Outstanding workmanship and customer service. The cost was very reasonable.I was traveling through San Antonio to visit family, pulling a travel trailer. I experienced an electrical problem that was way beyond my ability to troubleshoot. I asked around the campground to determine who was a good RV Tech in the area. Grant RV was by far the most frequent recommendation. I called Grant RV and spoke with Debbie, explaining my trailer's problem. The tech, Derek, got back to me that same day. He spoke with me at length about my problems with the battery, converter, and fuses. He gave me suggestions of things to try until he came out to see the trailer in 2 days. He was very skillful, and everything is working great now. The price for service call and labor were very fair. I am a happy camper on the road to Arizona.Thank you, Debbie and Derek,Randy K.

Derek and Debbie Grant are the exact sort of people who you would hope to do business with when it comes to repairs. At any point you could be over quoted in this business, but not with Grants services. They are honest and understanding when it comes to your needs. Hard workers with a heart as well. They are not in the business of squeezing money out of people. Even if they costed an arm and a leg I would choose them for my rv repairs again because of their quality of service extended to me.

Grant RV Repair is fantastic!!! Water Heater / AC s / toilet and just a good detailing, are just a few things we have had done and each time they provide honest & quality service. Definitely recommend them to anyone.

Derek has come to my RV several times working on one thing or another and he always goes above and beyond to help me...at no extra charge. Washing the trailer he discovered a hole in the roof. He replaced the roof, delt with the insurance and even trimmed the limb that caused the problem.Derek and his wife Debbie are friendly and professional, they're straightforward, honest and charge a fair price for excellent work that's done right. I recommend them and will not call anyone else when the need arises.

We were traveling to Austin and our trailer fender came apart. We pulled into get gas and Derek was getting gas next to us. He repaired us in less than 5 minutes and had us safely back on the road. He was a God send to us. Thank you Derek! Great service and professional. Blessings!

Derek and team provide excellent, efficient, honest, and reasonable RV service and repair work, both in shop and mobile, depending on the job requirements.We had trouble with our Schwintek slide (but who doesn't?) and Grant RV got it right the first time. Now we don't have to worry if the slide will extend or retract, we can just enjoy our time.Thank you Grant RV Repair and Service!

They did an amazing job on my slide...had to custom build some brackets. Very honest and straightforward. He even helped on another problem over the phone and got me out of a bind and back on track to move my RV.

Recommended by a lady in my RV park Derrick and his wife. Debbie came to look at an awning. I wanted to replace. While he was here he also noted. I had a lot of small hail damage on one side and back of RV. He went on the roof to see if there was any more damage. No hail damage, however a 2 x 2 area where it was bowing down. Even I knew that wasn t good ha ha! I asked him if he did roof repairs and he did. He explained that to replace the wood that obviously has rotted he would have to replace the whole roof. I knew this would probably be the case.. I was fine with that. He explained exactly what he would do, how long it would take, and the cost in which he gave me an incredible deal & warranty. I have to admit I was a little leery but having read reviews I was confident he would do a great job. AND HE DID!!!! I have a new roof and he saw that the skylights were in pretty bad shape. My son also mentioned it in the past. He replaced the 2 I had. And didn t even charge me. My awning also looks fantastic! Derrick and Debbie went above and beyond making sure I was a happy and satisfied customer. The peace of mind I have not having to worry about my roof and leaks is such a good feeling. I had a incident on my RV called other repair shop didn't get a response till a couple of days called Grant they came to see damages and gave me answers with good professional work and good staff. I'll definitely call them or recommend them to others . The cost of repairs were done very fair.

I don't even know where to start. They are such good people and great to work with. I always dred working with insurance, but Derek took care of all the communicating so we would not have to. I will definitely be going back for all my RV needs. I was so surprised at how quickly they able to get the roof replace and what a great job they did. Quick and to the point quality customer care.Grant RV Repair was great to work with.We needed some repair work done to an awning and side step from the RV and Grant RV & team were able to do a great job.They were even willing to be flexible with our schedules and have the RV dropped off during the Christmas / New Year season and picked up looking like new.They also provided quality customer service with some insurance hassles we had on our end prior to the repairs.I'm glad I did some comparison for who to choose to do our repairs for us because the repairs came back great, on time, and with a happy mother.

I would give zero if I could. They canceled my appointment 30 minutes before because I asked too many questions like if they are certified or take credit cards. We have an extended warranty, and would have to pay upfront cash and get reimbursed, which we were prepared to do. very sketchy. We made the appointment a month in advance. Very disappointed.

Derek Grant came to my rescue after purchasing a new washer and dryer in which a water leak occurred. Derek is a very knowledgably and experienced RV tech. He was very helpful in answering other questions about our new RV. He was very professional and friendly and willing to go the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied. I will defiantly be using him again if need be.

Can't thank Derek and his team enough. I needed some repairs due to a blown tire. I could not find anyone that would even look at my RV for weeks. Derek saw my camper in 2 days and had it fixed in weeks. That's kick a$$ service. Not only was it done fast it was done amazingly well. Looked like nothing happen. Derek and his team did an awesome job. Thank you so very much. We will definitely be using y'all in the future.

We have a highly used 2003 25' toy hauler which my husband has lived in off and on for the past five years due to his work. He just retired and while bringing the camper home from his final job, about 1/4 of the fiberglass drivers side flew off the camper almost hitting a car on the interstate. Upon arriving home and assessing the damage it was far worse than it first appeared. The passenger side was loose and lifting too AND the entire front cap was peeling off the front due to water damage. I had little hope this camper could be repaired. After checking the cost of another used camper we decided to try to find someone to repair it. In doing a Google search I came across Grant RV - highly rated - and called Derek. I followed up with photos and Derek assured me he had seen far worse and felt he could repair it to a condition that we could use for another 6-10 years. It was much better than we expected. We agreed on what I believe was a reasonable price and MUCH cheaper than a replacement camper. Derek said it would take 3 weeks to replace the missing side, rebuild the water damaged wood frame under the front cap, repair our lop-sided step, repair a broken door, replace our broken ladder, replace two vents, replace lighting, install a new awning and a myriad of other sealing and patches. Derek was timely, very professional, reasonably priced and a genuinely nice human being. I would recommend Grant RV Repair and Service 100%! From hopeless to a solid camper we can enjoy several more years!Service: Body & Trim

I was traveling with my husband and our 1.5 year old daughter when a leaf spring broke on our travel trailer. We called Derek late in the day and he was out first thing the next morning to get us fixed up and ready to go. He even recommended a great RV park nearby for us to stay the night and prevent any further damage to the trailer. While fixing the broken leaf spring, he discovered that another one that was also heavily damaged, so he replaced that one as well. Derek saved us and we were able to continue heading home. This company was very prompt, courteous, concerned and caring. They were efficient, respectful, and trust worthy. They also completed the Ducted A/C repair in a timely manner. We bought a used 5th wheel & the Propane/120-12volt refrigerator went out a month after purchase. They found me a new one for a great price & installed it without flaws. While there I had him put on a new roof. They did a great job and didn t keep it long either. I highly recommend this place as the workmanship, pricing & customer service is above 5 stars!Service: Electrical

We had Derek install and customize two recliners in our motorhome. His work, knowledge and overall attitude were excellent. He completed the job before the promised date and on budget. I would highly recommend Derek for any problems on my RV

I have a 38 ft fifth wheel and this is my third time using Derek for RV repair services. The first was a difficult to reach broken pipe issue in the basement area. The next was he and his wife washing and waxing the entire unit including the roof. Most recently, there was a recall issue that he came to replace parts on the suspension. Being fairly new to the RV experience, I am not very knowledgeable yet to how everything works. Derek will take the time to explain the problem and how he will fix it. I much prefer to have a mobile tech come to me verses taking my camper to a repair facility and it sitting there for a month. If you need a mobile RV tech in the Austin, San Marcos, San Antonio area, Derek is your guy.
