They don't carry a lot of the cosmetic stuff, but if you ask, they can typically have it next day, if you order it early enough. And they're more like a great "Mom and Pop" type, rather than a chain. They know their stuff and you can't best the price for the quality!

Ray the store manager took care of me when I had ordered two belts for my VW Passat. Ordered them online the store got them Instead when they should have been sent to my house form cooperate. Ray honored the online price I paid and got me the belts same day. Definitely recommend this location!

I showed up with an extremely hard part to find on Saturday. Destiny and Tanner were the counter help and were very helpful. Both were pleasant to talk to and knew exactly what they were talking about. Tanner took the extra time to search for the part after I'd given up hope. After much research he found the exact thing we were looking for. The time before that they fashioned a hydraulic hose for a skid steer on the spot and reasonably priced.... They are our go to store for all our needs.

Excellent service, Tanner know his stuff. Him finding a shorter support strut helped me sell a car to a (very) "height restricted" couple. Great work!!

I will admit the guts know there stuff but when it comes to actual customer service, there in line is the issue. I was informed by a NAPA representative that all stores should and will accept the returns from other NAPA stores or locations so long as you have the receipt. Well, not the case for me and my part. With receipt and part in hand I was told I had to return it to an actual NAPA store.....huh are you serious. He stated we are indendently owned and don't fall under the larger store policies. I said okay and walked out laughing....NAPA....we have a problem here.

I was on the phone with a man at this store and he was yelling at another employee or someone to come blow him , since when is that okay to say while on the phone? And while a women is on the other line? Do they not have a hold button? I just hung up. Disgusting and disrespectful.

People are very knowledgable and know what you need to get the job done right. Went in and got a belt for my kubota diesel tractor. Then got brake pads and such as well with no issues.

Excellent service. They have expanded their inventory and now carry several semi truck parts. They also make hydraulic hoses up ti 1 ".... i think.
