Dena (Big Red) is the best!! She literally went over and beyond just to make sure we got everything we needed to fix the vehicles belt. She even helped pull the tensioner while I went under the car to adjust it. Beyond great service overall

Second time I ordered something and they didn't call me or follow through. When I call they say the order wasn't placed and blame it on their peers.Friendly and helpful when your there but don't order anything. I've moved on to O'Reilly's.

I went in today, desperate to figure out what was wrong with my car. It was the first time handling an issue with my car on my own. The staff here and my new main man eddie especially went out of his way to help me and quickly at that. He helped fix the audio in my car and coached me on what to do moving forward with my engine issue. This man is phenomenal and deserves all the recognition for his hardwork and friendly attitude and so much more! Thank you to him and the rest of the staff at autozone for helping me!!

I love this store. I am a single woman in my 60 s and whenever I need a little help, these guys are always there. Richmond came outside and helped me change a brake light today! Thx for all yall do.

I have call at least 5 times today I have been put on hold each time for at least 20 minutes everytime!! Last time I heard someone pick it up I could hear the background noise but nobody came to the phone. I just called again the girl told me if I could hold I told her what I have been through all day. And she just literally put me on hold yet again that is completely poor customer service in my opinion!!

Went to AutoZone to see if my battery was rechargeable. Eddie Gonzalez and his great crew was very helpful and patient towards me. They knew I was having some hardships at home and went above and beyond to help me out with my situation! Thanks Eddie you made my year. I recommend everyone to go see Eddie and his people. Great Karma! These guys are great!

A couple of weeks ago, I stopped in with my 18 month old to pick up a part for my husband s vehicle. The employees were friendly and I purchased the part and went to leave. Well, my truck decided not to start. My husband was an hour away and everyone else that I knew were either working or at least a 45 min drive away. And, of course, I had a long to-do-list that day. Not to mention a little one that already needed a nap.After considering my options, or lack there of, I unloaded my son and went back in and was immediately greeted by the lady who had helped me prior. I wasn t sure what or if they could help me. I relayed my situation to Deana Buchanan and she immediately went to see if she could jump start my truck. Unfortunately this didn t work. So then she and another employee checked to see if the battery was good or not. It wasn t. While one of the guys worked their magic trading out the old battery for a new one, Deana did the paperwork and entertained my little boy with M&M s and a monster truck. He temporarily forgot all about being grumpy.Thanks to Deana and the nice gentlemen (I did not catch their names) at Auto Zone, what could have been a long and disastrous day, ended on a pleasant note and I didn t have to hitch a ride home with my baby! Y all were Godsends and much appreciated!! Thanks again!

The crew is always polite and knowledgeable. If you're unsure of the problem they listen and help you the best they can. Always service with a smile unlike that place across the street. The only issue I have with AutoZone is sometimes they don't answer the phone but I also know that they're sometimes understaffed and very busy. So it's understandable and I don't hold against them.

Review of their service. I was in recently and Anjelique (sp?) was on the phone with a vey difficult customer. The AZ employee Anjelique, was calm clear and patient with the customer. She repeated information that was needed and explained things link core charge clearly and calmly. She handled that call with class and efficiency. She should be commended for her exceptional work.

Today I went to AutoZone because my 2016 Ford explorer didn't want to start Eddie the store manager help me got the jump starter and turned my car on and then did a free diagnostic on my charging system I feel so blessed that he helped me free of charge I tried to pay him and he did not accept the money he told me that's his job to take care of his customers and make sure they get home safe. Thank you AutoZone best costumer service I have seen in a while. I will only be going to AutoZone from now on. Thank you again Eddie May the lord bless you alit so you can continue to help out people in need.

A family member brought car parts there but had to return them. They did exchange the parts because of the warranty but a couple of times they wouldn't ex change them and that is not good policy. The customers are the reasons these businesses make money but to deny anyone their rights to return defective parts is wrong. I take my business elsewhere now and have gotten better treatment and customer service.

Stopped in for a small pack of tape, I stood at the counter for about 20 minutes trying to pay, the old lady was busy playing with some newspapers,saw me there,but never waited on me. I left the item on the counter and walked out. Never again, very rude and worthless service.

10/17/22 I stopped to pick up a few things today. A young lady was very helpful and asked if I was a veteran and I responded yes. She asked me to wait so I could get my veterans discount and she called a young man over to approve it. The young man told her he was tired of having to approve discounts and that someone else should start doing it. He was very rude. I won't go back.

Eddie Gonzales the store manager did a fantabulous job today helping me fix my tail light because I had got pulled over this morning, FOR FREE. He s amazing, if you need any help I highly recommend going to see him in Seguin!

Super happy with the service we received at AutoZone today, jumped my mom's car as her battery was dead and went with her to O'Reilly's to go get a replacement - To our dismay they told my mom they would not be installing the battery for her as it is "difficult to install". Maybe the person was having a bad day, I don't know. Luckily we had not turned off the car and went across the street and Randy at AutoZone was super helpful and kind. Put my mom's new battery in without any issue, took about 2 minutes and we really appreciate his can-do attitude. I've been brand loyal to O'Reilly's for years but today I told Randy I'll be coming to see him at AutoZone from now on!

I was 4 hours away from home when a skid plate on the bottom of my car was coming off. I stopped here and Jelica helped me with some tools and she showed me where the crews were so I could remove it! She was a life saver!

Called three times to be put on hold. (on hold for a half hour) Next call I was asked if I could be put on hold, and I said no and was hung up on! No talking to me, Diana was just rude!

On a long drive back from MCRD San Diego, California (picking up out new US Marine and our high school graduate) and right on the I-10 at the Hwy. 46 exit in/near Seguin, Tx; we had a tire blow out. We needed the right equipment to remove the tire, because the equipment in our vehicle was not helpful; therefore I call Auto Zone on E. Court and Eduardo Gonzales came to help us. He brought the right equipment. This is great customer service and went beyond what I had expected. Then he directed us to the best tire shop he knows. Thank you to the Benny who answered my call to Autozone, which I found was a new employee, he was very polite and quick to help. Thank you to Eduardo for coming to our rescue. We are very appreciative of both to have been a great help.
