This shop is awesome! Great customer service and attention to detail!Had issues with my bike from another shop and these guys got me fixed up and back on the road. I will be using this shop from now on!

Absolutely the best place to get your bike worked on . I never question them , if they say it is bad I say fix it . They communicate with me and they pay attention to things , I would not go any other place but here , if I have to wait a few days , I will wait . They work on all my bikes , I have never had any issues . My bikes are still going strong .it is mechanical and anything can happen and when it does ,my bikes will go to these guys . They always do me right and good work .

I've been to this shop several times. I've always had great service, and the staff is most accommodating. They do great work and in a timely manner. I brought my ride in and had it back in 2 days!

They do outstanding work got my bike on the road and running like a champ after sitting for 6 years! 2010 road king 139/500. Highly, Highly recommended for your 2 or 3 wheel needs! They also have bikes for sale!

Man I can't say enough good things about this shop. Showed up a stranger, left feeling like Ive known everyone there for years. Greg, Billy, Walter and James took good care of me and my bike. Hands down the best bike shop in North Texas for anything motorcycle related. I had bars, grips and exhaust installed and they look and sound great. I'll be sending all my buddies here. Thanks again guys....

Top notch. Had my bike at Harley for 5 months and they couldn t do a damn thing or find the part I needed (shift shaft assembly). I call Rich over at Back Alley and he found the part in 30 minutes. Told me the bike can get done in a few weeks along with scheduled maintenance. I picked up my bike at the Harley dealership, tossed it in the back of my Chevy and drove straight to Back Alley. I wanted new bars on my bike and thought after hours of research on the internet i knew what i wanted after talking with Greg and his crew at Back alley they measured me up on my bike and it was not what i had came up with in my research . These guys are Pros so I went with what they suggested 16 inch bars , I thought 14 was what i needed . They were right I could not be happier my hands are perfectly positioned where I wanted them to be , it really made my ride very comfortable . THANKS Greg and all the crew at Back alley , do it once and do it right .

I took my 2009 ultra classic to Back Alley to have the motor dyno tuned, this motor had about 8,000 miles on it with all the goodies in it I was told. I purchased the motor from an individual. Once on the dyno the motor had a lot of hidden issues. They called and informed me that there was a problem with the motor, but they could fix it just needed a little time to pinpoint the problem. They did find out what the problem was and fixed it. I have to say Greg and the crew at Back Alley went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure they got my bike running to it's peak performance. Back Alley is a one stop repair shop!!! For repairs and parts it's Back Alley for me. Thanks! Ernest

Great aftermarket shop. Old world motorcycle shop. Great service, great attitude. This is the way motorcycle shops were meant to be. Saved our butts on a trip where there were just NO Parts Available anywhere. Put us first on the list, got us in and back on the road. Fixed both bikes, and we even picked up a great deal on a rain suit, and may have saved my life by pointing out the tread-less front tire on my bike. Easy going, good prices, the best attitude. Highly recommended. Skip the HD shop and come where the people actually care and need your business.Services: Tires, Engine repair

Was passing through had problems with my 2007 Ultra Classic. They are open on Mondays so I called they had the parts and got me in and out in no time. Their pricing on parts and labor were better then I have experienced with other places. I would drive 100 miles out of my way to give Back Ally my business. Had some work done on my 2011 Roadking at two different shop in Azle and got screwed. I was gun shy about getting any more work done. But, I needed to get the work done and then I heard about Back Alley Customs Cycles. Hauled my bike up there Friday and met Greg the owner. Told him my story, after dyna tuning my bike he knew there were some problems. I left my bike there, and on the following Thursday I picked my bike up. The bike has never run as well as it is now, the tune is perfect, the craftsmanship is top notch. I would recommend Back Alley Custom Cycles for anybody, and my bikes will go to NO OTHER SHOP. The two and half hour drive (one way) is well worth it. Thank you, Greg.

This is definitely the best bike shop around this area. They are honest, they do good work that they stand by and they make you feel at home when you stop in. The bikes are what bring us together and make us our own community, other shops I will not name have seem to have forgotten that. Nobody should have second thoughts when leaving their pride and joy with someone to fix it, this shop gives me no doubt at all. If you haven t been, give it a shot. It s worth it. Way cheaper than the Harley shop too I must add.

My bike broke down in Baton Rouge Louisiana on a Thursday, called the local Harley shop in Baton Rouge to see if they could get me going. They didn t have a fuel pump. Believe it or not called Greg from Back Alley in Sherman Texas he had a fuel pump, sent it to me with a guy that was coming that way on Saturday morning. The pump got there around 11:00 am put it on I was back rolling at 11:45 am Now that s what I call caring about people For all my bike needs it is no where else but Back Alley, they care about you and your bike. Thanks Greg Back Alley went above and beyond to make sure the rest of my trip went as smooth as possible !!!Service: Engine repair

I got a stereo system installed on my Harley! These guys were awesome from start to finish. Greg was super knowledgeable and easy to talk to and he did a great job on the system install! These guys definitely know there stuff! I will definitely be back for more upgrades on my bike

For one. Greg has always been there when I needed Him the most, got stranded out in the middle of whitesboro he came and got me took me home serviced the bike and was an amazing experience. Just today someone vandalized my new Harley I got and cut the throttle body connection. Called him super early this morning he answered said no big deal I ll be there to pick it up at 9am. One hell of a company and great employees that work there.Thank you Greg and the crew at back alley!!!

Great shop and staff. I'm kinda new to the area and I don't really use Harley dealerships. This shop has been very good to me with parts and advise. I recently needed work on my bike and they came through, o work six days a week and they let me pick my bike up on a Sunday.
