Fantastic customer service. I ordered tires online and one didn t arrive on time. Drew and David took time to get me squared away with an even better tire to help get me on the road again. I live here in Seguin and love seeing the fellas represent the town well. Thank you!!Update: not only did they help solve the missing tire issue quickly, but I was in and out in about 20 minutes AND they boxed up my old rims for me. Great work, shout out to Andrew and team for the great experience, thank you.

Trailer blowout; pulled in at 5 PM (closing time) on Saturday 4/7/24 and this Discount Tire was super helpful and willing to stay late and install not only one but 4 new trailer tires for us. So helpful and courteous! Discount Tire in Seguin TX has awesome work ethic and is much appreciated!

Had an awesome experience with Drew. Very knowledgeable with great customer service. The crew in the shop got me in and out with 4 new tires. We actually timed them since we were on a time crunch and they knocked my truck out with 4 new tires right at 17 minutes. I recommend this location.

Always have a great experience at discount tire but this new one in Seguin, TX is amazing!Great staff that is super nice and very fast! Replaced two tires and was out in 45 minutes.So glad to have a Discount Tire close by with great people!

Discount Tire in Seguin is the place!!! Ordered new tires online at 9pm, pulled into discount tire next day at noon and had new tires on my truck in 30 minutes. Awesome group of guys at this location.

Amazing crew, great service! I am from out of town and I got a hole in my tire so needed a new one. Since I am a customer having purchased all my tires from a Discount Tire with insurance they honored that and replaced my tire for free just needed to pay a small insurance fee for the new one. Guys, thank you so much for being awesome!

They were able to help me the moment I walked in the door. Friendly staff and helped me figure out if the tires were good or bad. Very great Pricing! I'm surprised. Other tires shops were gonna charge me over $110 for 1. Discount tire gave me the best price for 2 New front tires. I'll be back next week to replace the back tires. Love the great pricing and Love friendly staff. And they were able to change out the tire quicker then the estimated time. Although I did not mind waiting. I'll definitely be returning. And if I have any tires in the future I'm definitely coming here. I've left nothing but bad reviews for every tire shop but this is the first time having great experience so thank you Discount tire for being my new number, one destination for tires.

For years and years I lived in Austin and had certificates for my tires from discount tire. Twice. During that time I had to have a tire replaced for free due to the certificates I had bought for the tires. That saved me a lot of money and I can't tell you how much I appreciate the certificates I have on my tires and the services that it entitles me. Plus the service is very fast and friendly and I'm so glad we finally have one in Seguin, Texas where I now live.

Got right in for installation of 4 new tires, with an appointment. LOVE MY TIRES!We did have a mess up of two of my rims, but they took full responsibility and will be making it right. Great customer service.

I made an appointment here to have a set of 4 tires installed that i purchased privately. Upon receiving my bill i was astounded $192 for 4 tires. Ive never in my life payed that much for a tire install at any service location. I could understand if they where and odd ball size or even those rubber band lo-pro's as they are more difficult to install. But i was installing stock size tires on 18" wheels on a chrysler 300c.After speaking with the assistant manager twice and being affirmed that i was charged correctly i called the New Braunfels location and requested a quote over the phone. $88 is what that location quoted me. So i returned to the store and demanded the manager. After a bit of back and forth with the assistant manager he went back to speak with the manager and they corrected the issue with a $104 refund. Yeah thats right they overcharged me $104.I never once got to actually speak with the manager in person.Yes the problem was eventually solved. But the assistant should be fired for attempting to scam their customers.Ive been doing buisness with discount tire for over a decade. And this by far has been my worst experience with them

So much faster and easier when scheduling an appointment online. Made my first ever tire buying experience go swell. Took 1 hour max and left with brand new tires. The gentleman that assisted me was kind and professional. 10/10 experience

Would rate a zero but can t. Took my car in Saturday morning for a screw in my tire that we had switched out for my spare. I sat there for 2 hrs before the tech came in and told me that they couldn t fix it because they didn t have the tool to get the tire off the wheel due to the beauty ring. He physically walked me through the bay and showed me what he was talking about with my tire on the ground. Ended up taking it to Griffith Ford and they said that Discount broke one of the bead locks and needed to replace the tire. Discount is now saying that they never took my tire off and are therefore not responsible, even though when I brought it in the screw was sitting at the top on the spare rack and when I got home was magically on the bottom. I ve been going to Discount Tire since I could drive and have never had an issue .I will not be doing business with them going forward.

The service I experienced here was quick and efficient. They were busy but a technician by the name of Ford was patient and took the time to listen to my concerns. After that I went to get my tires topped off with Devin. Overall my visit here was a pleasant experience thanks to the customer service displayed by the technicians Devin and Ford.

Giving 2 stars because I love discount tire but this location truly is a downer because the wait time to get a small screw removed from my tire was 3 plus hours and I've never had to wait that long at any other location. Plus the customer service wasn't very good either lack of communication and kinda rude.

I got a flat over an hour away from home and Chris was fantastic! Got me taken care of honestly and super fast even after having to order a special tire for my vehicle. Always, always the best service at discount tire. Thanks Chris!

After receiving a set of new tires, I had to return waited another three hours with nothing new accomplished other than adding air! Too long waiting! My tire is still low! I will make an appointment to have this faulty tire replaced! More of my valuable time down the drain! Extremely disappointed in the customer service here!

My wife had a leaking tire. Took it to the Seguin Discount Tire, guy walked outside took one look at the tire, saw a previous patch and said that the previous patch was probably the problem and the tire would have to be replaced. He said they can t fix a previous patch and we should get 4 new tires. The tires were replaced last year by a different discount tire. Mind you, he never even checked to see where or why the tire was leaking. All he wanted was the commission for new tires. I can t trust someone like that.

Dishonest sales associates. I came in to have a warranty replacement taken care of on one tire. Only 18k miles on the tires (well within the warranty period of 40k). David tried to say that the tires were very worn and wanted to sell me a whole set even though what I have is perfectly fine, legal, and still have more that 70% life to go. The manufacturer warranty should cover defects when a sidewall blows out. David said this is road hazard even though nothing was hit. Enough to say I had to purchase a new tire and was given a tread wear discount of $30, then he charged me for certificate and a lifetime balance/adjustment that I didn t ask for. Normally I would catch this type of thing but he was able to get it past me. Scum.Normally I like this company, save time and energy and go to the new Braunfels location or better yet, Costco in Selma.

Wish I could give 0 stars I would! This place has the worst customer service outta all discount tire I've been too! Was treated very rude and ignored when we arrived and had to ask someone to help us even though there was only two other people waiting. Then you'll never guess it! That's right! Scratched wheels!! But honestly I'm not as worried about the Scratched wheels as I am how we where treated! Walmart has better customer service if that tells you anything! Shop somewhere else!

Took in my 3/4 ton truck that has Cooper tires on it. Tires have a 60K mile warranty and I had driven a little under 39K miles. These tires are a Discount Tire Exclusive tire.Associate looked at the tires and said YES, they are totaly worn out and all of them need to be replaced. He told me I was lucky because they were having a sale where you buy 4 Coopers you get $110 off. I told him these tires were under warranty so whatever was cheapest I would do. After working on his computer for 15 minutes he told me I would get $93 off of one tire. So I asked was that $93 off for each tire and he said no, only one tire met warranty coverage. So....I asked him...Do these tires have a 60K mile warranty and he said yes. I asked him are they all four worn out like you said and need to be replaced and he said yes. I asked him did I get less than $39K miles out of them and he said yes. So I asked him if all the tires need to be replaced then why am I only getting warranty on one tire? He basically could not answer that so I told him their warranty program was $h!t and left. Moral of the story....buy from your local Mom and Pop tire store and not Discount Tire. They apparently do not honor their warranty programs.

Yesterday my car flat tire on I 10 near this workshop. Good information and location help me change 4 tires. Bmw car write 38 pac for rare tire. I use it and flat. Discount tire inform me 33 pasc for rare tire. Thank you give me good information.

This is the new store in Seguin TX. They done a rotation and balance on my 1 ton flatbed and took XTRA CARE as to NOT BREAK my wheel caps. THANKS GUYS!!!

I was lucky this place was open when I was driving by on the highway. I got a nail in my tire. They were able to get me into the garage as soon as I checked in. Great and efficient service.

Not happy, why do you make an appointment and bring the vehicle in 50 minutes later, unable to lubricant the spare tire mechanism because either they don t want to bother or no supplies ( yea right ) , I ll think twice about my next tire purchase !
