The repair was very well done, the work was excellent. You can t even tell I had any damage. My husband thought the whole truck was repainted with how well they did the color match.The women working customer service were professional and courteous. I really appreciated their updates on my vehicle throughout the process.I highly recommend taking your vehicle here for any repairs needed.

Oh em gee! We had an urgent need to have our 4x4 truck repaired. Not only did they expedite the repairs needed within 24 hours but did it with a smile. They replaced our broken parts with quality replacement parts and didn t break the bank. The customer service was above and beyond other shops we have used for auto repairs in the past and the personal concern for the safety of our family on the road was sincere. I originally came in to this buisness with an insurance claim, the team did the best they could do to fix my car. They even helped me with some additional issues after the fact. The gentleman named Andy is very customer service oriented and I would 100% recommend this company.

Top quality work and great communication throughout repair process. Honest and really go above and beyond to restore vehicle to factory specs. Best shop in town, and in my opinion, best repair facility in the extended area statewide! Thank you Andy, and all of your staff for everything!!!

Professionals of their craft! Got five estimates for minor truck damage highest estimate was $2200. They had the lowest price, most professional, orderly and cleanest facility. Dropped off truck one a mom day afternoon, picked up Thursday.

Great service. We towed my deer hitting car there right before closing and of course I left the keys at home. Hard to get it off the trailer if you don't have any keys. But it didn't matter, they waited awhile and gave directions for dropping off the key. Great people.

They replaced my broken windshield and we able to preserve my registration sticker too. My car was done in about an hour and the job was done very well. Fast and friendly as well as competitive. I am please and will use their service again if need be.

Had a bad experience with this place they called and said my car was ready upon arrival I noticed body fastener missing and run in the paint. I was asked to leave it overnight again and when I went to pick it up again the next day it was still Missing body panel fasteners and the run had not been fixed. Over all a bad experience for me. Auto Worx is a friendly and professionally operated business that is, also, extremely experienced in putting your dented-in car back to its original look. They do a such a great job that one would never know the car had any kind of dents. They are reasonable in their pricing and work with the customer and insurance company very conscientiously. If your car is in an accident, this is the place to take it for expert repair. The friendliness of the staff is a super plus.Service: Body & Trim

They are the WORST BODY SHOP I HAVE EVER USED. If I could leave zero stars I would. The car was not ready whenever they said it would be. They did not keep in contact with my insurance to get us in a rental. When contacted they were very passive aggressive. Would not recommend to anyone. Customer service was very poor and I am very big on customer service. Would not return because of the poor quality of customer service.Service: Body & Trim

Had a scheduled appointment to have frame horns measured and repaired, the lady in front office was very rude and unprofessional. The week prior I spoke to Rene about getting my truck on frame machine and made it clear that I will be present during the inspection which he agreed to. So I show up for my scheduled appointment this morning just to be told by the secretary that I need to drop my truck of and that they would try to get to it sometime today April 27th 2021. That was not the agreement, I showed up on time work should have been done total waste of my time. They are not punctual nor do they honor there word. Will not recommend to anyone.

AutoWorx repaired by vehicle from a fender bender, and made it look and feel like new. Used them for a second time, had mechanic work on my steering, and now drives so smooth! Would highly recommend and trust AutoWorx for a job well done and going above and beyond!

My wife, unfortunately, had an accident in her brand new F-150.We took it to Autoworx for repair. I remember clearly they told me you won t even know it happened It was repaired correctly and timely..Class people and excellent quality repair on the truck..Services: Auto side view mirror repair, Body & Trim

Car took much longer to complete than reasonable. Some trim pieces around the car do not appear to be seated correctly. They lost the lock to my trunk, so there is now an empty hole where the key cylinder should be and I'll need a dealership to replace it. They said they were unable to pain the mirrors of the car which makes no sense to me, so I will be painting those myself. Young receptionist at the front desk has an attitude and is unhelpful. After 2 weeks of first getting the car back from them, large spots of bubbling/peeling started to appear all over the car on the paint. They repainted the car with no fuss, but overall I'm still unimpressed with the quality of work done here. Will not be returning here for any reason, and would not recommend this shop to anyone. I also find it amusing they left themselves a 5 star rating here.

I had a complete done on my vehicle and the turn around time was amazing with amazing quality work!!! Staff is very understandable and caring!! I highly recommend them!!

Good work but there was a really long wait to get my car back was supposed to have done in a week but took a month but the people there are very nice and take time to answer all your questions and keep you posted on the progress

Autoworx has the most friendliest people you will ever meet they have done an amazing job repairing our van's at our facility Nesbit LRC. I recommend you go by and see them if you need any repairs done!! Thank you Autoworx

I dropped off my vehicle to get fixed through my insurance , scheduled date was pushed back a couple days , witch I did not mind but when I picked it up and got home I released my door had been removed and not properly aligned, and the areas they had painted had a high and low spot ,dripping paint and orange peal , very disappointed on the workService: Painting
