This is a great shop. All of the folks that work there are friendly and knowledgeable. Small town feel with old fashioned customer service. I have had them doing Service on my truck for a little while now. They get everything done in a timely manner. Dalton in the service department is great to work with and makes sure everything is done on time. He has great customer service and is on top get the parts you need efficiently. I took a test drive with a Jordan. He was great. These guys down here are salt of the earth people. I will definitely come back to have service done again. Thank you gentlemen.

Well this is probably my 8th or 9th vehicle I have purchased through Tegeler Chevrolet over the years.. I have always appreciated how I was treated and the trust I have in that dealership. They always been there for me when I have had issues and more than eager to help. I have come to know them well and its a great relationship which provides me comfort in knowing they are there for me. Just good honest people, especially Larry Tegeler.

When I purchased the new vehicle, the service department scheduled my first free oil change right away. I had to reschedule it and that was not a problem. I arrived a little early and my vehicle was taken care of within 30 minutes. Very satisfied.

Amy and Jason are very friendly and knowledgeable. My car went in for one thing to be fixed and they accommodated me by fixing an additional item that another repair shop could not fix. We appreciate their willingness to help us out.

Andre Ward our salesman and Jaye Mills the sales manager were very helpful in assisting us with choosing the right truck and financing to fit our needs. They also had the additional options that we needed added to the truck by the Tegeler service department. The truck was ready for pick-up in less than a week. In all they made our truck purchase a very pleasant experience.

Yeah honestly a terrible place, they tell us a time hold it longer than the time, they start working on my car 3 days after they say they would. Its ridiculous. They couldnt even give decent or simple customer service. Amy ! The lady who handled my situation. Wasn t equipped to be anywhere near a phone for this company. I wont be back, I can t believe how RUDE these people are.

The dealership is extremely clean. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. All the staff was respectful of our time. this was a fun car purchase. Andre Ward made sure to keep in contact with me over the course of the entire 2023 sales year. He let me know when the car I was looking for (which is a hard-to-find car) finally showed up at the dealership so I could jump right in and purchase it.

I can't compliment enough the job that Amy did. She went well beyond the call of duty to get my car repaired under my extended warranty. She and Dalton gave me daily updates as to the progress so I never had to wonder what was going on. They made something that is not pleasant - having your car in the shop - as hassle-free as possible. I would definitely bring my car to Tegeler again for service.

My husband being Hispanic does not speak fluent English and went to this dealership to get a diagnostic on his 2021 Chevy Silverado. His Silverado was making a knocking sound around the motor area and that is what he went in for . Service department did not give him a diagnostic instead just told my husband his head light was out charged him 150.00 for the diagnostic and the light bulb . He tried explaining to the service department that was a minor issue he was not there to fix a head light . They didn t understand him , they didn t care to have a translator come and translate the problem . Another day my 19 year old daughter who speaks fluent English arrives at the dealer ship with her father my husband to translate what he wanted a diagnostic for . My daughter was very disappointed at the fact that the front desk personal did not want to hear what so ever what they had to say and just dismissed them. Very rude , no customer service adequate at all . So now I m wanting to speak to the general manager about this incident to see if we can come to a understanding and conclusion.

Do not recommend this place to purchase used vehicles you will not have a good experience. When purchasing the used vehicle it wasn t even thoroughly cleaned they couldn t even change the oil because when it is traded in they do all those services. Therefore, now I will have to pay out of my pocket to get the oil change pretty soon and I had to pay to get it detailed because it was unacceptable how they handed it to me. Not only that but the tank wasn t even filled up. Worst dealer to buy used vehicles from they do not care for there customers. Now I have to go out of my way to come back and get them to half way fill up my tank. This dealership is honestly a joke. I have bought a used vehicle before from a different dealership auto nation USA katy and I had the COMPLETE opposite experience. Never again coming here to purchase. Stay away.

I have been in the market for weeks for a new pickup truck, I was very pleased with the service I recieved at Tegeler. I drove an hour to get to the dealership and did not go home disappointed. I highly recommend working with Jordan. He is very knowledgeable about Chevrolet and easy to work with. Not once did I feel stressed about the buying process. They understood where I needed to be with my budget and were willing to work with me. I am very happy with my new Silverado and would recommend Tegeler Chevrolet to anybody looking for a new vehicle.

Overall it was good. One complaint is that I had to explain 4 times what I needed. Once in initial request, then received a phone call asking, again when I checked in and lastly the tech came out and asked the same questions. I appreciate being thorough but seems like one could communicate to the other.

I took my 2015 Chevrolet Equinox to Tegeler to have the timing chain checked out after having it replaced at a bad auto repair shop in Columbus, Texas.. They diagnosed the problem quickly and determined the chain was put on wrong in Columbus. Make sure you ask for Dalton to help you with your service.. He's great!!!

Brought my car in for service. I had called ahead to schedule an appointment and request a loaner vehicle. (I did not buy my car here). Upon my arrival, they greeted me by name and had the loaner ready. After the work was completed, my car was waiting for me when I returned. Great service from a small town dealer. I will give them a shot when I ready to buy again.

I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience with Tegeler Chevrolet! Brad was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process; the moment he was updated, he would immediately turn around and update us. The moment they were given the green light to work on it, they had me in a rental immediately, and my truck back to me in just a couple days. Customer Service couldn't be any better!

From the initial phone call to driving out of the lot with my new vehicle, Andre Ward was more than accommodating and professional. He was a no pressure, very down to earth, and did whatever it took to meet our budget type salesman. I left with a great deal and a awesome vehicle. It was the first dealership that I have ever bought from that was laid back, no fuss, and no long wait. When does that ever happen? Thanks Andre! Greatly appreciated! This was my first visit to Tegeler Chevrolet Sealy and it was a fantastic experience! The service writer was polite and organized. The wait was only approx. 30 min for an oil change. The customer waiting area was roomy and comfortable. The dealership overall was spotless clean and comfortable. I usually go to Katy, Tx for service but never again! I will be a returning customer and have already referred my family and friends.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!this dealership is incredibly racist to the hispanic and african american communitythey refused to give me costumer service just because my partner didnt speak english while they serviced anybody else that would come into the dealership this also happened to my african american friend months back
