The sales consultant was Vance Simply stated he is great made buying this jeep easy. The sales manager was Billy he worked with me to make this deal happen. The finance manager Alfredo was equally great. These guys are all top notch. They are honest and made this buying a vehicle great. I definitely recommend them. I will be back the next time I need a vehicle. As well as recommend them to anyone needing a new or a see vehicle

I had a great buying experience with Dave my sales person. He worked hard to make my deal work. He was strait forward on all questions and everything he told me was what happened.My new truck had a scratch on it when I bought it and he made sure it was fixed. I would recommend this place to anyone that is looking.

I went in looking at options for a new car after mine was totalled in a wreck. Even though I wasn't purchasing on that day, the associate was helpful and answered my questions. He, Vance, didn't give a hard sell or write me off. He continued to update me when new cars came on to the lot, keeping my preferences in mind. When I finally came back to test drive my current car, he and Alfredo in the finance dept., worked to ensure I could drive that car off the lot, under budget, and in the color I truly wanted.

Rachel was very helpful in getting me information concerning vehicle features and specifications. She was very patient with me and would respond very quickly when I had a question.My biggest gripe is the surprise accessories which were not an option and added $3K+ to the price of my vehicle. I think that if these accessories are not an option to decline that they should be added to the advertised price. Had it not been for this accessory issue I would have rated my experience 5 stars instead of 3. On the flip side Rachel s helpfulness is the reason I stayed at Sherman Chevrolet after the accessories discovery.

Chad was our sales guy he did great helping us get everything together fast by the time we got there he was excellent. I believe the manager on duty was Brandon and he is a good manager having his team work effortlessly. We had Alfredo as our finance guy and he did great getting everything fast and easy also. Would definitely recommend these guys for any vehicle needs.

After going to many shady dealerships, I found an honest one that was willing to work with me. Waved the additional add on fees, gave me a reasonable amount for my trade, and tacked a little bit off the sales price. As far as car dealerships go, this is definitely one of the better ones.

I brought my vehicle for a simple inspection. They were relatively quick for an inspection at a dealership, and the customer service was friendly and attentive. My only complaint is the post visit text messages. The single message from the service manager would have been sufficient. But the messages from Dealerator asking me to rate my experience are annoying.

It was horrible. I got there at 9 AM when my appointment time was and they did not even take my vehicle to the back until 940. And that's because I got up and ask them because I was in a bit of a time crunch. They also had no time to do the tire rotation. Or the recall that they claimed would only take 5 minutes and I did not leave until. Almost ten thirty and they barely got the oil changed. Even though I bought my vehicle from them I will think twice before I go there again for an oil change or any tarvis

Johnny was so friendly, professional, and helpful. I'm not sure if that's the same man I talked to on the phone when I had questions before scheduling it, but that guy was also very helpful and patient when I had questions about the recalls and if my warranty would cover the other things I had done. My vehicle was in and out much quicker than I anticipated.

I was very pleased with the service I got in Sherman TX. My gas mileage had drop over the last few weeks they determined it was carbon build-up. They fixed it in about 2 hours cleaned the injection system and put in some fuel additive to clean the injectors more my milage went from 20mpg to 33mpg in less than a tank of Gass so I am very pleased.

Justin Doss and his crew are absolutely AMAZING! When I drop my vehicles off to be serviced and/or repaired, I can tell that they re going to treat the vehicle as if it was for their own family member. I want to share my experience with Sherman Chevrolet. I did take a few days to think about the experience so I was not giving my review just purely off emotions.I ordered a new 2023 Camaro SS on March 27th of 2023. The sales person and I agreed that I would pay MSRP for the vehicle as long as I did the financing through the dealership and did not refinance for 6 months. I agreed and we shook hands. The communication was good throughout the ordering process. I was even able to make a couple of changes to the order a couple of weeks later. Everything was great until we were going over the paperwork at the time of pickup. The rep said that we agreed on the price being MSRP of the vehicle which is correct. This is where the experience went down, the rep then pulls out a paper with what extras they added onto the car without my permission. They added a Ceramic Coating for $1500 along with a couple of other items that I was able to get them to remove. I was told the Ceramic Coating was already applied and they would not take this off. I was very upset because I had already planned to do a paint correction and then do the Ceramic Coating myself. I was just told that was the way it is and that s they could not do anything about it. I go ahead and sign the paperwork as I had been waiting for this car for 4 months and been planning the order for over a year and know that I could not get what I wanted easily.I get home under the correct lighting and I notice that they left sticker residue on the front fenders by the hood. They were the same as a rectangle sticker outline. I then notice that they left water spots on the car when washing and I could not get them off even with mild cleaner for paint. They appear to be under the Ceramic Coating. I tried to get the sticker residue off and I was able to apply some mild cleaner and the residue came off. I do not understand how it was able to come off if the Ceramic Coating was applied correctly. I now have my dream car and I have orange peel, water spots, and scratches that look like they were from when they washed the car.In summery, I would have appreciated them at least being up front about the Ceramic Coating and not waiting until I was there to pick up the vehicle. I could have inspected the car and seen that the paint was good and then had them apply the Ceramic Coating. They turned a great day to a very frustrating day and I was considering walking away. The Ceramic Coating is only to be applied if they properly wash and decontaminate the paint on the car. Any minor particles in the paint can put the scratches in the clear coat.Update:Dealership did not refund the Ceramic Coating but they did correct the issues. The person that really impressed me was Fallon in the Service Department she was on top of it and kept me updated. She showed that she cares and wanted to make it right. I will definitely recommend her in the Service Department.
