We were moving back home from TX to AR and had car trouble on the way. This shop got us going again pretty fast, especially for an unscheduled visit, and we made it home safely. They even listened to me crying like a baby in the lobby and were just so nice. I was so preoccupied I didn't get their names but the front desk guy and the mechanic both were great. Thank you!

This place is down to earth, honest & gets the job done ! Jon & Norm took care of my Acura TL today an hour before closing. They took there time & didn't rush me out. I will be a repeat customer for sure always a pleasure keeping local. Thanks guys !

Very friendly, fast, and HONEST! Found the issue on my a/c and was shocked at their honesty when they said it was a $6 part. Moving from Dallas area I was looking for a great mechanic and found it here at discount. Could have sold me all kinds of stuff but they didn t. They work fast and do not waste your time trying to sell you all the bells and whistles like some of the other places. Great group of people and highly recommend them to everyone especially if on a budget

10/10 shop! Super helpful and very clear on what they need to do. I had a problem with my vehicle just two days before heading across country. They were quick to assess the situation and help get my car running right! Transparent on what it will cost and what was wrong. Charlene at the desk was super kind and great to talk too. The front desk was so polite and super friendly. They worked with my schedule, got things done well and fast. Price was very reasonable. Technician was very polite and explained things very thoroughly. Absolutely no complaints from me. Best experience I've ever had at a repair shop. 11/10

I can t begin to express how pleased I have been with each and every repair experience. So the the man and woman upfront are Incredibly nice and welcoming. They assisted me from start to finish and even offered games for my kids to play while we waited. The technician who worked on my car was amazing, it took no time at all. I always use this place and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs repairs. I went to a local place that focuses on tires but offer mechanic services as well. I was told I needed work done that would cost well over 1200.00. I decided to get a second opinion and came here. I only had to have rotors replaced and get new tires. I saved over 600. I appreciate the honesty and the quick turnaround of the staff here. I definitely recommend this establishment for auto repairs.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I went to this shop because the dealership told me I needed an alignment. The guys checked it out and confirmed that I did need one. I was given a discounted price with a coupon and the repair went quickly. All of that was good, great. What made the place an over the top positive experience for me was the people and the environment. The waiting area was comfortable and inviting. I met the shop kitty, such a sweet girl. The owner, Jason, treated me as if I was a guest at his home. It was like visiting a new/old friend, warm like that. There was a quality there that I greatly treasure and admire, the quality of earnestness. Really a great experience in every way!! Thanks again!

I had a horrible brake job performed on my vehicle at another local shop, the first time to ever replace the brakes the previous company damaged multiple parts, left parts of my car off and allowed my son and I to travel in a unsafe vehicle I had no idea the extent of the damage. I was advised to talk to John at Discount Auto Care when I was able to afford another shop visit and let me tell you John and Norm are a blessing! These guys walked me through all the damage/missing parts and got them replaced and my car back to running safely. I cant be more thankful for the transparency and great customer service as well as mechanical knowledge this shop has! I will always us this them going forward!Service: Brakes

Jason, Brad and Norman are the best! Jason treats you like family and I FINALLY (after going to the big dealers) have a perfectly aligned, new rotors and the smoothest drive I've had in months thanks to them! Great clean shop and great mechanics. I'd give them 10 stars if I could!

I stopped for an inspection after noticing how fresh and cleaned up the location was and really impressed when I walked in the door. Smelled so good, decorated and comfy. The guys are courteous, business pros, honest, and friendly. No charge there for inspections. When you leave you just know you will be back!

These guys are amazing... I called at 2pm to have my brakes checked. Got me in right away. Breaks were worn out & back rotors need replaced. The knocked it all out by 5pm. All at the last seconds notice at a fair price. Definitely my go to place. Also recommended by Discount tire

A good honest mechanic can be hard to come by. Our favorite oil and lube place recommended this shop for a simple ac repair. They were incredibly fast and fixed our problem. We will definitely use them for all of our mechanical issues in the future.Service: Air conditioningService: Air conditioning

The guys in the office were nice. But as far as workmanship I'm not happy. Came in for an alignment on my truck, paid 80 bucks for sub par work. Steering wheel looks like I'm making a left turn as I'm going straight. Just frustrated

Great guys! The owner is very curious and professional. And the staff is nice as well. Clean and comfortable lobby waiting area. Got a coupon for a front end alignment from Discount Tire. I highly recommend them!

I was referred over to this shop to fix a wheel stud. No automotive work done. However, they did the work in a timely manner as promised. I was treated politely and professionally.

I had my Mercedes alignment done here after being recommended from Discount Tire. Lowest price around and the alignment turned out perfect. Service was fast. I highly recommend them.

Don't judge a book by it's cover. You know that Hole in the Wall restaurant that has amazing food, cozy atmosphere and great service? This is that place for your car. They are straightforward and honest as well.

Took my vehicle in to have it checked for an engine surge in rpm.....was told can't duplicate issue and they replaced air filter and charged me 130 dollars for diagnostic that wasn't done.....was told to bring it back if it's does it again and they will diagnose no charge (since I already paid) when brought back while car is having issue they want it left so they can look at it later....to busy to listen to it while it's having the issue.....needless to say I'll be taking my business elsewhere and never 7se this ripoff of a company again.....also will file a better business bureau complaint....use at your own riskService: General repairs & maintenance
