Great place! They did body work to our car 2 different times after people hit us. I seen the car come out and thought "my gosh they gave me a new car" !!! These guys did an amazing job! I highly recommend them for all your car needs!!

Went to collision center to have an estimate done on 2 Ford transits. (Paying out of pocket for estimates)Was treated very poorly and had the worst experience. Conner Gibson let us know that we were wasting his time . The disrespect with his eyes rolling. Do NOT use this place!

Always great hospitality. Its hard to keep that now days. They're honest hardworking people. If they make a mistake they'll honor it and fix it, had a few issues here and there. Been coming here for nearly 10 years.

They tried giving me my truck back multiple times with body pieces not lined up properly. The third time they told me it was ready my truck still had a broken engine mount. Who knows what else will be discovered. I was in an auto accident on September 9, 2020. Geico would refer you to a body shop however they didnt have one out here.I have a Jeep Gladiator and I didnt just want it dropped off at any body shop.I said Freedom Jeep however no body shop? She called out Bob Utter Collision and I automatically said ..yes. there.. have it towed there.Geico stated my truck should be repaired in a week. Still when you call the claim is still on the automated claim saying a week for repairs.Even I knew being a new truck parts would need to be ordered. I gave it two weeks.It was 1 month and 1 week when I got my truck back.It was worth the wait.Paul and Conner were great. Paul made calls to me for the rental on my behalf and to the insurance company that even I didnt have the energy to do.I never heard from my Insurance company at all on the status of my vehicle. I had to call and Bob Utter called me.I hadn't had a wrek in years. That was a bumper scrape. I had no clue what was going on.I can only say great things about Paul and the guys there did a great job.My truck was cleaned out on the inside as well as perfect on outside.Ive had it back for over a week i keep waiting for the e mails begging for a review?? Nope. Not one. So I had to go put one in here for them.It speaks volumes for a business that isnt begging for reviews.They dont have to.:)Services: Tires, Painting, Body & Trim

Our care was in this place for 2 month s and then we fought and Tom fight with them then they finally knocked off money because they had it so long then. At the end of our car getting fixed they told me that the front end needed replaced as a new alignment then after the alignment the found something else wrong and had to order parts for that which took another week or two and after they installed the new parts. They did a n�e alignment. Now here we are back at Bob utter because our car was acting funny so now they tell us we need a new front in and an alignment which supposedly the collision center did twice already. I would not reckoned taking your car anywhere near here!!!!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Electrical, Body & Trim
