My F-250 broke down in Seminole just a few hours and a couple hundred miles after being very expensively repaired by a Ford dealership. The shop took me in and had it repaired in half the time and for less than Ford charged for the same fix (long story). When they finished I was able to get in the truck and drive 600 miles to Galveston without a problem. I was very happy I ended up at Certified and recommend them highly.Service: General repairs & maintenance

These guys are a 10 star for sure here is the story, I bought 4 new tires from McCaleb tire in seminole and had a severe shimmy in my truck AFTER they put new tires on, took it back to McCaleb and they said they can only re balance but again this was not the issue. So i figured i have to take to someone who has knowledge in tires or auto mechanics and Peter and his team found out that McCaleb put to many TIRE WEIGHTS AND THEY USED SEMI WEIGHTS. so if anyone needs auto work of any kind go to these guys at CERTIFIED AUTO. Thank you again

I had to drive from San Angelo to Hobbs for business. On the way back, it was 104 degrees at 2:30 p.m. on a Friday. Before I got to Seminole, my air conditioner went out. We were prepared to suffer the 180 miles to San Angelo, but decided to stop at the first auto repair place we saw. We got to Seminole about 3:00 p.m., saw Certified Auto, and pulled in. The shop was very clean and well maintained. He took a look and told me the A/C compressor was bad. And even worse, that if we tried to make it to San Angelo, the compressor pulley would seize up, ruin the belt, and we would be stranded on the road. I asked what the chances were he could get a compressor and put it in on a Friday late afternoon. He checked, found one, and said he could put it in. We sat in his office and chatted, and at 5:00 p.m. the mechanic said it was done and we were good to go. So, he saved us, and on top of that charged a very fair price. He could have charged anything and I would have paid it, but as he said, he delivers a good service at a fair price, and boy did he. It could not have worked out any better thanks to the owner of the repair shop, whose name we never got.

The work they did on my vehicle was fenomanol, but had to wait for months cuz of warranty and wish they could have sped things up but other then that it was great
