Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Clean store. Online shopping helps with fast in and out not tomention 14+ hrs of operation, you should be able to get what you want when you want.

Probably was against store & company policy, but was able to fix my brake master cylinder in the parking lot, & store personnel were patient & a lot of help in getting me back on the road safely. Kudo's!

My husband was broke down in His Simi and they stayed late for him to get the radiator hose he needed During a Tornado warning!!!! Thank you so Much to the staff that was on duty this evening 100% the best Service!!!!

After a long stressful chaotic day Nicholas came to my rescue! Not only did he solve my problem he taught me as well Andy took his step by step not being condescending but very informative. I highly recommend this company the entire staff for being so courteous and letting me vent cuz I was all over the place for the people who really know me but Nicholas was patient and very respectful kudos to you guys!

The 1st clerk, young guys says right off, Could you hold on I'm taking care of one of our Buisness accounts,hit me wrong. The other Gentalman came out just a few seconds later & was very helpful, Younger 1 needs some finesse on his customer service skills

Waited in the parking lot for over 20 min for them to open up because I needed to get the check engine light checked only to hear from the assistant manager tell me " it's too cold and windy I said. " are you serious right now? " and he said yes I'm dead serious .. Ok I damn sure won't be back when it warms up either.. AutoZone has never said no to anybody that needed help with something .... The only why I went there in the first place is because my dad worked there.. Jerry im sorry but your a poor excuse for an assistant manager....

Staff was helpful in helping me get the right kind of coolant and a new battery for my car, and they loaned tools for me to change the battery for my car. They accidentally gave me the wrong kind of battery at first, but they got the right one and we were able to swap it out. Very good experience.

I m standing in line be attended to and the guy answers the phone and forgot we were in a conversation about my return. Employees walking around doing other things but not attending to the the line of people. Gary his great. He stepped up.

Replaced my alternator last year in August. I started having same problem. Had my vehicle tested to make sure of problem and showed to be alternator again. Got a new one took old one back for core charge and money back for warranty. Was told that the alternator was not theirs and I could only get back for core. The part I got last August of which I have receipt came from them. It came from store straight to my car last August.

I support O'Reilly's as a company but these Sherman stores either one has been poor experiences. You get the sense they could care less, be patient even if you stay in contact give them specific details and part numbers high probability they don't get it right the first time. Although I will give them some credit I only went through with this store because of the phone etiquette of who I spoke with. Pay attentions employees details matter in automotive parts. When someone asks for an item with the part number listen. A Dust Sealing Ring/Shield (what I wanted ordered) is different then an Axle seal, both meant to protect the axle and rotor and maybe not treat a customer as if they don't know what they are talking about when they come to the store and have part in hand and show you how different the parts are.

This location is the worst, avoid at all cost!!! My parents are from Tyler and in there 70 s. They recently stopped by this location to purchase a battery. A guy named Jack informed them that they could buy the battery but they cannot install them after dark and he was going home. It was not even 6 o clock yet and they were stuck 4 hours from and with no tools. Now I do not wish I ll of no one but I do hope that if Jack is ever in this position that he is given the same courteous service that he gave my parents. I only wish they had a way to leave a zero star review, one is to good for this place.

Got everything we needed staff was helpful in finding everything and making sure not once but twice that the correct parts were pulled from the back and even gave us some helpful advice about how to get some in store credit.5 out of 5 stars

couldn't find a single place that carried a 1295na turn signal. then one of the employees helped me and reminded that there was probably a cross reference to that bulb. An identical bulb just a different number. Love the store, they're always very helpful

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I was patiently waiting in the line and I accidentally dropped something and a little bit spilled in the floor. I picked it up and told him I spilt something once I got up to the counter and he said really.. you know you re going to have to pay for it right and then after me just saying okay very calmly, this man proceeds to make me feel terrible about spilling something on the floor. I paid $10 extra for something I didn t even need because this guy made me pay for the thing that fell in the floor. AND continued to be rude the whole time i was checking out. Never going back to this place.

Used to be my favorite parts store until today. They refused to hook their computer up to diagnose my car and was a little rude about it. They did it at the other one just a few days ago with no problem. I'll start going somewhere else for now on.

Second time to have same battery replaced under warranty. No hassle, in and out and done. I don't, however, recommend Super Start gel batteries. Stick with lead acid. Cheaper and more reliable.

Great knowledgeable staff. They always have what I need at a good price. If they don't have it in store then they usually will have it for me the next day. This is my go to spot for auto care needs.
