We brought our car in for oil change on a Saturday & they showed me how alignment had ruined tires. Dustin was very attentive & kept me informed of all that was being checked. We had new tires put on & scheduled alignment for the following Monday. He got us in and out in no time just as he said & stayed on top of what was needed. Great experience & highly recommend Bob Utter Quick Lane!

This Quick Lane's service was super fast, friendly, and let me know where they were at during the process. I went in for "The Works" and to my surprise, they did everything in about half an hour. I would highly recommend the Quick Lane.

I bought my car from this dealer last year and they gave very good offers and reward points that I used for my car service and this year they called me to come to my address to fix my car because of recall problems I would like to say I am very satisfied with their amazing service and patience.

I get in and ask one of the service guys how many quarts and cost for the specific diesel engine. He points to the $109, and says I am not sure of how many quarts it will take. So, I asked another service guy, and he said 15 quarts. I asked the price, and he said about $109. So, I noticed the service guys going to the lobby and telling people bad news and the extra charges. Yeah, they got me with you need new fuel filters for $140. So, I get the bill, and they charged me $140 for the oil change , and $150 for the filters. I am sure the parts and oil they use are good grade.This is not a fast service place. A walk in appointment took 30 minutes to get the truck in the bay, and at least 1hour of work(the guy was working hard).They did do the 30+ point inspection. They did say all else looks good.

I use to love the Quick Lane when I first bought our new 2019 Kia Optima. Over the last 2 years that has changed horribly. Please pay attention and do your own research an employee and even manager will lie to you in a hurry! If they tell you the manufacturer has changed the type of oil your vehicle requires, please know that the manufacturer is legally liable to inform you of that. A phone call to the manufactures customer care line will quickly prove the lies. On a second note, if they come show you a dirty engine or cabin air filter you should know that it is not the one from your car. Yours may be clean and perfect, but for fact the one they bring you will be nasty and dirty, but its not the one from your car!

I was told it would take less than 1 hour for my service. At the one hour mark I checked in and was told all work was done, that they were adding oil, that I was almost done.30 minutes later (90 total at this point) I was presented a dirty cabin air filter, this mean I was LIED about the prior status. In total it took more than 2 hours for a simple oil change.The Quick Lane area did not have coffee, there was a sign up saying they were out of supplies. However new sales still had coffee, I guess they have a better supplier...I was very disappointed in my whole visit.

Brought my Jeep here for service and tire rotation, nothing major...but Mr Philip got me taken care of without the usual trying to sell me more than I asked for as most shops do. I'd reccomend this place!

Absolutely amazing staff! They let me know everything I needed done on my vehicle without charging extra to check. They are very friendly, professional and do an accurate job! Highly recommended. Will be back to have more service done soon. Thanks again!

I drove 30 miles just to visit this quick lane. When I got there, no one was waiting but the man behind the counter looked at the clock and said they closed in 10 minutes. If it s a quick oil change why couldn t he have gone ahead and done it in the ten minutes? Won t be going back.

The guys are all very polite, they meet you at the car and it from there and I'm so glad they are doing more than just servicing the cars. They now wash , vacuum and do the tires. When I left it looked and ran like a brand new one and it's 12 years old. Thanks guys.

"Make yourself at home." This was what the agent said to me after taking my keys and starting the process for my latest oil change. They finished that, a comprehensive inspection and tire rotation in less than an hour. Couldn't be more happy with the service and how they keep my car in good running condition. Love this location.

First time in... Great service, Matt did a get wonderful job of making me feel like, if not for the day, king of the hour. So pleased with my oil change service and only cost maybe 10 bucks more then other place for a million in good feelings all day... Guess it was king for a day after all.

2011 Diesel truck.. oil change and air filter change. From the time they pulled the truck in the shop until finished 2 hours. I asked 1 hour in if they had found a problem and or why it was taking so long.. smart mouth guy at the desk said they were doing their job.Think it might be time to find a new vendor for oil changes.

i showed up to quick lane in sherman at 12:15 on saturday. i drive a diesel and i know it takes a little longer but come on u can t get it done in 45 minutes. also when u look up quick lane on internet it says they r open till 1:30 . i drove from bonham to sherman for nothing . i am a little peed.

Normally really impressed with staff however with pandemic and mask requirements it was truly disturbing to see such a large group of young men working and eating with no masks on. They were laughing and playing around while working really unprofessional. In need of managements guidance,

Not very good service. It's already been over a week since I took my vehicle there to get looked at & repaired. Still haven't heard from them about my vehicle & costs.

Will not be back! 2017 F150 with 40,000 miles and the lugnuts are bad and have to be replaced and they are the only ones to touch my truck. They offer me to pay $100 for a new set when they messed up up in the first place. Worst Service! Walmart is better at this point and that's sad!

Unknowledgeable to different warranty policies and procedures sold by Kia dealerships in other areas. Felt intimidated by employees with the exception of check out lady. Will never under any circumstances return!!!!

Drove in too get tire fix left with GREASE on drivers seat. Most dealers cover seats with plastic but they said they don't. Please get some for the future customers
