It s been a while since I ve been there. But when I needed my breaks changed I received the best service. Even though I needed a surprise rotor replacement. And when I drove off and there was grinding they didn t hesitate to hop in the car and found out the wheel wasn t completely adjusted. People make mistakes, it s those that try to correct them that get my appreciation. I will gladly go back. One of the last few places that actually cares about doing it right, not just out to get your money.

Great customer service. Austin and Kevin are the coolest, hardest working people I've seen at a tire shop. Definitely deserve a shoutout. I recommend this place for anyone with tire needs! You won't be disappointed. :)

The best tire shop if not, one of the best tire shop to visit for any kind of wheel service with the stuffs are kind and willing to help you out in speedy service. Would definitely recommend anyone to come here. Thank you all for everything you all did.

Top notch guys, had a bad experience elsewhere trying to get an alignment so I wanted to give them a try.They were full and had no appointments available, I asked if I dropped it off before they opened if they could just squeeze it in before end of day, they agreed no problem.We dropped it off and before the end of the day we got a call and we're told that it was all good and didn't need an alignment. Just charged me a small fee for their time and use of the equipment.They could have easily charged me for an alignment and I would have never known the difference. Stand up and honest!

I visited Discount Wheel & Tire today to get new tires for my wife s 2016 Nissan Rogue. The customer service was incredible. Everyone was super friendly. The tires were competitively priced and the service was timely. I was in and out in 30 minutes. I highly recommend this place, as I will be a recurring customer.

Just moved here...what a diamond in the rough, this place cares! They were much more interested in solving my problem and getting me out much sooner than I expected too. Don't confuse these guys with the "chain" tire store at the town center (I waited 2 hours to get seen, and that was with an appointment). These guys are on Texoma parkway.

Great set of guys working here, they won t jerk you around on prices, and won t lie to ya.If they say they can t patch the tire you can trust em, will ALWAYS bring my tire needs to these guys.

Honorable, helpful and they offer a great deal on tires. The owner and employees are wonderful. I have been two times now, got tires for my car and my truck from them and they genuinely give great advice and offer you options and you get a great price for tires. Very much appreciate them and their service. Defiantly give them a try!

I called Dakota at discount tire and wheel and he was great at finding me the exact tires that I needed for my 1968 camaro and when I arrived at the store everyone there was friendly and very tentative to my needs I would strongly recommend then great group of people

Ok. Darin helped me over the phone and made me a great deal on quality tires. The process was easy come in and wait in the clean comfortable waiting area and very soon you will be on your way.Be sure to double check your receipt before you leave, make sure the miles are correct and that the total price is what was quoted, not saying they are doing anything shady but mistakes can happen at a busy shop, they actually put my cars mileage 30000 miles less than what it is. If I have a warranty issue that could be a bad thing, but they easily and efficiently corrected it with no problem.If I was a previous customer it would have been obvious.Again great guys working hard and fast to get you on the road with great tires.Don't forget to double check your pressures, my car calls for 33 front and 30 rear, I left with 36 front and 44 rear.

I went in there to get my oil changed, the people were very kind, and helpful. My only issue is It took an hour and a half to change my oil, and I didn't even get my washer fluid replaced which isn't a huge deal, I've just always had that done anywhere I've went before. Maybe I caught them on an off day. However they were very nice people.UPDATE:I am very impressed with how the owner handled this. He went out of his way to reach me and apologize for my wait time. That shows me extreme customer care and I am truly grateful for him doing that. I will be going back thank you for caring about your customers, it is very hard to find a place that will go out of their way to accommodate a customer.

I highly recommend this place! They got me in super last minute for an oil change and what I assumed was an alignment needed. They quickly called to let me know that my alignment was fine and I simply needed a new tire. So if you are looking for great customer service and HONEST employees this is the place! They got me fixed up and on my way in no time.

They are great. Super fast service when we went. Went above and beyond what I'm used to most places doing. Also it was reasonably priced. Fixed my flat, replaced valve stem on my spare, put my spare, jack and tools back that I had left out from changing my tire. Then replaced the lug and stud I crossthreaded. Totally worth it. Highly recommend.

Got my front end aligned here and they did an amazing job.. let me no I needed some new bolts as well!! Thank you guys for doing a great job and getting me in and out in no time!!! And still doing such a great job!! Will definitely recommend and be going back in the future!! Number saved!!!

Discount Wheel & Tire Pros were professional and helpful. Went in last week for a wheel rotation/balance and an oil change. They were fast and did it right. Went to go get my car inspected and had to come back for two tires. They got my car in and changed out the tires I needed to fix. It was a great experience and was all at a fair price. I don't go anywhere else. I would suggest people to go here and find out for yourself.

These folks are fair and give you their honest option without cramming sales down your throat. They let you know what you need and if you don't need something done. I'd give more stars if I could super happy about with my visit. Thank you guys will definitely be back when needed.

Brought a family members truck in for rear brake replacement Apparently the brakes still had 40% life left. They didn't have to tell me this, I was fully prepared to pay for new brakes to be installed. They chose honesty over the cost of profits.Honest shop.5/5

Go here for tires in Sherman!! They have consistently been nothing but courteous and very affordable every time I have used them. I never feel "sold to", very rare at a tire place. They are genuinely here to do a great job at the best price. The other place down the street quoted me a 2 hour wait to check for a nail!!

LIFESAVERS. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE ANYWHERE ELSE! This company, these people, the owner... from top to bottom are some of the best and most helpful in the business. We had a tire fall off a boat trailer from Oklahoma to San Antonio, thank goodness it happened in Sherman, Texas. They were the only one who offered to help after calling about 6 other shops in the area. Not only did they help, the owner himself took extra time to run around town to get the parts needed, called in a special favor from a local welder to get us back on the road the next day. While waiting for service, we were VERY impressed with the service, respect, customer interaction, and just flat generosity from the ENTIRE staff at Discount Wheel and Tire. You re missing out on quality, customer service, pricing, and expertise if you go anywhere else!

I used their website to schedule my appointment, they called me shortly afterwards to confirm my appointment and ended up getting me in a whole day earlier.They got me right in the door, the tech wasted no time isolating the issue, explained what he recommended and with the parts in stock, I was out the door in breakneck speed.My truck drove like a new one again. I've lived on the road for 30 years and visited a lot of shops, I highly recommend Discount Wheel and Tire and will do business with them every time I'm in their neck of the woods.

I was sent there on a recommendation from Ramey Chevrolet/Cadillac to have a tire checked/fixed. I explained the issue and the tire was fixed in about 15-20 minutes. They were professional, friendly and reasonably priced. I would use them again.

Pros:- Same day appointment- 1 hour turn around even with extra work- Good alignment on tiresCons:- Shop manager[?] was initially irritated and somewhat curt when I was trying to explain my special requests. Friendly upon checkout, but I missed finding out I was only getting a 2 wheel alignment at the start.- Steering wheel is about 5-10 degrees off from center. This is way better than the 50-60 degrees previously, but it is a pet peeve of mine to not have a centered steering wheel after alignment.

This place is GREAT! All of the staff, ESPECIALLY Bobby Godbey, are very friendly and professional. Every time I've ever been there I'm shocked at how quickly they take of my vehicles. Thanks for being so awesome Discount Wheel and Tire!

Great place, great people, great prices. I bought 4 tires from them a few month ago and have never regretted it. Had a few low tires from construction driving and they fixed them free. I finally found a place to always get my tires at.

When you walk into this Place be sure to have a jar of Vaseline ready. Went in for an alignment and was told that I need all of my struts replace. Was gave a price 3 times what the parts would run and an time estimate twice as long as it would take to fix. I can not stand a place that trys to take advantage of a female. I went to a very reputable shop and was told I did not need all of the repairs. Stay away from Discount Wheel & Tires. They will try to screw you over.

I really thought this was a great place to take our truck. NOT. My husband took his truck in two weeks prior with a clanking noise under neath. They said everything was fine. All was tight. Just two weeks later he takes it back and ball joints are very bad. Husband explained about bring it in before but told them to go ahead and fix. When he went to pick it up they told him he had a front axle leak. And they dont do axle work there. My husband is oh so trusting but I was raised with 6 brothers and a mechanic father and know that if you are not careful you can damage the axle seal. This is what happened. After $1200.00 on ball joints we now have to pay to get the axle seal fixed. I dont feel this is right because it wasnt leaking when it was brought in. I hope nothing else is wrong from taking it here. I normally dont leave negative reports but this is just too much money.
