Mike always takes great pride in the services that he provides. I was getting a front tire put on this day, and he made sure everything was perfect, including greasing the front bearings, checked the brakes and balanced the tire and wheel before putting it all back together.

July 12 2017I just called there to ask about pricing for mounting and balancing a rear tire on my Kawasaki z800.I'm thinking I spoke to Mike, the owner. I asked him the cost of mounting and balancing a rear tire, if I brought the tire and the bike to him.He asked what kind of bike it was, I responded that its a Kawasaki z800.He needed more details, so I supplied them even though he sounded like I was inconveniencing him by asking.He told me it was $65, which is by far the best price around, and then I had one more question....what is the business hours on Saturdays. Before I could get a couple words out, the dude hung up on me.I called back and got someone else, and asked if I'd been hung up on or got disconnected. He said probably disconnected. I highly doubt it.I've been in there a couple times, and always been greeted in a way that makes me not want to spend my money with them. This just guaranteed that I won't.Even though they are $25 cheaper than the next closest price in town for a tire mount/balance, I'll gladly spend the extra money elsewhere for friendlier service.

We just stopped in there to ask about their smaller 4 wheelers. My husband is a disabled veteran so he asked if they do any kind of veteran discount. The owner looked at my husband and said "If you want a veteran discount then you need to go somewhere else." Needless to say we will never be going back. That's was uncalled for and extremely disrespectful.

I purchased a dirt bike for my grandson, it was a very special day for him. I explained to the owner, Mike, how long we had waited for this moment, how much it meant to my boy. He told me the 2017 cc125 was a new bike, that he guaranteed it a great bike, that he has sold several and had not had any problems with them. The price, $1135.55. I put $500 towards it on 11/07/2017. I had already expressed my concern about it needing to be a reliable bike, I did not want to let my grandson down. Once again, a promise and I could bring it back should anything go wrong & they would fix it, free of charge. I paid the balance 12/02/2017, took it home. He rode it a week, 5 spokes fell out, puncturing the back tire, causing him to wreck, badly. (On a straight country road). Took it back, he had the nerve to ask me where and how my boy was riding to cause the problem. My reply? "On a straight dirt road and its a dirt bike, what would it matter?" They kept it 10 days, took it home. 8 days later, we had to take it back for more repairs (wouldn't start). Week later, took it home, had it 9 days, the kick start fell off. My dad went with me, I wanted money back, he assured dad he would replace with new motor, (replaced with a used one, with stripped holes for bolts...4 bolts missing when we got it home) 12 days later, home, casing fell off. I, personally replaced the bolts at my own expense. Grandson went to ride, pulled handle to shift into 2nd, handle snapped off. He was able to ride a total of 9 times in 2 months.I believe the man is a crook, a liar, a cheat. What kind of person sells a boy his 1st bike and knows it's a piece of junk? Somebody else's experience may have been different, good for you. This was mine. I had to save up for the purchase, disappoint my grandson, and eat $1200 + 3 times finding a truck and making 6 trips to Sherman from Gainesville and 6 trips back. Wouldn't recommend if they were GIVING away.

The guys know there stuff I brought my bike in for full service and rode out like it was a new bike great work. Plus they look over everything and they found some issues and took goo care it!

My bike broke down in Sherman TX. Back wheel was stripped of rubber and the make of the bike was Ducati, and these guys went through the trouble of staying past 5pm and replaced the tires for me. They drove me to the tire shop across town so I could buy the tires, and did the replacement that day + included some maintenance things. Thanks a lot to these guys they work really hard and highly recommend them for quality affordable service

The owner is 4th generation in motorcycles and is awesome to speak with. Mounted a tire and balanced in short time. I will be doing business with Cones as often as possible.
