While traveling with my 82 year old mother, we hit a huge Ram. It came out of nowhere. Driver Brian came to assist us. He was so helpful with getting my mom situated in the tow truck. He was so gracious and willing to stop wherever we needed to go to make a really bad situation just a little brighter. Brian was not only compassionate and helpful but he was very professional and carried on a pretty good conversation. You're very lucky to have a man like Brian representing your company. And I felt incredibly blessed that he was the one to help make a horrible day much better.

Fast, friendly, careful but quick! I drive my own a big rig now but used to deliver new trucks to dealerships where I worked with scores of wreckers and tow trucks. I know the good, bad and the ugly of wreckers. Sheffield and Dustin in particular are excellent! Dustin is fast and knows his stuff. He's gets started and doesn't stop until he's ready to roll. But it's his skill, attitude and work ethic that made me feel so good about having Sheffield get me to the repair shop. I highly recommend.

My travel trailer s Victron Orion charging system was incorrectly configured to detect engine shutdown, and therefore drew too much power from the 7-pin tow wire overnight, leaving me with a dead battery by morning at a rest stop off I-10. Sheffield towing showed up right on time (5-10 minutes early, in fact!) and did a great job jumpstarting me and getting me on the road quickly. Thank you!

From the moment the lady that answered the phone to Dustin towing us, our experience with Sheffield Towing was professional and customer service was exceptional. Dustin kept us in the loop on his ETA and he was a stand up guy. He took his time to be certain our motor home was hooked up correctly as to not cause any damage. When we arrived at our destination, he unhooked everything and even wiped off his hand prints. Dustin was very professional in demeanor and had a great personality. To add more, he went out of his way on Father's Day to make sure we arrived safely at GWT Diesel Services. He even moved the RV to be certain we were close enough to hook up water and electrical. Buyer beware. Received towing services from these guys for my class A RV. In order to do so, they disconnected the driveshaft. After arriving at the mechanics shop, the driver dropped the RV, never said a word to us and drove off. After this we discovered that at some point during the tow the driveshaft fell off. There have been numerous calls, with promises of a call back that has never been received. Horrible customer service or care. Have now been stranded in Texas with no drive shaft for 11 days, still with no return call from these grifters. Ran out of insulin, spent a night in the ER because of it. Still no phone call. Use these guys at your own risk. Oh yeah, had a really fun ride in the RV while it was being towed, since the drivers cooler on the seat was more important than the people receiving the tow. If there were negative stars, I would have them.

I can NEVER thank these guys enough! They are all Class Acts!I arrived at their location in a dire situation having had a blowout on my travel trailer and a "Road Service" charge me $100 to clean it up and mount a "used tire". The used tire, had a puncture in the sidewall and I had spent nearly 24 hours waiting in a Rest Stop for the fellow to return. Another traveler allowed me to use his lighter plug to inflate the tire and by the grace of God, I turned off at Sheffield.These guys are Real People with huge hearts. They did everything that they possibly could to help get me back on the road, including one who gave me a good used tire off of his Barbecue trailer. My first contact "Have Hope" even gave me his pack of smokes as I was leaving.Remarkable kindness and care from guys who epitomize my motto as a Stones Dealer...Honesty, Integrity, TrustThey are the unfortunately rare, 100%ers! "HAVE HOPE!"I apologize for not remembering your names guys. However, I will always remember you and hold you in the highest esteem.

Dustin came out to change a tire on my flatbed. He was very professional and friendly to talk to. Got the job done in a timely fashion. I hope I never have to use them again but if I have a tire go out again in that area they will be the people I call.

Best tow ever! Robert was our driver and we were in a bad situation. He went above and beyond the requirements. BEST DRIVER EVER. We were on the side of the road I10 with a flat tire with a rare size. I was in the middle of nowhere with the nearest gas stations over an hour away in both directions. Sheffield sent out Billy who was 3.5 hrs away. He never once made me feel like it was any imposition to come all that way for me. He showed up and immediately asked if I was alright and was just so wonderful. At a time when customer service regularly falls short, Billy really went above and beyond. I will NEVER forget that kindness or the wonderful job Billy at Sheffield towing did. Well, unfortunately my F250 pickup blew a high pressure oil pump.But the awesome part was that Sheffield Towing was able to tow me 360 mile from Fort Stockton to Lytle Tx. They had my truck on the tow truck and rolling back home in approximately 2.5 hours.The driver was kind and courteous understanding that a major problem just happened to me.Charlie was simply awesome, good conversations, attentive to my physical needs and well, just made a sour situation more bearable. I was super thankful for the military discount too. If I ever need a tow, these guys are my number 1 choice.Service: Long distance hauling

The tow truck operator, Mike was very professional. He called when he was in route and kept us updated on his way. He really took the time to take care of my RV and was great with my wife and two young kids. I couldn't ask for a better operator to take care of my family when we needed it most. He even called a couple days later to check in on us. I highly recommend Mike at Sheffield Towing.

The absolute Epitome of service. Robert was my driver. He arrived on time and greeted me professionally. The way he took care of my car was like he was taking care of his own. We had a pretty far drive and Robert was respectful and Caring even offered me a water when I get into the Cab. I hope many of his peers emulate his contagious attitude. If I m ever in the area and I need a tow I would be requesting Robert from this business.

We received excellent service from Katherine at the phone, and Dustin delivered the gas It was on time even sooner that what they had told us. Sheffield company, was very professional, friendly but also very respectful. As a woman, they made me feel like when you know you'd be taken care of. We waited for our insurance, and never spoke with a human being, we first had call another business, and they lied to us and made us wait for nothing. If you ever near Ozona, and have a road assistance need, dont wait, call them, you'll be glad you did.Service: Fuel delivery

Charlie Harris from Sheffield Towing Services truly is top notch and helped me when even the local authorities refused to help as I was stranded on I-10 at night time in a dangerous area. He was very fast and efficient and was able to change my tire for me after I realized I didn't have the key for the lug nut lock and couldn't change the tire myself.Service: Tire change

We got stuck and couldn't figure out what was going on. They sent out Robert Rodriguez, a handy guy in a tow truck. He figured out our problem within 15 minutes and had us back on the road in under 30. Huge help, super friendly, and our truck is running better than it was when we got it. Even gave us some tips to keep 'er going without this kinda trouble again :) Made a bad morning so much easier.Services: Battery service, Battery

Today my family was traveling through Texas on the way to our son s baseball tournament. We came from California. We had a minor accident and needed towing. Our tow truck driver, Robert Rodriguez was amazing! I was super stressed, to say the least. We were stranded on the side of the I-10 East. He was not only on time but a little early, and beyond helpful! He was kind and understanding to me, my husband, and three kids. He had to tow us to multiple locations, and even made sure we made it to a car rental company. I cannot say enough kind things about this man and the company he works for. Use them if God forbid you need a tow service. Thank you again Robert! You made our trying day a little better with your help and kindness.Service: Car towing

I was not expecting such a professional and prompt service in the middle of the night after my hard headed self decided to chance the 45 miles it would take till the nearest gas station.(guess the outcome) I was soon relieved when I get a call from a Mr. Dusting Linker soon after placing the ticket with my insurance that he is In the immediate area and can help me even though someone else took the call! Talk about taking the initiative! Mr.Linker assured me that this is more common than it seems and that I shouldn t beat me self on my mistakes. Above and beyond the service I was expecting from a towing company and I will be definitely be spreading the work to my friends and family that Sheffield Towing can be trusted to do a good job. This review may seem like a lot but it s surreal how far those little gestures can change your perspective on a service such as a towing service.Service: Fuel delivery

Robert was extremely helpful and kind to us when we were getting towed around the Ft. Stockton area. My father and I were on a road trip from California to Georgia when our car broke down and we had to pull over in Ft. Stockton. Robert helped us get the car to the nearest Mercedes Dealership 2 hrs away and was generous and friendly for the entire trip. Very thankful for the help and highly recommend this service.

RJ was a great technician that got the job done both fast and right. Even after working hard in the heat he was still hospitable and offered us a ride to a local hotel before leaving. We declined because our company wanted us at the truck yard, but still awesome that he d think about that. Thanks guy s for the awesome service.

We had a breakdown while towing a 18' trailer and it felt like we were in the middle of no where on I-10, Robert showed up, loaded our SUV and hooked up the trailer all with ease. He dropped our SUV off at the repair shop, took my wife and I to one of the local hotels and parked the trailer in the hotel lot. He is a very professional, friendly and God fearing person, very safe to be around.Services: Special vehicle towing, Long distance hauling

Our vehicle broke down about 10 miles outside of Fort Stockton. Working with AAA, Robert from Sheffield Towing came out and picked us up within the hour of calling! Robert was friendly and professional. Thank you so much! We got home safe after repairing our vehicle.

Was an amazing service! I can t remember drivers name. But not only did he change my tire he checked all tires added air. Gave me tips on the tires I had(they were in awful condition) Very informative! Followed behind to unsure I was safe! He referred me to a tire shop In Next town!
