I recently had my 2021 Ram 1500 serviced for a coolant flush, and I couldn't be happier with the results! Max scheduled my appointment with ease, accommodating my busy schedule effortlessly. The service itself was top-notch fast, efficient, and extremely professional. Not only did they perform the coolant flush flawlessly, but after I a few days I called back the following week voicing concerns about my coolant overflow being low and Micah took the extra step to top off my fluid levels, ensuring my truck runs smoothly. I highly recommend for their exceptional service and customer care. Thank you for exceeding my expectations!

Have been bringing my vehicle here for 2 years now; have had numerous oil changes and some major repairs done and I have nothing but good to say about this place. Alex in Service has the patience of the true professional that he is and is my go-to-guy for any service on my vehicle! I must say, prior to moving to Sherman I never dealt with any dealership after the sale as a result of bad experiences with OTHER dealerships over the years, but Freedom (Alex) has renewed my trust, at least in Freedom Ram!The only complaint I have is the outside waiting/sitting area that is right next to all entrances to the show room and service is a designated smoking area! The ground area is covered in spent cigarette buds and has strong unpleasant tobacco odor from the ashtrays; us non-smokers have no place outside to sit and wait without breathing second hand smoke. May consider more outside non-smoking wait area.

Had a great experience with Mark purchasing my Golf GTI Rabbit. Everyone was helpful and kind. I recommend this dealership for anyone looking for a good deal and quality salespeople. They worked with me on the price and made us feel like the 5 hour trip to get there was 110% worth it!

Dean Stroope was amazing. He let me take my time to think things over, never pressured me. He wanted me to make the best decision for myself and not just worried about making the sale. That is something I've never experienced before when car shopping. Freedom didn't add on any additional fees like a lot of other dealerships do. They didn't try to force me into buying any kind of extended warranty like I've had others try or charge any kind of maintenance fees. Just basic cost of the car plus TT&L. I did a lot of comparison shopping with in 100 miles of here and they definitely gave me the best price.

This was my first time to use Freeman Chrysler in Sherman, but it sure won t be my last. I ve never been treated so kind and courteous . Dennis , the technician is my hero and Clay, the service rep too. They saw to it that my ride is on the road again! God Bless you guys and Merry Christmas!

We've never had such a terrible experience and we never leave reviews, but this was worthy. Paid over 90k for a 2500 and have had nothing but issues. It's spent more time in service than we've driven it. The service department needs an absolute overhaul. The truck sat there for 3 months and get a call it's fixed (after calling multiple times) only to get there and have it leaking transmission fluid. Finally get a call its fixed again and brakes still clicking, which they claimed on the paperwork they couldn't replicate but did it right in front of the advisors on multiple occasions, including when we picked it up, in front of the service manager. They said all 2500s click when you press the brake, but refused to bring up a new 2500 and show us it clicks. Now having to take our truck to a different dealership who confirmed that's not normal. Highly advise against this dealership all together.

This is by far the BEST dealership I have ever been to. It wasn't like other dealerships were they BS around all day. They literally did there job from the min we walked in. Thank you guys from the bottom of my heart I LOVE my car and it goes super fast lol. Update: my AC is now out. I got a warranty but they have to diagnose it to make sure it s actually my ac. If not I foot the bill. There s no loaner car and it will be 3 days before they can do anything. Also was told they have 275 cars in the shop. Red Flags do not go here!I got a certified used Jeep and 3 months in I can t get it to start. They blamed the battery and heat and it s fully charged. Told me to buy one at Bi-Lo not even seeing if it s the battery and they made me pay for a warranty and naturally they say it s not covered. Blames natural wear and tear . 0/10 do not recommend.Jokes on me another 2 months and my air isn t working. I did contact the office, your office manager blew me off.

I want to thank Jeremy Klas our sales rep, Blake the sales director, James in finance and Shelby the service director for an amazing buying experience. We found our dream Rubicon 392. There was a little work behind the scenes and the team made it happen. They definitely went above and beyond to get the numbers where we needed them to be. Excellent communication and great buying experience. We flew down to Dallas and the dealership picked us up, transaction took less than an hour. Prior to picking up the vehicle we wanted some additional add On's and Shelby the service director made it happen. I would recommend going and seeing the team and speaking with Jeremy Klas the sales rep and the rest of the team at Freedom. Took them over 7 months to refund a warranty contract that I cancelled back in May of 2023. Strongly recommend that you don't do business with these people, and take your business elsewhere.

I wanted to say big thank you to the service department for bringing my car back to life. Specifically Chellsey and Clay. I banged my Jeep Cherokee up pretty bad where I wasn t sure if it was salvageable. However they did miracles. It feels amazing to have my car back. Chellsey help tremendously. I love how she kept me updated and informed. I couldn t thank these two enough. Great work!!

The service department at Freedom has been hit or miss for the last ten years. After a simple oil change today and the "multi-point" inspection, I decided to check the filter myself when I got home after all I was told when leaving was that I was ready to go. If a simple cabin filter was not checked, it only leaves me to wonder what other short cuts were taken.

Exceptional Customer Service!! Mykel in the Service Department was hands down AWESOME!! it was easy and he took care of everything. We bought our Jeep from another dealer. In the future, our next purchase will be from Freedom! Thanks again, Mykel, for making what is normally a stereotypical beating of having to deal with a car service department - an actual painless and happy one!!!

Bought a truck here in November 2020 which I was driving back to register in California. The dealer had to do several repairs including fixing a faulty break sensor which was reporting on the dash. I waited and they assured me everything was corrected. When I finally took possession everything appeared good to go with no check engine light. I then drove it to California without any problems. It took the dealership an entire month to send me the registration and title information despite my bank overnighting them a check as soon. As i took possession.. I then took it to my mechanic to smog. As soon as he plugged in his diagnostic tool to do the smog test, the check engine light came on and it failed the test. It reported a failure in the break module. Now I have get a temporary registration and drive this all the way back to Sherman TX and see if they can fix what they "missed".

Purchased a 2021 Toyota 4Runner. I live in the DFW area and the dealership was accommodating and brought the car down for me to test drive and then I paid a delivery fee. However, after delivery, there was a terrible mildew smell. It smelled like it had been flooded, but Car Fax was clear. After moving the seats, I noticed about a dozen dryer sheets had been placed under the seats to mask the smell when it was delivered. The dealership said it might have been closed up too soon after detailing. My only recourse, they said, was to drive it back to Sherman (1.5 hours each way) to get it deodorized. Further, my engine oil maintenance light came on about two weeks after having the vehicle. Clearly, the oil maintenance had not been done. When I took it in, I was told the bolts were rusted and the filter was swollen - it had been in water. Buyer be ware.

These guys worked so hard to get me into the truck I wanted and I couldn't be happier. They even ran me through an impromptu pizza buffet that they ordered for their employees that day. When trading out vehicles and moving my toolbox over, the salesman promptly grabbed more staff to help out. I went in just to browse and they gave me enough of a deal (or at least made me feel likeI was winning) that I left with a new truck. Their service department is outstanding and my first oil change was over in a fraction of the time I planned. From what I've experienced, they seem to care about the people and process.
