There is nothing quick about Quick Lane. I took my Explorer in yesterday for an oil change, and there were three other people waiting when I arrived. No big deal; that is normal. After waiting 1 hour and 15 minutes, a customer that arrived after me got up to ask about her vehicle, and the representative at the front said, You re next in line, so I got up to check on mine as well, and he told me the same thing: I believe you re next in line." I was not waiting any longer after seeing they hadn t even touched mine! I told the representative at the front I was going somewhere else, and he said, "Okay, keys are in the car. No big deal; they just had me wait over an hour and had me sitting there waiting with no update to find out they hadn t even taken the vehicle back and were telling every customer next in line."I heard an employee come out and tell two different customers their tread on their tires was wearing down and they have availability today to get it taken care of. It's unbelievable they have availability THE SAME DAY for new tires if you purchase them, but they can t service people for a quick oil change in a timely manner.I didn t write a review about the first horrible experience I had a year ago with this place and decided to try them again yesterday, but never again. They invited me to write a review, so here it is.

When I say put to the test, 20 minutes before closing can push some nerves. The boys at this place did fantastic when handling a last minute battery change for a "stubborn" type of battery. They went above and beyond and did not treat us any different than as if it were 8am. Thanks guys!! Great job!

I received a text message from Bib Utter ford stating it was time for my recommended manufacture service time. My check engine light happen to come on the same day. I went up there this morning to have my car looked at. 730am. I know it s early. Not a lot of people are morning people but The rep that came out to help was total jerk. He told me he couldn t help me with the check engine light. He said I needed to make an appointment up there I said where is up there? He just kept pointing and saying up there. My apologies for not knowing the car dealership world. I don t know how that works works. He didn t want to take the time. I went there for help. Didn t get it! Hopefully I ll be able to find someone willing to help me with my car issues that I bought from them.

3 hours for an oil change, tire rotation, and complimentary wash is not Quick Never going here again.

Long wait for Quick Lane. Very expensive. Didnt reset Service needed light and I bought my Kia from dealership

I don't work on my car much. I bought my car here and almost it's entire service record is here. I trust them. Loyalty points every 6th "The Works" is free with punch card.
