a liittle disappointed that I had an 11 am appt. But did not hear anything until almost 5 pm about repairs. The service person who called was very helpful and explained choices about need repair. They had truck 3 days and unable to do warranty repair because of part on back order. 24 miles were put on truck while in their possession and fuel was so low that it wouldn t even say how many miles were left. They do a lousy job cleaning the vehicle and I specifically asked them not to armor all the tires because they use so much it gets all over the truck and I have to re wash it but they did anyway. They don t clean the inside like salesman said they would at purchase. Once the warranty work is complete I will most likely start using another dealership that s much farther away but hopefully they will have better service.Services: Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto detailing, Auto interior vacuuming

I am a person of habit. If I venture into a business of service and I am or not satisfied, I will or will not comeback. This is my second time that I needed auto body repair within the last 2 years. Instead of going after the referral from my insurance I decided to choose Parkway Collision Center. I am definitely one satisfied customer. They not only took care of what most clients would see it as necessary and visual to the average eye but went ahead and above to show me and repair major errors from when I took my car to the previous shop that made it happened in 3 or 4 days but really did a "quick fix". Thank you guys for taking care of me and my car !! Definitely recommend them.

I called and made an appointment about an hour before I brought my car in. They started servicing my car immediately. I ask if they could take me to the assisted living facility where my mother resides. They picked me up when my car was done. I have never had such a great experience with a car dealership! The staff was very professional at all times, answered questions, and returned phone calls in a timely manner and kept me up to date with all pertinent information as our truck was being repaired from damage sustained in an accident. We ve gone to the huge dealerships in McKinney and Plano and everyone is nice at those places. However, there is a special touch here in Sherman. Always friendly and warm, my son was chatting everyone s ears off and everyone there engaged with him and made him so happy.We make a bit of a drive to get here but its worth it. Their service dept stays busy & the employees are rushing around to satisfy the vehicle's owners who wait inside the lounge. There is complimentary K-cup coffee with flavored creamer choices. Also offered are snacks for sale in vending machines. I was kept informed periodically of what stage of my oil change, tire rotation & car wash they were at. My 2019 Buick Encore includes 6 of the oil change, tire rotation & car washes per year which is very handy & appreciated!

Only had initial oil change performed on wife s new car. Did tell them about a door rattle, but they were unable to duplicate it (not surprises, as it s intermittent).I would return for service.
