About a year ago I broke down with a Paccar engine. They went out of there way to locate the wiring harness I needed and got it installed. And then about 3 months later I broke down in South Carolina. Again, they went out there way to help me find yet another, but different, wiring harness. Good people, fair pricing. Won't hesitate to use them again !!Service: Electrical

Go down the road! This shop is highway robbery. Had a trailer tire blow out less than 5 miles from this shop so I called and asked if they had any USED tires. I didn t want to mount a brand new tire next to a 50% tire. They assured me they had one so I limped the truck to their shop. Their impact gun was broken and couldn t break the lug nuts loose, that took about an hour. Another guy took off down the road and came back with a cheap Chinese 14 ply new tire after I specified I wanted a used to pair next to my other used tire. After waiting 2-3 hours for what should have been a simple tire replacement being the only truck there, they tried charging me close to $700! I laughed and told them to go ahead and take that new tire I didn t ask for off and I d go down the road I m not paying that much for a cheap Chinese 14 ply that took close to 3 hours to put on. With the clock burning I reluctantly paid $450 and left never to go back. I ve paid less for roadside service. Very shady and deceitful practices. Steer clear!

If you use this guy, which I wouldn t recommend, go ahead and times the quoted time by 4 and the price by 2. A 4 day $1800 job turned into nearly one month and $5013.34 with VERY LITTLE communication. Guys in the office just lied and kept saying it would be ready tomorrow (when they answered the phone), we own a business so we took it as real and scheduled jobs out for a few days after the quoted time and had to push/cancel multiple jobs missing out on money to help our new business. Very disappointed in the customer service.

If you ever break down around the area call Chris at 82 Diesel ! My driver was loaded and on a time crunch luckily even with Chris backed up they still managed to treat me like family and get our driver in and out of there. This place is the BIGGEST joke of a mechanic shop there is. This shop is poorly ran. The owner, lied several times, stating the truck was done, or the truck is being put back together when in reality it was still just sitting there. Wrong parts were ordered, other parts of the motor we re broken by the mechanic such as an injector line and a coolant sensor. Yet the customer was required to pay for it? Customer was quoted under $2000 for new head gaskets, and 15hr of labor but somehow owed about $5000. they had the truck for nearly an entire month. Owner repeatedly blamed the mechanic, but when customer talked to the mechanic he would get a different story. Owner of the company suggested that he rob some parts off an old truck when talking to the customer. I would not doubt that he has done that very thing time and time again and charging his other customers full price. Again this place is a joke and would rather rig something together than admit they have no clue what they are doing. Imagine being told every day of the week that your truck would be done tomorrow, then it turns into the next day, and the next day, and so on, for 2 weeks straight. The owner is just a flat out crook and a liar. OWNER OPs BEWARE! DO NOT TAKE ANYTHING TO THIS PLACE.

I broke down just outside of Collinsville Tx. Jumped on the phone. Found these folks on web search! My water pump had gone out unfortunately! They called me back immediately asked a few questions .. and the had me back up and rolling down the road with a new water pump and belt in about three hours!! Best service I ve ever had! Thanks again 82 Diesel!

Blowed a hose and these guys had me fixed and ready to go before my company even had the envoys set up for them. Their really friendly and very professional and I definitely recommend them.

Called them told them my problem late Friday evening on the 30th of December he got me in and got me rolling by Saturday morning everybody else said we will look at it next week thanks 82 deisel for taking time to help u would recommend

Good experience got me in on short notice and done on time clear price list on estimates no surprise charges price quoted price payed did good work friendly people taking it back next week to get more work done you dont get service like this at the big box shops
