I very much dislike having to handle anything involving tires on my vehicle. I m way out of my element but the fine folks at Texas Tires make tire business easy and smooth. They go above and beyond and have helped with patching, plugging, and new tires. I trust that when the tire can be repaired, they will go that route and offer a competitive price when the tire has to be replaced.

Couldn't be more happy with my lift and tires they installed for me. Great customer service and they did it in 2 days. Found Texas Tire Sherman on facebook and decided to send them a message about getting bigger tires on my dually and was giving many options they didn t ignore me like the other tire shops on facebook. Brandi went beyond my expectations and never tried to upsell me anything just given recommendations. I went with a lift kitAnd words can t describe what my truck came out like. Better than expected and always keeping me updated on my truck. Will definitely be back with my other truck. They know what they are doing in Sherman, Texas.

(BEFORE) Such a fantastic business! They were quick and kind on fixing my flat tire!! I will definitely be back, god forbid that I get a flat again though!(AFTER) Edit to add why I took off 4 stars- took my tire to Discount Tire the day after once it opened. They stated the tire repair was only the basic filler and that it didn t have a plug. They had to replace the entire tire and couldn t salvage it.

Ive been using Texas tire for a while now, almost 2yrs from aftermarket bumpers, fenders, tires, and wheels to a liftI recently had an unpleasant experience with GeorgeI later spoke to Brandy and Kevin who ive always dealt with in the past both along with Troy went above and beyond to make things right.Moving forward ill only do business with Brandy, Troy and Kevin those 3 offer the best customer serviceThanks guys for understanding and making me feel valued at your location

I have no words that can describe how grateful I am to Texas Tires. However I will try. I took my Jeep to the local dealership this past Saturday and ask for them to help me diagnose a noise I could here. They said they did not hear anything and Id have to make an app during week to have it looked at . Who has time during the week. As a single women with no back up. I do not. I needed help this day. Real help. Like you can not not hear the noise.They sent me on the road for possible further damage to my Jeep and my life. I took it straight to Texas Tires. Within 15 min the problem was diagnosed and fixed before any damage could occur. Just tightened 2 bolts. Thats it. The difference Texas Tires has that other dealerships or shops don't is they actually give a damn! All these other places are just showing up for the money. Useless! Great job Texas Tires. I will be back. Thank you so very much. This day, you restored my faith in humans.

Went to Texas Tire a week ago to select my wheel and tire combo. I already had a good idea of what I was looking for after doing lots of research. Amari (hope I spelled her name correctly) spent a lot of time with me and answered all of my questions about different tires and wheels. She even called several vendors while I was there to confirm if certain wheels were available. During this time she was also multitasking and helping other customers, this girl knows how to work hard.Got my wheels and tires ordered, unfortunately Texas Tire was booked solid for 2 weeks before they could install my leveling kit and wheels. Amari told me if they had a cancellation they could get me in sooner.Fast forward 1 week, got a call at 12:15 from Kevin that they could get me in for the install. The only problem, it was my daughters birthday and we were getting ready to host her party at 5pm. Kevin assures me they could get me in and out in a couple of hours so I made the decision get it done that day.Got to Texas Tires at 2:15pm and they got to work immediately. The only hiccup in the process, the wrong size tires were ordered but Kevin came through and upgraded me to a better tire at no additional cost plus a free road hazard warranty. Everything was installed, fender wells needed minor trimming and I was out the door by 4:30.Overall, Kevin and Amari and the guys at Texas Tire gave me incredible service at an amazing price. Happy to refer these folks to anyone.

Absolutely great group of people to get your work done with. I was on vacation and decided to drop truck off to have my lift put on so I would be done by time I was ready to go home. Not only were their prices very respectable but the customer service was outstanding. Even though there was a little mishap in the install they went above and beyond to get it taken care of and me home on time . I would definitely check them out for all your suspension needs and wheel and tires. Will use them again most definitely.

Kevin and Brandy were just outstanding. Went over 2 months ago but had an incident with the truck and couldn't go for my appointment and had to kept pushing back the date. They were kind to get me as soon as possible after having to bail on them for 2 months that I didn't have the truck. The truck turned out GREAT and drives just as smooth as when I first bought the truck. I'd definitely recommend going here and am glad I came across their shop. Over 1 hour away from my home but worth any drive to make sure the job gets done right. Highly recommend also on the truck is 6in BDS with 35x12.50R22

They do amazing work. My wife s edge was driving horrible and luckily she didn t lose a front tire going 75 miles an hour down to 82 every day on her way to work. They replaced all her tires gave her an alignment balanced it and now it drives like brand new and they did it all in a timely, respectful manner.

Fixed my tire in about 30 minutes.Didn't charge me anything.(Gave the guy a $20 that did the work, it was over 100 degrees outside)I will be back when I need new tires.All the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Had a slow leak and it was a Sunday, So I pulled in here, even though they were busy they threw me right in had me patched up and back on the road perfectly in an instant definitely recommend

We were driving home to West Texas through Sherman, and had a nail in our tire. Texas Tires helped find the nail, a new tire, and had us back on the road after a short wait. Can t thank them enough for helping us get home!! Very helpful and understood our need to get the tire replaced quickly as we had 5 more hours on the road before we arrived home. Thank you Texas Tires!!! You guys rock!! Awesome customer service!!

The customer service here are incredible. They were pretty busy when I came but they greeted me with hello and we discussed what I needed. I was very pleased with the professionalism that the employees demonstrated to each and every customer in store or on the phone. If you need tires check them out. Amazing service. Had a blowout on our RV. Needed new tires. They had the tires and was able to install them right away even on Memorial Day. Thank you Brandy and all the guys who did the work. I would highly recommend this place

I just left Texas tires in Sherman to get a tire and I am so thankful I was referred by another one of their customers to go to them, because I went somewhere else and got a tire that went flat the very next day and they would not honor a replacement and wasn't very nice about it...The second I walked through the door Brandy asked me if I was Paula and they were waiting for me, making me feel like I had already been a customer for years!! Being made welcome as soon as you walk into a buisness now days that's a rare thing, because normally you feel as if you are a bother to them so that was a nice feeling!!From there Brandy took the time to verify by make and model the correct size it takes and the tire technicians verified all the other tires to make sure I had what should be on there before they started, which I have never had someone go that extra mile first.The tire technicians were so nice and didn't hurry me through like cattle, they explained and answered all my questions without treating me like I was annoying them!! They tire replacement was quick but done with precision and made sure all other tires had the same amount of air without even asking them to do that..This isn't just a tire shop, it's a customer service experience I haven't witnessed in a very long time!!!Thank you for the amazing service and kindness the whole staff showed me for it only being 1 tire and at a really good price!!I recommend Texas Tires to anyone with confidence you will be treated good and love the prices too!!! I'm glad I listened to the friend that goes there for his tires!!

I heard something in my tire, and I looked and there was something metal in it. Drove over to Texas Tires. They took care of it in less than 30 minutes and didn t charge a cent. Looking for a tire or wheel shop? Go to them.

10 out of 10 would recommend for anyone needing rims there amazing prices I got helped out by George great customer service they put my new wheels on so quick I will recommend everyone that ask me where to get rims and tires and or lift kits etc. to go there amazing thanks Texas tires

This shop saved me a bunch of money. I have a 6 inch lift on my truck, and it was riding extremely rough and shaking. I stopped by several other shops which were quoting over $1000 worth of new struts and shocks. Brandy diagnosed the problem, rotated, and balanced the tires which fixed the problem for a fraction of the price. On top of that Zack, one of the guys in the shop, took my truck out for a test drive to ensure it fixed the problem and gave solutions on how to avoid the problem in the future. Thank you Texas Tires Sherman I ll be back to do business again!
