Went in for an oil change and while I was waiting , I had lots of other questions regarding our cars. They were kind and extremely knowledgeable. ( I had LOTS of questions) The oil change was finished quickly and I ll definitely be doing more business with them!!!

These guys are super smart, super helpful and have always done a great job on any issue I've had with my vehicle. I recommend them over many places they are absolutely incredible hard working and most importantly you can trust them.

I took car to them to check it out on front suspension work I was going to usey extended warranty on my car warranty company approve work on front but the garage shop wanted more on money that would come out of my pocket 400 USD more then the warranty company approve I not like that

I'd like to start by saying John is hands down one of the nicest people I've ever met in my life. Having to take your vehicle to the mechanic is always rough, but John definitely leaves you with the feeling that your car is in good hands. As for the quality of the work, I've taken my vehicle to Motor Masters three times. They listened to my concerns about the areas I knew I needed looked at. All of the work they've done for me has held up. I've had my steering system, starter, and my cooling system fixed here. Turnaround on my vehicle wasn't bad. I've had dealerships take months before returning my car. Pricing was good too. I've been quoted a little lower on a couple of these items, but not by much, and I've certainly paid more elsewhere for work I'd consider questionable at best. This is a great shop and I'll continue to have my vehicle serviced here for the foreseeable future. If you're on the fence about where to go, do yourself a favor and give them a chance. The people are nice but when I spoke with them I was told they would thoroughly check out my vehicle and make sure all fluids are checked and all filters changed if needed. My vehicle was in for an oil leak, when I picked it up and drove it home and checked the oil there was none in it. I m no mechanic by any means but if I were and I was fixing a vehicle with an oil leak I would make sure the oil was changed and there was some in it! It s crazy to me that anyone in there right mind could work on an oil leak and not check or change the oil.Service: Engine repair

I was about to take a road trip and needed my oil changed and just a good looking over. Nathan and the guys fit me right in and did a great job. They also noticed I needed new brakes but didn t try to talk me into them right then. They told me I d be good for the trip and get them done on the next service visit. I appreciated their honesty and not trying to con me into a costly fix right before my trip.Service: Oil change

This place is a hidden gem. All the staff is very knowledgable and hard-working individuals. Thye always explain everything and the service is top-notch. To top it off their prices are very accessible and they have financing options too.

Fast and curtious. I was a Walk in for an oil change, and they were able to get to my vehicle right away. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes.

This is considered to be the Worst case scenario with this "business" . I wouldn't wish this place on my worst enemy. Long story short, I took my truck to this place for a simple tune up because the engine light came on. Before I left the truck with them, it was still in good working condition. However, When I received my truck back, it was not only in bad condition but in a worse condition. They could not turn it on and when they did, it would shall in reverse when they tried to get it out of the garage. Since then, my truck has not been fixed and now I have been stranded in Sherman, Texas for approximately a month and a half. I am not from this town and have been trying to get my truck and my family out of this situation. After countless efforts to try and contact the owner; he is no where to be found. I have been trying to settle this in a good manner but I'm getting the opposite of what a civilizated business owner would do. If the "business" Sees this review he might comment back only because its public! A month and a half should be more than enough TIME to get this issue resolved.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Vehicle Inspection, Auto maintenance

I was in for an oil change and general check up which was offered by their discount coupon. I had never been there before since I am relatively new in Sherman, TX. They took my car in with very little wait and performed the services touted on the coupon. They were quite friendly and answered all my questions. They then told me when to expect the next service on my car. I asked about my tires and when I would need to replace them. From experience, I had already estimated another 5,000. Sure enough I was told 3000 to 5000 miles. Honest people these folks. I will surely return to Motor Masters for my next service needs.Services: Auto maintenance, Oil change

I am new to the area and wanted to find a "go to" mechanic for my Kia Soul. I had the pleasure of meeting John and he was such a nice gentleman and serviced my car himself. Nathan was awesome got us right in and replaced the alternator and the serpentine belt in a timely manner, good prices, excellent quality and excellent service. Would recommend family and friends to use them. I will definitely be using them for all my vehicle repairs that I cant do myself!!

Very consistent with keeping me informed on the car from when they start checking the car, to letting me know everything about what s needing to be checked and every price. Quick and easy, had my throttle body switched out and had a couple other issues that they found which is perfect. Very very good place to get your car done

Motor Masters made body repairs to the front end of my 2008 pickup truck.It took about 3 weeks to gather the parts and have them installed.When I picked up my truck. It looked like new again.Al and his son Nathan were professional in the handling of my truck. They kept me informed through the whole process.I hope I never have to go there again for accident repairs, but I will definitely go there for vehicle maintenance and/or engine repairs.They were fairly priced, and prompt.MJBServices: Auto body & trim repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Auto body & trim replacement

Dropped my husband's car off to have it fixed, it's now been 2 or more months and they keep saying they're working on it. Still parked in the same spot and now it even has a flat. I also had them work on my car at the first of the year, did great work but why I am at the end of the year and I still have yet to receive the driver door handle "on back order" I do not recommend. At. All.

I took a car that hasn t been running for a while and they provided me with a detailed list and photos of what repairs the car needed. they were so awesome and now that car is running perfectly! I highly recommend Motor masters!

My daughter s car needed a new starter. Motor Masters safely towed her car to their place, got it diagnosed, and all fixed up. Everything was clearly communicated and done professionally. I couldn t recommend them more!

They are the best. Honest and experienced. Good Christian people that care about their customers. They have fixed electrical issues in my car when rodents chewed the wires into. They recently fixed my son's Dodge Ram. Did a lot of work and got him back on the road to college. My car is now in shop having the motor replaced. I trust them with all of our vehicles. I am so thankful for Motor Masters

Absolutely worst place I've ever tried to get my van worked on at they lied from the very beginning about what they could do and then there tow truck driver brought my vehicle back and jerked it off of the truck and yelled at me after I told him to stop doing that to my vehicle the driver told me I didn't want to bring it to u anyways and he broke a hose off the bottom off my car and John said there was nothing he could do about it and magically now cant get ahold of the owner of the shop and it was the worst experience I ever had with a shop
