They did great on oil change. Although, after my oil change I was on hwy 75 & 82 (right before the bridge) and my hood popped open and i had to make emergency stop to close my hood correctly before it slammed into my windshield. Then I got going again, and parts of my bugsheild flew off into on coming traffic. So until they replace my bugsheild. I'll give them a 1 star for the oil change . Until they replace my bugsheild that they broke. Then I'll give a 5 star rating. Until then, just a 1 star. They should understand as mechanics when it's cold, that plastic turns brittle. And breaks or cracks easily.UPDATE: SPARX is really good at their word. They said they would fix what was broken. And they did that. Thank you so much! You are fabulous many thanks. Happy customer here. Very quick with oil changes. Great place to go. Fantastic!!!!!!

Love Sparx automotive. Best mechanic in town. They helped me with my Chrysler van and now with my Toyota sienna. They re honest and best prices. Very reliable and great.

Great costumer service! Efficient service. As a woman it s hard to go to mechanic shops and not get taken advantage of because of the lack of knowledge of cars. This was a great repair place who did it take advantage that concept. Their genuine concern to make sure you get your automobile back in an efficient amount of time is impeccable! This is one of the top tier auto repair shops that I have ever taken my car to & get this quality work, and customer service.Thank you all!!

I recently moved to sherman got in an accident and had to buy a "new to me" truck. It came with a few issues. The brothers over at Sparx gave me an affordable price to replace the radiator and brakes plus drums and rotors. They have earned my trust and my business. Beau and Joseph are two amazing men! I brought my Land Rover here to get an oil change and after having small talk with Joseph about the issues I have had at other mechanics and the money I have forked out to keep it running, he did a diagnostic check and reassured me that if anything goes wrong bring it to him! And I definitely will be! The guys were quick with service, very respectful, and most importantly affordable! Thanks guys! Two up!

I have been to Sparks Automotive several times throughout the year with both my wife s and my car. They always have fast and speedy service! They are really quality guys who have a lot of respect for their customers and the job they do! I just brought my wife s car into right before they closed for a light to be fixed without an appointment and while they were very busy, Beau got me in and out in less than 5mins! Love this place, I will never take my vehicles anywhere else

Great service, friendly staff!! I don't live in Sherman but come to visit family, twice they have promptly repaired my Tahoe. Now my family uses them, thank you owner for bringing back quality service, you guys are awesome!!!

This shop is awesome! I recently had a used car I purchased in here to be looked at post-purchase and the guys here did an amazing job looking the car over for me and making sure that it was road-ready and reliable. They showed a high level of professionalism and courtesy while helping me with this vehicle but also are going to check the car again in a week after the oil change they performed to make sure everything still looks great. 5/5 stars, wonderful people and great service. I've had to come here three different times to fix some minor issues on my car, and not only was satisfied with the service I received, but I was taken aback by how kind they were. I've been to many auto shops in Grayson and was treated poorly as if I were a clueless young adult who had nothing to lose, just money to give. Thank you guys for making me feel comfortable in your establishment. Will come back if any other problems arise.

Bo and his brother (the owners) are always able to look at my truck on short notice. Always quick and informative. Pricing is very fair. They have been servicing my truck for about a year now. Zero complaints or problems.

Called the shop to see about getting a part replaced. Bo looked over my car come to find out my car was overheating for another reason. He was very respectful on the phone. Instead of fixing my car he called me to let me know what he discovered very appreciative of him for that. Thank you guys. Will use you in the near future.

I don't like going to new auto shops. But my wife, God bless her heart was right on the call to go there after she worked at a car dealership that used Sparx. They got our Expedition running right and in a timely manner that I was surprised with. We go back in a couple weeks to take care of a few things they found that are wearing out. Thanks for taking care of us.

I ve been going to Sparx for almost a year now and they really put my standards at an all time high! They are very knowledgeable, very reasonable prices, and you are always greeted with a smile.I recently had to get my headlight fixed and they gave me a quote, had the part shipped (3 business days), and got me in the next day. It was quite busy but they got it done that same day!

After reading the outstanding reviews for Sparx Automotive I decided to give them a try so we took our Camry in for an oil change and we were blown away by how friendly and helpful they were. They are very knowledgeable and the pricing is reasonable and fair. This is our new go to place for all things Automotive related.Thank you Sparx Automotive.

My radiator and hoses froze up. They told me would be a day before could look at it. Not only did they get it looked at same day, they also had it fixed in a couple hours at a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Bo was amazing

If your trying to decide if this is the auto place for you or if Sparx is just another repair shop trying to swindle you for unnecessary repairs in order to bring in more cash well look no further and HONESTLY, these guys are the most officiant and reasonable mechanics I have met so far. Having recently purcha a used car in Texas that had no cold air blowing I was dying. Sparx not only fixed the issue but changed my oil with no charge as well as replacing the ac and heater controls that I had ordered and brought in. Again with no charge. Another employee did me a favor and pulled my window up and tied and secured it because the electric controls weren t working and the shop was concerned that someone could easily make their way into the car. Just an over all GOOD experience and the kids and I left smiling with cold air blowing on us. Not to mention the men at this shop are quite easy on the eyes.

I have been using this business for over a year now, and if I could give 10 stars I would. Seriously the best auto/tire shop in Sherman TX. Everyone here is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Not to mention the speedy services I can always count on them to get me in and out of there in no time.

This is by far, above and beyond, one of the best shops I have ever found.They are consistently helpful and considerate.They operate with integrity, considering first what is best for the customer.They have been helping me for weeks trying to determine the cause of my car troubles, and the whole time worried not just about making sure we were in a safe car, but made sure we were getting home safe too.They work hard and go above and beyond for their customers. I can't imagine going to anyone else after this superior service. I will trust them with my vehicles forever.

Bo and Joseph are beyond excellent mechanic owners. They are incredibly honest, knowledgeable and helpful with all things cars and don t try to nickel and dime you for everything. Great staff. Had an axel and brakes that needed repair. They were very informative and quick methodology. Super nice, resourceful, and very forthcoming about options. Highly recommend going to Sparkx for auto support; you and your ride are in good hands with them.

Amazing staff, and affordable. Had my compressor and belt replaced last week, and they finished within a few hours, didn't overcharge us, and our car runs better than ever. We only used them once before for an oil change, and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Beaux(sorry if it's misspelled) was so helpful and nice!
