I will give them 0 star if I can. they deserve noneI asked them for help to tow a truck, the guy who picked the phone told me 5hours waiting time, I said yes. after 3hrs waiting , I called them, they said they are not gonna send tow truck to me and the guy said he is gonna block my number. what a horrible service.Do not trust them !

I used Subaru roadside service. They came out pretty quick & were extremely quick to put the donut on. They also asked if I wanted them to take the tire back to be patched & pickup this morning which was great! Much appreciated & wonderful service!

Highly recommend!! The owner took the car with us to replicate the issue. Gave his recommendation of continuing our travels watching certain things. We were scared to be back on the road, but he reassured us that we would be ok. So far so good. Made us feel safe. Thank you!

beware these guys are rip you off 15 mint job and they change only one bolt and they charge 220$ its not worth it they 1 ans half hour labor it took only 10 to 15 mints

I broke down with a bad transmission while hauling a trailer from NY to AZ, on a Sunday near Shamrock Tx, and called Irish Road Service. They were there within 20 minutes and towed me and my truck and trailer back to their shop. The next morning they hauled me and my truck 100 miles to Amarillo to a transmission shop. They were courteous and professional. They stored my trailer for the several days my truck was being fixed. I really appreciate their help.

Excellent service, these two guys braved tornado watch conditions, rain and thunder lightning storms to come help me with a busted airline in a very not so safe on the side of the road place, Kudos, and I can't thank them enough. Friendly, knowledgeable and professional people.

I will deff use them again. I was on my way home to LA and I break down after hrs thinking I was going to need to stay overnight but thanks to Google I found them. Ididn't think they were going to have the size tires for my goose neck trailer but they did. They even had my hub cap oil for the axle. Mines busted and needed new one. That's not common, most tire shops won't carry the. Thanks again guys

Life saver!!!! So grateful!! I was stranded on i40 between McLean and Shamrock at 3:00 am. Derrick answered my distress call and saved me from those truck drivers driving by shaking the vehicle I was in. Derrick was super friendly and very professional.

Stranded with 2 flat tires on an RV. Irish provided roadside service that was quick and very reasonable. Service techs were knowledgeable and friendly. Can t recommend them enough!

Fantastic service! My experience with these guys was nothing short of amazing! My alternator had gone out and they are mainly a tire shop. They were kind enough to order my part and let me work on my own car. They gave me a spot in the shade and were all very kind people. I wish my car didn't break down but I'm very glad these guys took care of me. I'd give them six stars if I could!

I got a flat tire, and they saved my life!! I was traveling and in the middle of nowhere and managed to make it to the shop. I was afraid i would get charged an arm and a leg.. what choice did i have.. but i didn t! SO reasonable and friendly. Thanks, guys!!

What a great service! My brother and I were making the journey back to Illinois from Arizona. We ran over a deer and punctured our gas tank. We were stranded for about three hours waiting on our roadside assistance from Nissan that never showed up. I called Irish Road Service and they showed up in less than a half hour. They towed us to the nearest dealership about 45 minutes away. Not only did they provide a towing service but they helped us charge our battery so we could roll up our window once we got to the garage. He then offered us a ride to our hotel so we didn t have to find another way of transportation. To say we were extremely grateful for Irish roadside assistance is an understatement. We can t thank you guys enough for your extreme kindness. You guys truly made a challenging and stressful situation so much better. We re forever thankful!

I had major truck problems regarding my left front wheel assembly and the transfer case. They were so helpful and honest, it has restored my faith in humanity. I was traveling through, and if it wasn't over a thousand miles from home, I would take my vehicle to them and recommend them to friends and family. Being from California, the price they charged was less than half of what I would have paid if I had these problems fixed at home! Wonderful place to do business!

Nothing like catching a blow out in the middle of the highway going 85 MPH. What a stressful afternoon it's been, so thankful that we were not to far away for Irish Road Service! They were so courteous, super empathetic, very polite and also very patient! Provided a nice cool place for us to catch a break while getting the tire (very reasonably priced) fixed and getting us on the road again!

My car tire had been shaking, and I had just gotten into Shamrock around 11pm. I thought I'd never find a shop open that late, or open on the 4th of July. Got lucky and found these great guys!! They found the problem in 30 seconds, it was a broken belt inside the tire. They even showed me where it was smooth on one side, and bulbous looking on the other half, hence the wobbling and shaking.They put on a new tire, balanced it and all done in less than 10 minutes!The price was reasonable, considering how quickly they got to me, how fast they fixed my problem, and the fact that they helped me at 11pm the night before Independence Day.I am truly grateful for them, and HIGHLY RECOMMEND their shop for any of your vehicle needs or roadside rescue! These guys are life savers!! Saved me from having a blowout on my trip home. Thank you so much Irish Road Service!!

Had a blowout on the side of the interstate. Called these guys after getting a few numbers from 911. Brian and Chad came super quickly after getting our approximate location and replaced our tire within minutes and were very friendly and nice people. Reasonable price for the speed and quality of their service, total life savers on our roadtrip out west.

My daughter had a tire blowout on interstate 40 while traveling across the country to her next base. Irish road service said they could come out to put spare on but shop was closed for the night and would not be able to get her a new tire.. When the man came out he decided to open the shop, get her a new tire, and send her on her way safely. I could not be more thankful!

These guys are the best! Fast service very Pharaoh and professional and reasonable rates.I unfortunately got stuck in the little town of shamrock and what I thought was going to be a nightmare was nothing but a quick pit stop thanks to Irish road service.

Popped my tire near mclean, the son picked me up, found me 4 good tires then him and his dad changed my tires. Really fast and efficient I think. From when I called, to driving off the lot, it only took like 2 hours.

We appreciate the great guys at Irish Road Service. They were responsive to our needs even on a Saturday night. Parts were ordered first thing Monday morning and we were good to go by 12:30!! Thank you so much!!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!please do better!We asked the men to help us, only Chris was nice. They would play on their phones and ignore me until a supervisor made them work.NEVER COMING BACK

My RV tire blew on me on my way from Santa Fe NM. They responded within 10 minutes, the young guy is a local guy who is honest and very informative. He's also a nurse, chef and overall jack of all trades. Really loved him.....

We needed a trailer tire changed. It's so hard to find anyplace that will do small jobs anymore. A five minute task, $20.Maybe a bit much, but they did it!

These guys did everything they could to try get my car up and running before towing. They had my interests in mind the whole time. Even gave me a phone charger and offered to drive me to get food/hotel at no charge (and this was after their shop had closed). Great group of guys!

We had a blowout near Texola. We called several places in Sayre, OK but they were closed or closing and didn't want to help. We called Irish Road Service and he said they were closed, but run a 24 hrs roadside assistance. He was already back to the shop when we arrived. After seeing if ours could be patched (it couldn't), he found us a good used tire (the new tires he had in our size were rated for highway patrol patrols too expensive for our budget right now)and replaced it in about 30 minutes. All for $100. Excellent service!

I broke down on I-40 Brian came to my rescue in a timely fashion and got me back on the road. He was then available by phone and assisted me further.

Wonderfully helpful, honest and super friendly. Cross country move with a 9yr old 120lb Dane in a little old truck. Broke down at dusk at about the half way mark(outside shamrock Texas). Irish Towning picked me up, accommodated me my pup and all of my belongings to make sure we were safe, good for the night(helped me find a hotel and kept my stuff safe) and fixed my truck the next morning to have us back on the road and good to go for the next 1500 miles. Couldn t have done it without you! Thanks so so much! I wish you all the best, and i would recomend you to any and everyone.

Awesome service and great price. They came through in my darkest hour and didn't rip me off. Changed my blow out for me on the spot and really knew what he was doing. Very friendly and quick.

Absolutely wonderful people! They gave me a tow, took me to the hotel, picked up a replacement rim that was 60 miles away, and was relatively speedy process.
