We had a fantastic experience buying a car from Sherman Cadillac, all thanks to Jeremy Eaton. We ordered our XT6 with very specific options, and we are very pleased with the results. Even the only one item that was incorrect has been corrected with no hassle or any issues at all. Jeremy was patient with us throughout this whole process and kept us informed during the build the best he could! Everything about this dealership would make me return, the selection of cars, the sales agent Rachel, the manger Ryan, Nick from the internet department, and Alfredo in finance were so kind and helpful. I am so used to be take advantage of at a Delarship but this place is different, they go above and beyond for their customers! I was able to walk out with the car I wanted at the price I wanted and there were no games! I couldn t be happier with Sherman Cadillac, I will recommend, and use them in the future!Rachel gets a special shout-out because she went above and beyond! Rachel was absolutely amazing! I would recommend her in a heartbeat to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. She made the process so easy and she was so kind!

Jeremy Eaton was a pleasure to work with. We reached out yesterday about a vehicle we saw online. He got the vehicle ready and all the paperwork ready for us to just show up, sign, and drive off. 20 minutes flat!Great experience, we drove 90 minutes to this location and honestly would do that again in the future for the great customer service we received.Thanks Jeremy.

We purchased a new Camaro that was in transit already on the 10th of JUNE and wasn't able to receive the car till June 30th.Now the to be fair the dealership did give us a vehicle to drive during this time frame ( looked like a miny van) for the first couple of weeks. Then they got my wife a Camaro to drive intill the car came in.
