Very satisfied. My buddy Steven Rogers advised my to take my truck to alpha. My truck is about 24 years old, it was needing issues fixed that were causing it to run pretty rough. Alpha fixed 3 issues for under $400.

Boba is an excellent guy! He took time out of his busy schedule to assist me with questions I had about the transfer case for my Chrysler PTU. His knowledge and insights gave me peace of mind that the part was suitable for my car. He's definitely the person I'll turn to for transmission work in the future. Highly recommended!

I took my car here to get the transmission rebuilt. I was quoted a price gave approval to do the repair. Was told would have it back in 2 days max 3. I called a week later and they haven't even started working on the car. Then was told they would start next day and will have too order parts. At that point I told them I'm picking up the car. They still charged me a hundred bucks for moving my car I guess. What a joke don't tell a customer when something will be done if you ain't certain have some accountability to your customers. Definitely will not recommend or ever return.Service: Transmission repair

If I could put zero stars on this review I would. I brought an old bronco to this shop to have them replace my front pump because I was getting no fluid pressure to my cooler and they told me your engine isn t running good so we can t fix your transmission . This transmission doesn t even have a computer to program to the engine . They did nothing right and didn t show good customer service either.

Highly recommend. After an awful experience with another mechanic, the team at Alpha was able to fix what the other mechanic had messed up and quickly get me back on the road for an affordable price. Recently took my vehicle back for further repairs and was just as happy with Alpha as I was with my first experience. All my concerns were addressed, and Jeremy was super professional in keeping me updated throughout the process. Alpha is now my "go-to" for car repairs.

One word (INTEGRITY) I had a rear differential replacement done and a heater core replaced on different occasions in my ford. They are professional and do everything they say their going to do. I couldn't believe they replaced my heater core in my 2002 F150 in a few hours and ready to go with blazing heat for the winter. Jeremy got me in and the guys got me out and are always professional and great. The whole atmosphere with these guys is like a breath of fresh air knowing they are going to repair it like it should be done. I can't wait to get my transmission on the same vehicle overhauled. They are helpful, solution oriented, and good at their job. We had to make an emergency stop at their shop for shock's bolts failure Friday 4pm. At the same time, one of their guy while calling auto parts agencies for new parts other two guys were trying to find substitute bolts on the car for the time being solution. And, they found some bolts on my cars that isn't used actively while driving. They put us on the vacation road to Oklahoma in a half of an hour.Service: General repairs & maintenance

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Took our car there thinking our starter was out. We got told that it would be $1,000 dollars to replace a STARTER... My husband told them to hold off on putting a new one in until he spoke with me and of course we were not going to have it fixed there. We went in the next day to get our keys and we were told that they had already put the new starter in. We had to leave it for them to take it back out. Later that night we went to get the car and low and behold it starts. We get it a mile down the road maybe a mile away from home and we get a flat tire. Slashed on the sidewall which was not there when we left it. The mechanic we have it at now says the battery just needs to be replaced and that he does not believe they ever took out the old starter to replace it. Not only did they try to screw us on a starter, they did work on our car without permission so they say and then probably did something to our tire. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. Scammers at their finest!!!!

These guys are great! They are our go to guys when we visit from Colorado! And they're prices are fair and they always make time for us even though we come in on a tight schedule. But our vehicles always make it home to Colorado with no worries!! Thanks guys!!!

Buba and his team are awesome guys. Great shop - very professional and straight shooters. I d trust these guys with my car, my moms car, my kids car.... just an awesome place and very reasonable. Truly humble, great guys.

I ve had three vehicles worked on by Alpha Transmission. They have always been up front with me on issues and pricing. They have also helped troubleshoot issues that were unrelated to the work they did.

Alpha Trans & Auto replaced a wheel bearing on my 14 year old PT Cruiser. Was able to get appointment next day after calling, labor time was half what I expected, people were courteous, and price was reasonable. Definitely would go to them again.

These guys are awesome. We were driving through with a 67 Chevelle and had low oil pressure. These guys got on it immediately and not only fixed that problem, but also found a few other minor odds and ends to get us back on the road and make it home. They were incredibly reasonable, professional and passionate about their work. They refused to accept more money despite my insistence that they take more for all their help and jumping through hoops to get it done. Could not have had a better experience. Buba and his crew are stand-up guys.

This is my first google review. My wife's car broke down an hour from where we live. We called a friend who recommended Alpha Transmission and Automotive. They helped us arrange a tow service to bring our car to them. Within two days they got back to us with our issue and even offered to help find a salvage yard for my wife's old car with a busted engine. In an unfortunate situation they helped us every step of the way and for a very reasonable price. Very satisfied.

This is my go-to mechanic. Thier experts are understanding and helpful. The work I had done was completed quickly and at a reasonable cost. I would highly recommend this shop for any matinence and repairs. Going here reduced the hassle and stress of my car repair.

This is the greatest place to do business with, tried to get work done their twice, and both of times it wasn't my transmission, it was something else that made me think I had trans problems, he told me what needed to be done. Didn't even charge fee for trouble shooting problem. Great place, honest place, they could have fixed problem, and charged me for transmision. I highly reecomend them

I Brought in an Axle to simply have brake lines put on the calipers and a vent hole drilled. The axle still had its brakes and fittings all it needed was a little bit of brake line to be attached. they quoted me $30 in labor plus parts. When i went to pick up the Axle they charged me $375 to simply put on brake lines. Insane prices, the entire axle and the truss kit installed on it costed less than that total. $375 for brake lines....

Bubba and Terry are great! Reasonably priced and definitely stand by their work! My transmission and water pump went out on my way to tx they did what they could to the transmission and my husband fixed the water pump took it back to alpha to get all the kinks out and ran like a dream drove all the way back to fl and lost reverse bubba found a local transmission shop took care of everything and had our truck back running with in a few days!! Big thank to Tue guys at alpha!!
