GREAT dealership!! Richie really cares about his customers! My husband and I bought a very nice gently used vehicle. Richie was able to find (a very hard to locate) a great F350 work truck and was also able to procure a beautiful Lexus for my daughter-in-law. You can t find this type of personalized service anywhere else!! Highly recommend!!!

Sold me a car with degrading tires. This has to be the most sketchy dealership I ve ever come across rudest workers and selling cars that don t even function fully without having to repair them shortly after buying them. Albert was extremely inconsiderate & laughed in my face. Ritchie the owner was of no help too as he was very rude and didn t offer to help.

Richie the owner made the experience very easy to buy a vehicle. The price of the vehicle I was interested in was the actual price when I got there. I wasn t there for hours on end either. Great customer service thank you!!

The owner helped me in a tremendous way! Not only is the owner great, but his other workers are as well. I have been a customer for over 1 yr. I would recommend going to this place to get a vehicle. Love my vehicles. This is my 2nd one.

So me and the wife pulled up to mercer motor there in Seguin to look for a SUV for our 6 kids. I went to a bna group with a fellow that ran the place and thought it was a good idea to check out their inventory. We were outside for 10 min before a man approached us. Very unprofessional off the top by not introducing himself or even asking us questions. We asked how much for a vehicle and asked about financing. Said they don't in-house finance for amounts over 5,000. The vehicle was 20,000 and I said well even if we drop half ? This man And his smirky attitude says...yea I know how to count I immediately felt disrespected. Me and the wife are middle aged business owners with 6 kids and I felt like he thought we were some young kids and judged us. He could have made a sell with the 10,000 cash we had in pocket. I've purchased 2 vehicles from Shaun and Rocky at Seguin car country and theybeen good to us with awesome customer service where we'll be returning with our future buisness. Great job mercer motors

Quickest process on any vehicle I've ever bought, willing to work with u on ur down payment, Frank is to the point and a real people person, reccomend highly, truck had low mileage, clean inside and out, excellent price and financing, couldn't of asked for a better deal!!

Great place to buy. Mr. Mercer is a stand up guy and completely transparent, which is something I greatly appreciate when buying a vehicle. Every vehicle on the lot appears to be in immaculate condition. He even had my truck freshly detailed when I came down to pick it up. I am more than happy with my purchase and I will recommend all of my closest friends and family to take a look at what is on the lot.

Ryan was a man of his word, bottom line, everything he said, he followed up on. Even met me after hours & on Sunday when they are closed to work with my busy schedule. Excellent service, & an excellent vehicle. This was my first time buying & financing a vehicle on my own. & I couldn't have had a better experience. Thank yall again.

Yesterday we purchased the car of my dreams from Mercer Motor Company . Not only am I completely satisfied with the vehicle, but I'm very impressed with the outstanding customer service we received. Car buying can be stressful, but Ryan was so honest, down to earth and knowledgeable and made the process comfortable. I absolutely recommend MMC for your car or truck purchases and we won't be going anywhere else when it comes time to purchase another vehicle. Thank you Ryan! !

So Ryan was my salesperson. He was kind, knowledgeable and laid back. The vehicle sold itself but the fact that he was so supportive and willing to out up with all my questions and uncertainties made me feel at ease. I would send my son to buy a vehicle from these guys. Hey Ryan keep pushing baby. Thank you my player level went through the roof. The Lexus GSexy just kicked in....

This car shop made my first time auto buying the easiest. The owner up front with a smile shaking my hand, stayed open longer coming from Copperas Cove in all. Test drove the best rt magnum. Looking forward to Tuesday to purchase her.

When I went there the place looked kind of ran down large hole in the front of the highway to get in I didn't want to salesman I think his name is Joe he wasn't pushy and eventually about a 2015 Hyundai not happy about there's no tire spare and only one key they said they'll take care of that problem with all the car the only yards happy camper with all that 3 days after I bought it I stop by and get my plates Wednesday of this week which I believe is 18th or something man is here to give me that second key he comes through with his promises he comes through with his promises

Its been atleast around 3 1/2 years since I purchased a truck from Mercer Motor Company. They did everything possible and more to help get me and my growing family into the truck I needed. I always remove any advertisement logos, decals, or licence plate frames that have the buisness name but not this time. I left the decal on my tailgate and its still there to this day.. No issues with the truck I bought and it has and continues to serve my family well.. Highly highly highly recommend doing buisness with Mercer Motor Company....

The worst experience I ve ever had buying a vehicle there was some problems I had with the truck so all I wanted to know was if they were going to fix them or not ,that s it.one of the salesman called me and told me that I had to much of an attitude witch I didn t, all I did was ask if they were going to fix it or not I can t be without a truck so if they weren t going to fix it I don t have time to waste so they can tell me what I already know what was wrong with it
