These guys are VERY helpful!!!Very knowledgeable, they helped my wife and I when we were driving through from Minnesota and our transmission went out, there is a hotel next door that was very helpful these guys are trustworthy and very nice to deal with!I recommend PRS for any repairs."Their dog Lady is a charmer"

Hell of a shop, got in got out on a turbo swap...Shawn is one hell of a mechanic, he really knows his stuff, definitely recommend PRS to everyone needing some work done.

Amazing! I live an hour and a half away from PRS, and I am legitimately considering bringing my car to them, the next time there is an issue. I broke down in Shamrock, got it towed to PRS, and they ran so many diagnostics on it, until they figured it out. They kept in constant contact with me and went out of their way to save me money. I have taken it to a Ford Dealership, on multiple occasions, and was just told we don t know what it is. Yes, PRS is better than a dealership- cannot say enough good things about them.

Our trailer had a broken leafspring mount. We called and they came right out and did a temporary fix to get us back to their shop. Welded new brackets and back on the road. Thanks guys for the great service.Service: Steering & suspension repairService: Steering & suspension repair

I am so thankful for this company, I had a very important appt I had to get to in Colorado, plus I had my kids in the car with me. I couldn't get anyone to help even places that said they were 24 hrs smh My insurance covered the tow but when the man came to tow us he looked at my tire and said he may have one at his shop for me. We loaded up and went to his shop and he had me and my little family back on the road in less than a hr. I would highly recommend. 10/10

Best Road Service .. I called them after being put out of Service Inspuction in OK!Sean showed up 30 minutes later fixed me right up. He was very professional an cheerful even at that hour of the day!

This may be a small sleepy town, but Shawn is a better mechanic/trouble shooter than any RV repair place I've been to. Imagine traveling from California and having the side view mirror assembly FALL OFF your class A RV!! The winds and bumpy roads were pretty intense and it just rattled right off. Shawn took the time and thought to figure out a way to secure it and it's as good as new. Only took a couple hours too. I can't recommend him enough. He really saved our vacation!

My car broke down right outside Shamrock, TX. At approx 2:30 in the afternoon, I googled "auto repair near me" and called Irish Auto Repair. I explained that my car broke down and they told me they could not fix my car as it was the Friday afternoon before a long holiday weekend. I asked if they could recommend someone else and they said they doubted anyone could help me either. I then called PRS Road Service. I was coincidentally parked next door. They opened the garage and immediately started working on my car. After about 25 minutes of inspection, they said they would need to order parts and that they would be able to most likely complete the repair the following morning after the parts arrived. They, indeed, completed the repair and I was on my way out of town by 1:15 Sat afternoon. Not only was the car repaired, but they cleaned my entire engine. I had a 14-hour drive and had no further car trouble whatsoever. Their charge was also very reasonable. I would highly recommend them. They could have easily taken advantage of me but were professional, reliable, caringand decent throughout a very difficult situation.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

This place is awesome!!! Our car broke down making an awful noise yesterday at the chevron across the street from the best western hotel on a family road trip. We didn t know what to do and was about to call our trip a total loss considering all the local shops are all closed on Sunday s. We called this place and they sent Shaun over the next morning who took a look at it and found the problem right away. He fixed it in the same day at a reasonable price, drove 110miles to get the part he needed to fix it, was very informative and updated us along the way and now it s smooth sailing from here on out, we are on the road again!! Thank you for all your help! And for going far above and beyond. We definitely saw the Texan way of being kind! God bless you guys!!!

Willie drove out to help fix my diesel while we were traveling. The service is above and beyond! Very kind people, made me feel safe and secure in a state I'm not familiar with. Repair was quick and we got back on the road quickly! THANK YOU!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

On a trip from New Mexico to OKC on Memorial Day, I lost a wheel bearing on the front end of my 2014 GMC Yukon. When I called PRS, Willie answered the Phone & was extremely helpful (I was towing a small trailer with my motorcycle at the time & in a bit of a panic). I left my vehicle with at PRS with A LOT of stuff in it including a trailer at PRS & I just rode my motorcycle on into OKC, Willie fixed the vehicle first thing the next day at a fair price & I drove back the next day to get my vehicle. I was worried about all the stuff and the trailer (ya hear horror stories about stuff like this in a small town when you break down) , but everything was fine and Willie was a Rock Star for taking good care of my stuff and fixing my Yukon. I would recommend this place any time to anybody & I would definitely ask for Willie!!! I was in a terrible position & could have been taken advantage of very easily under the circumstances, Thank you Willie for taking care of me and ALL My Stuff!! So good to know in this day & age, that places like this and people like Willie have integrity & Some sense of customer service & Honesty!!!!!!!Service: Steering & suspension repair

Had a nightmare scenario, coming back from El Paso with my wife and daughters, when my fuel pump gave out right at the city limit of McLean TX on Labor day. We called most of the places on google and they were either not open or did not work on my type of car. I called PRS and they sent Willie, he immediately called for a Tow service, gave me his # and was in regular contact. He ordered the part and was very thorough, made sure the car was in traveling conditions before we set out to the remainder 7 hrs of travel. I am glad people like him are out there.

Will definitely use again. We had a coolant leak in our semi in a pretty bad/tight spot. Nathan was professional from the moment he answered the phone. Arrived to the location FAST and did an outstanding job at a vary fair price. Doesn t get better than that. 5 stars! Thank you Nathan!

My truck broke down onI-40 , didn t started just cranking called them answered said they will be in 3hrs I was in the other truck sleeping, didn t know they came and finished the repair, later they scammed us by saying it was low fuel issue and said they filled 40gal of fuel we had already fueled 20gal , later I fueled 140 gal just after 40 miles. Where my truck hold 160 gal .fuel guage was saying just 20gal and also we checked coolent level before they were here it was full, they scammed by saying added 2gal.I appreciate they were able to fix the issue but my suggestion is that please don t rip off the truckers like this , they don t make their living easily.make clean money and grow your business, there is long way to go.and god bless your business.Thanks

I was stranded in my diesel pusher because I had no air pressure and they came to my rescue, had me back on the road in two hours. Nathan knows his stuff, didn't have to order parts, he rebuilt the the air dryer right there on the side of the road, awesome. Thanks again.

We blew out a tire on our RV about 10 pm on a Sunday night. AAA was useless, but we found the number for these guys and they were great. Called around trying to find us a tire that night, but nobody had one. So they were out to us first thing in the morning, took off the bad tire, went and got us a new one and had us on the road again in a couple of hours. Steve even brought me a coffee! So if you ever have car trouble around Shamrock, Texas, skip AAA and call these folks!!Service: Tires

Super friendly and professional - even at 4:30 in the morning. Went above and beyond to get to me and replace an alternator with scarce parts in the area (Mercedes-Benz Sprinter). Pricing was fair and reasonable. Highly recommend!

Son s car broke down on a road trip going from California to Georgia. 4am on a Sunday morning. After sleeping in his car for 4 hours in 30 degrees temps we found PRS on the internet. They were able to get to him, get an alternator and have him back on the road in 2 hours. Fair, excellent service! Thank you!

Truck blew a radiator hose half way between Shamrock and McLean on 10 Dec 2021. These guys found the part in Amarillo and drove to get it and then to me with 2 case of antifreeze. Saved my butt big time. I owe them a bottle of whiskey next time I am in town. You guys Rock

My husband's haul truck broke down in Shamrock TX on a Friday. I googled for help and PRS Road Service popped up. My husband contacted them and explained the situation. PRS immediately came out, diagnosed the problem, made arrangements to go pick up the part several hours away, and returned with part to complete repairs. PRS had my husband up and rolling by 4pm that Friday afternoon. Exceptional service for the price!

When you're stuck in shamrock and want great service all the way around, this is where you want to take your truck. The lead mechanic Rex will fix anything. I had a new radiator put in without any problems. Got me going back on the road in no time ....

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I called them out to see what was wrong with my truck and the mechanic came out and gave me "His" guess of what was wrong with my truck...never touched my truck or got on the ground to go under my truck to see what the issue was. After about 15 min he tells me I owe him almost $400 for his "guess" of what is wrong with my truck. On top of that he tells me the man that works on these jobs at their shop he dont want to take on the job! Are u serious and this what you get paid to do! Their a BIG RIP off!!!! Avoid at all cost!!!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.We had a truck break down in Shamrock, TX. And the problem came out to be with the radiator that was cracked. They charged us almost $4800.00 for this job, because they wanted to increase their labor of 12 hours just to replace a radiator. Try to stay away from them and find a different mechanic and save yourself some money!
