Stopped by to say hello and built a great relationship! Kevin and his wife were honest, humble, and super knowledgeable! I highly recommend this shop. Jeep fixed perfectly by the next day.P.s. one of the cleanest and most organized shops I've ever seen. That alone said A LOT!

I ve bought two beautiful Land Cruisers from Kevin and he knows his stuff when it comes to turning a wrench on a Toyota. He does not cut corners in any area and I trust him 100% when working on my vehicles. Great guy to do business with as well. Thanks Kevin and Outlaw Off-road!

You should have just told me you were too busy to look at my problem instead of charging me the full hour ($145) for 10 minutes work. I would have understood and gone elsewhere. Also, come with cash, they charge 8% if you use a card. On a super profitable transaction like $145 for 10 minutes, you could have waived that CC fee. Outlaw for sure.

Horrible experience. Dropped by JKU off for an alignment and figured it needed a track bar but was surprised he wanted to replace my 3k mile ball joints too. He wanted $1500 and that seemed high so called a Jeep shop in Dallas and was quoted $1000 for the same Terraflex joints. I declined since they were new and he overcharges and when we went to pick it up he was defensive and acted like he wanted to fight or something. From reading Facebook reviews and others it seems this is the norm for Kevin the owner. Save your time and money. I wish I would have. Oh and paid cash for the $145 check out fee. They charge 8% for cards and we all know the fee is less that 3%.

Kevin did a great job on my lift kit installation, he takes his time on the alignment to make sure it's as good as it can be. The shop is clean and organized, which to me shows that he cares about his business, and his customers. Friendly and knowledgable, was happy to answer my questions.

Kevin is a straight shooter and is about as honest as they come! I wouldn t use anybody else for service but these guys! I really appreciated them going the extra mile for me in my time of need! Ordered some parts for my old CJ5 that they had listed on a Jeep page. Kevin responded to my questions quickly & knew his stuff on the older jeeps. Shipped via UPS same day as payment made and 24 hours later I was installing the parts. Couldn't be happier with the service, communication, or parts!

Had to get some work done on my truck on the way through Sherman tx. The owners of outlaw off road where very helpful and accommodating. Got me right in evaluated and remedied my shaking problem. Wish we could have had them complete the maintenance but we had no time. Highly recommend if you need it done right. Thank you.

We bought a vehicle that was on "consignment", paid in cash and picked up the Title but left the vehicle for a few more repairs. Two days after we paid, we got a message from Kevin saying "I can't sell the car just yet, give me a call". Kevin claims the seller of the car was unhappy with the price, and I needed to pay another $1000. He wouldn't negotiate, and said he wasn't doing the deal for free. He said I needed to come to his shop and pick up my money. Super shady, we paid the price that Kevin gave us originally. Buyer beware.

Incomplete diagnostic was performed and the wrong thing may have been replaced. Despite a well known shop reporting that there is an issue with it, he declined to perform a differential diagnosis (which should have been performed initially) due to 6k being put on the vehicle in 8 months and that he wasn t being paid to do it and therefore declined to warranty his work. Even offered to pay for the differential diagnosis and he responded with this year of truck has all kinds of problems in response to it being in another shop for routine maintenance such as struts, brakes and tires. The other shop actually came to pick it up and will be figuring out what is wrong and fixing it. BEWARE

Kevin and Kelly are very knowledgeable and both are amazing. I had a tough problem.on my jeep that the dealer I got it from didn't diagnose.Within 5 minutes, kevin diagnosed and fixed it in one day.Kelly is very knowledgeable about 4 wheel drive vehicles and she helped me get the dealer to pay for the work they missed.I would recommend this company to anyone!!

This is a very nice shop. High end cars are his specialty. If your looking for a cheap repair shop , this is not the place to go. They are not cheap,but will give you an honest opinion of what's going in with your vehicle.

Kelly has been absolutely horrible to deal with. She claimed to be selling a side x side on consignment and claimed she was a dealer with title in hand. It was a birth certificate for the machine, not a title so I can not get it tagged in my name now. She claims the original owner doesn t have time to go get the paperwork in order and has quit responding. I drove 5 hours to get it and now I m stuck with a machine I can t make street legal, which was the whole purpose for buying it. I would not call this a business, and I hope they eat my lawyer costs to try to make them get me a title.

Jeeps what more can I say. I haven't really dealt with them on using their service. I did stop by once and asked a couple questions. Gentleman was nice and professional. Love looking at the jeeps thwy have available even of its just driving by. lllllll
