I went there at 11 am and ordered a tool scanner and they told me the next day at 1 it would arrive I go there to pick it up then they say it didn t get delivered now have to wait 2 days god dam not the best O Reillys out there

This store blew me away!When I was inside every employee was super helpful and kind.When i was outside Alex was bringing me different tools to help fix my roof top tent and roof rack.Best customer service and all around people I have seen at an auto part store hands down.

Customer service is absolutely trash. I called 4 times this morning and got hung up on. The manager doesn't seem to care either, ive talked to him about it as well. Another reason to go to napa.

Tried to order one part ended being able to order it myself $150 cheaper than what they quoted me. Also ordered a belt and waited most of the day for it to come in, they never called when it came, I had to call them. Ended up they sold me the wrong belt that shows it doesn't even fit my vehicle. Then say they will have to order the correct one and wait for it to come in another day.

My husband and I came to Oreillys today around 9am. We and one other person were the only customers in the store. We wanted to see if they could run a diagnostic test on our daughters vehicle- so we could buy a part if needed. We were told that another employee had went to her child s award ceremony and that we needed to come back later for the test because they were intermittently busy and only had two workers there at the moment. I have never heard of such a bs excuse in my life. I m pretty sure the young man was just being lazy. There was only one other customer in the store. And there was another employee there. The test doesn t take long. So yeah- lost our business for sure...we will spend our money with a place that isn t too busy to help us.

The O'Reilly's in Seminole, TX is a great place to shop. The older staff in there is very knowledgeable and willing to help in any way they can. They are polite and courteous to the customers. I will shop at this store over the parts stores in my home town just because of the good service.

Usually has everything we need. It does get busy on weekends. These guys definitely need more money for the work they do.

Roommate bought a part and was told it be there at a certain time that day to find out it wouldn t be in till Monday the next week. When saying a employee told us that it would be in at a certain time the Manager on duty rudely said That it doesn t matter what you re told it will be here Monday . No longer will we be using this store for any vehicle needs. If I can rate 0 stars I would.

I stopped during bad weather. A staff member came out and the young lady put the new wipers on my car in freezing fog.

8:30pm store says open till 9pm and they are closed and all gone .
