Great customer service here from beginning to end. I bought my vehicle from here and everybody I spoke with like Ryan, Vance, to the finance guy everybody was so friendly and helpful. Right away Vance Let me test drive the vehicle with no problem and showed me the features of the vehicle. They washed and filled up the tank before taking it. Everything was a smooth experience.. (I know I m barely posting a review but I bought my vehicle a few weeks ago already)So I wanted to post a separate review but it s not letting me.So just want to add that recently my vehicle needed a software update and the gas tank door to be fixed because it wasn t popping out like it was suppose to.. well Billy contacted me to set everything up.. well mind you that I live in Fort Worth and they are in Sherman (1hr30+min).. Billy and Nikky took care of everything. I didn t have to do anything , or go anywhere .. Nikky took his time to come to me, pick up my vehicle, leave me a replacement to use in the meantime, and returned it within the next day with the problem fixed, full gas tank, and vehicle washed! I m a very happy customer!! I definitely recommend this place! Great people working there who enjoy their job!!

I have not been happy with their service department. I had a transmission issue, and it took them a month to fix it. Then i went in for an oil change, and they forgot to tighten the oil filter, and my car ran out of oil!!! Thankfully i have a 120k warranty in case the engine blows. Same thing happened to my truck and it blew...2000 miles after the warranty ran out. I'm gonna buy soon and I will buy from them because I like my sales staff but I'll be getting my service done at Classic!

No one touched my car for almost 2 weeks at the El Dorado Chevy service department, so I decided to give this place a try and I am so glad I did! Not only did they set an expectation when I dropped it off, but they also met the expectation. Fallon was great to work with and and I will definitely be getting my car serviced here again in the future! My car was fixed within 24hrs!

Scheduled for a recall appointment. They didn't check stock and didn't have the part. I drove for 30 minutes and turned around when I got there. They said they'd call me to schedule an appointment when the part comes in. Do we customers get anything for our wasted time? Haha, of course not. Not even an oil change coupon.

Extremely courteous and helpful but far to slow. 2 hours 45 minutes, in my opinion, is almost double the time it should take for an oil change and tire rotation.

I like their service dept. I usually go on Saturdays therefore they are usually little busier. Only thing I don't really agree on is if you get an oil change or oil change & tire rotation you pay the same price. I would figure that if you do oil change only it would be a bit cheaper.
