Never again will I go here and never would I recommend this place to anyone! The vehicle waited over 2 weeks for a claim estimate, only to be still sitting in pending and never get completed. Istead of following through because they didn't take the appropriate notes from the very beginning (refer to all your original pictures taken when vehicle was dropped off) claim was submitted incorrectly and none of the work was ever started. Don't waste your time here or make sure they document the issues correctly, or you'll regret your decision because they won't remember what they did or didn t do! Complete waste of time as they're too busy booking you a month in advance anyways due to their busy and backed up workload... You're just another number when it comes down to it in the front office... and they could care less if you stay there or go somewhere else for business. They've got plenty of business without yours to add to it!

Michael went above and beyond to help me. I took my car to another place in Sherman and was quoted more than $800 over what was able to be done here. Michael is trustworthy and this is the place I ll be taking my car in the future. 10/10.

Went in for an estimate on exterior damage to my parents'vehicle. The estimator assumed I was with the person who entered just before me. He did not acknowledge me. Another employee noticed I was still sitting there after the other customer had departed. I received my estimate, which appeared fair. The first employee apologized once he realized his mistake. I will be returning to give them a chance to repair the vehicle.

The Collision Center is full of wonderful people, just like all of the Parkway Family. My 2019 Canyon was rear ended and suffered massive damage. The frame was bent. The Allstate insurance adjuster unethically tried to get them to patch the 6 month old truck. The collision center went to bat for us and made sure the insurance did what they needed to do.There were items left in my truck I needed, and Cory got those things out and drive them an hour to my home town. Great people!!!

Here I any kind of disappointed, I have 2003 Buick lesabre that I have taken to them for several different things and 2 of them they havent been able to fix, say they cant find the problem. 1 is a problem the gas tank(fumes, all around the back of the car. Cant find location of the problem. The other is the check engine light that persists in staying on and they cant find why, this car has only 86,000 miles on it I bought this car there at parkway in about 2004 was a new car tradein,wi no problems, my wife drove this car to and from work at the hospital for 10 years and never had a problem, have it to my mother and dad, they still have it today, set parked for a year never even started up. Put new battery in it and it started right up, still drives like a new one, very annoying to me. Clean place
